Dear BBB,Before I got this job done with ClearBra of Dallas, aka; Accurate Detail & Tint in Argyle, TX done, the owner of the Shop, Brent told me the job would be completed inside his 10-car garage for entire job and, he sounded sincere and that was important to me if he was going to do the job inside, and not outside. But when I dropped off my 2021 Tesla electric new car, I realized the vehicle stayed outside the first day (24 hours) of the three days it was there at his shop and, I knew this because of the technology in the car that showed me that to be the case. I could see where he left my cars hood open while it stayed outside the first night because the car showed that condition, and it was raining outside where the car was at that time. I then called Brent after 24 hours of my car being outside and asked him why the work was proceeding outside, and he got furious at me for asking, and he started berating me on the telephone. He said at this point it would stay in, and so, on the third day, Friday the 20th of August I went to pick up the car. When I arrived, Brent started to belittle me for calling him that one time with my concern. I figured instead get into with him, I would pay and leave because I was concerned for the way he was acting toward me. I was looking over vehicle before I left, but he was badging me while I was there, which, inhibited completing my inspection and I did try point out contamination to Brent, but he was quickly discounting what I was saying. So, I left and looked it over at the end of the street and here is what I found:Window tint has contamination where I initially see dirt particle contamination in multiple locations on the windshield.Front hood and bumper, and I pointed this out to Brent that the “XPEL” Paint PPF wrap has particle contamination under the wrap, which is suppose to protect the paint and not harbor dirt, so the job has to be done in a very clean dry space, which I do not believe it was done in, but outside instead because he was very busy.The ceramic wax job is not showing to be very hydrophobic, and it’s like he did not wax it at all.Note, between Brents unprofessional customer service skills and the unprofessional job from Brent and also I am concerned how will I receive my lifetime warranty for parts and labor for this job, and he is the only dealer that can get service from. I confirmed this with “Xpel manufacturer” for this product Brent is selling in this job. Brent said I am to never call him under any circumstances, so how will I get this corrected if I cannot call the shop or trust that I will be safe going there and if he would even do it? Because I cannot call him to schedule any corrections according to him. I feel I have no recourse with him to resolve my issues and I hope you understand this very bad situation.

We had our Tesla Model S fully wrapped (PPF), ceramic coated, and got full window tint including windshield. Brent is professional and great to talk to, and hes extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. It gave us peace of mind that he had done so many Teslas in the past, and in fact, there were two other Teslas he was already working on in his shop when we came in. He did excellent work and the cars finish looks nicer than it did when we got it brand new! He also knew that we were down to 1 car while he was working on it, so he worked over the weekend to have it done as quickly as possible without cutting any corners. The final product looks great and well definitely be a return customer! Thanks Brent!

I brought my new Tesla Plaid here for a full vehicle installation with Xpel Ultimate Plus. Originally used the Xpel Dallas store on my previous S and the install was average, lots of edges not wrapped. I found Clear Bra North Dallas on YouTube and decided to give Brent a try. Thank God I found him. His installation is seriously crazy invisible. It is like nothing is there.

Paul did a fantastic job on my new Lexus. He was very knowledgeable with the window tint options available for my car. He took the time to explain the benefits and features of the products he carries. Ive tried all kinds of film on previous cars in the past including SolarGard, Johnsons, 3M CS and Crystalline, Llumar CTX and Hüper Optik. They offer the best window films from Llumar and Xpel. I went with Xpel Prime XR Plus this time around. It has the best IR heat rejection and the color is perfect. its not blue or have a a mirror look most nano-ceramic films have. Brought my Tesla 3 in for Clear Bra North Dallas to wrap the front end, ceramic coat the rest and tint the car. Everything was perfect.

Just had my 2018 Porsche 911 fully wrapped. I have to tell you, perfect job. I used another shop in the past here in carrollton but the owner sold. Clear Bra tinted 4 of our trucks this week. The laser cut Llumar film is the best quality tint I have ever had on any of my vehicles, then the owner told me that it has a lifetime warranty against fade or bubble. Very impressed with the job Clear Bra did on the trucks. Quality and service was the best.

I just picked up my new Model S from Brent and had a clear bra put on, chrome delete and tint done. Wow. It was great. I cant stop looking at the car. He did an amazing job. I priced around all over Dallas and chat rooms around the country and his prices were totally fair. Even after calling around other places, and other places couldnt do what I wanted done, they referred me to Brent. He kept me updated on the work and the car was ready when he promised it would be ready. Overall it was a great experience and Im going to get more work done on the car very soon.

Feynlabs Heal Lite was applied to my new F250. Used it last year on my other truck. No more brush scratches on my trucks when I hunt.These guys really know how to polish paint the right way.

Brent and Drake wrapped my Tesla with SunTek clear bra. The full front and doors were covered. I gotta tell ya, the install was so good they had to point out the product. Now, that some kind of install.
