I will not ever go back to this place! I told them when I walked in I didnt care about the price I wanted my car to be as clean as it was when I bought it. I have a 2021 and I pretty much keep it clean!

We are trying to sell our can and they were able to get us in last minute and have it ready on time. Everything looked great, all the nooks and crannies were clean... cleaner than Ive seen it in year! Great work!

Used them for both my vehicles for the first time this week. Takes a little time to get your vehicle done, but well worth the wait. They did an excellent job and didn’t miss a spot. I will be back and I definitely recommend One Way. Price is great, also!

Today is my first and will be my last time using them. It is taking them all day today and half the day tomorrow to give my car a Full Body Wash and seat shampooing. That is ridiculous! They were short staffed and every time that I called the guy at the front desk always seemed to need to call his manager to get an answer. I am paying $175 for a detail but I’m getting .50 cent service. I am not happy!

Owner of the facility dropped my $200 dollar pair of airpods then lost one of my buds. Then lied and said i only had one in there which isn’t the case. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE. take your personal items out before coming here.

This business has always done really great, but however, the last three or four times not so much. I am tired of having to ask them to go back over some of the interior around the cupholders and the little nooks and crannies. I don’t know if they just go so fast that they don’t pay attention, or they’re just not worried about it. I don’t mind paying what they ask, but I expect the job to be done correctly.

Dont bother with this company. I wanted a pickup so I called just as they opened and they had already taken their maximum for the day.

They should have a sign outside saying that you have to have your car there at 8:30am to get it detailed. How does it take all day to detail a 2 door micro car?

I will never go back to them I usually pay $20 for a mini detail but they instead charge me $30 for extra soiling which wasnt true at all because I just vacuumed the car a week earlier myself they are liars and cant be trusted so Im taking my business elsewhere for now on they are that broke that they got to charge customers thats been going there for years for no reason smh

Awesome detailing service, I paid $45 and they thoroughly cleaned the exterior/interior of my car and removed stains that I didn’t know were possible to get out.

Very impressed by the service I received today at One Way Detail. The service was excellent and every inch of my SUV was cleaned & waxed perfectly. It hasn’t looked this good since I drove it off the dealership lot! Job well done, One Way Detail!! I highly recommend bringing your vehicles here.

Quality work and very professional. I took my car by one day and needed an opinion on some flaws in my paint.. they identified it fast and fit me in and buffed it right out in no time. Highly recommend

They do a good job. But if you have plans that day or any kind of time constraints you might just want to go somewhere else. Had two cars detailed in the past month. One they said would be ready by 3 and I had to have someone else pick it up by 5. The other was a full package detail and dropped off when they opened that morning (was there before 9 but they opened at 9) and they said it would be ready by 5 (when they close). We had somewhere to be at 5:30 which was right down the road but the car was just getting finished at 7. I like their work but they don’t quote you the right times. So just be weary of that.

We paid for a mini detail which included Vacuum/ shampoo inside and exterior wax/wash.Added engine steam for an extra cost. They did not do the engine steam that cost extra ,did not vacuum under the seats and the black door handles have a white residue on them. I did speak with the owner asked for a refund on the engine steam since that service was not performed at all. He said they do not give refunds. He offered that I bring it back at anytime of my choosing and they would do the service. I feel it should have been done correctly the first time and I was only asking for the refund on the service that was not performed (engine steam) not the entire detail. Had he given me the refund I would have thought at least they made it right by giving my money back and probably had given them a second chance because mistakes do happen.This was our first and only visit...we did not go back. This was my experience with them.

We got the mini detail. Outside of the car looks great. Front seats look great. However, the back seat looks like all they did was vacuum. The pockets of the doors are filthy. Back of the front seats they didn’t touch. Didn’t wipe seats. Not impressed. Won’t use them again.

We took our Toyota Corolla in for a full detail. The team year did a great job hand washing and waxing the car, vacuuming and shampooing the carpets, and detailing the engine and tires. It looked like a brand new car when we were done and it was so worth the price we paid. We even left a nice tip. Highly recommend for your detail also.

Unfortunately, my first and only experience was horrible. I only wanted the inside of my vehicle cleaned since it was supposed to rain that day. Well, when I got my vehicle back my radio station was changed and my touch screen was no longer working. I ATTEMPTED to find out what may have happened from the gentleman that detailed my vehicle however, as soon as I explained what was going on he immediately started yelling, I didnt do anything to yo car. I aint did nothing to you car. Before, I could respond an individual who stated he was the owner stepped in and attempted to fix the screen. He could not fix it so he asked that I follow him to the dealership. They informed him that the screen seems to have some kind of substance on it and after wiping the screen with water several times and unhooking my battery my touch screen finally worked again. What was offered for this experience... NOTHING! I was not impressed and only went due to the reviews however, after this first and only experience I do not plan to go back.

They always keep all of my vehicles clean. Great attention to detail. I will refer them to anyone needing a vehicle detailed.

Their “detail” job, ruined the interior of my car. After leaving my car at the shop for a full business day, I picked it up to find the upholstery still wet. It was not until the following day that the interior finally dried and revealed the residue left on every hard surface. So far I have not found a product to remove their cleaning product. Whether it was the type of cleaning agent used on a dark surface, or merely gross negligence on the part of the staff in not cleaning off the excess left, I do not know. I would not recommend anyone to try their services, the “low cost” is not worth it.

They did a great job cleaning my truck and was fast and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go there

This location is right next to the Verizon store on Bankhead and I always see these guys out there cleaning vehicles and they do an amazing job. I have used them to clean my work vehicle and it always looks great. For $20 on a small vehicle you cant beat that.

Called about getting a detail and they wanted $175 in my opinion that’s way to much.

Only cleaned half of what I asked and leaves still in the truck bed afterwards. Could have got better somewhere else for that price.

I called to get a quote to get my seats cleaned and car vacuumed. I drove up there not even fifteen minutes after calling saying I was coming. I had arranged for someone to also follow me that way I could leave my car. When I arrived the girl told me that she had all the cars she could take for that day and told me I could come back in the morning. I called to speak to the Manager and she told me he is always in and out and I left my contact information. I called three times asking to speak to him. It is day 4 and no call back. This was my very first experience with them and Im extremely upset. It was my only day off from work this week that I went. I really wanted it done before I left for vacation.

Bad service. I waited 2 hours and not only was the outside of my vehicle still dirty, they also left a black stain on the back seat. The man argued with me that it was already there until the manager came out and had another employee take care of it.

Very nice job. They spend the time to get it just right, I would recommend them to anyone.

Great wash with attention to detail

I paid 85$ for them to skip alot of the exterior, didnt even clean the bugs off the front, and the interior has runs from the solutions they used to clean the vehical. The so called shampoo doesnt even look it was atempted. The whole point of me paying someone to do is so that I dont have to and from the looks of it guess I will. I knew there was a red flag when a worker said we have done 36 cars today, our highest has been 40 ..... All Im gonna say is Quality over Quantity.

Didnt do a great job didnt complain cause I know my car was really dirty. Could have done better.
