Very nice updated car wash with really great employees! I stopped to wash my Jeep on my way to trade it in and had a great conversation with one of the guys (pictured) about how the dealership wont mind if its not all that clean. Put me a ease quite a bit! Vacuums are strong and the give you an air freshener and a towel! Such a great place to wash the car!

I like to wash my car there because their equipment always work. I remember one time their vacuum broke but they got it fix the next day. Plus they give you air fresher for your car and a disposable towel to use.

Beware!!! An employee talked me into joining a program that costs $19.95 a month, when I was there for a free birthday wash, claiming I was getting a better deal than a free birthday wash, in which, was hogwash. Anyways, I was charged immediately but I was not even 30 days into the program before I was charged again.. I contacted the owner via phone and email with no response. So I canceled and demanded a refund and still no response.. Totally poor customer service!

Good service, very attentive personal and free vacuuming after the wash. Our car still had some staines after but overall satisfied with the place!

I understand there will always be repairs in a business like this. But if Im pre-paying for a membership for a full service and if the business cant fulfill his obligations I would expect at very least a compensation of sorts. But the gentleman I spoke to was quick to direct me to go on-line and cancel. So I did.

I appreciate a touch free car wash as much as the next person but I really need y’all to stop trying to touch my debit card at the screen. I, and many others, are capable of running our own cards. It’s a little sketch to be honest, and there is a full on pandemic. Otherwise, this is a solid car wash.

I’ve tried almost most of car washes , I’ve been washing my car in a different car wash every week , this car wash is different, car body stays clean and shiny easily for a week long ,they use very high quality wax and soaps… and the vacuum is extremely excellent… for me this case wash is the best in all Dallas

I searched for full service carwash and this came up, but this is not even full service. America has become the land of free labor! Everywhere you go you have work pump your own gas, check out your own groceries, clean your own car. No employee wages, benefits, expenses; yet prices still go up?

I have the fast pass at this location and love the service. Assistant manager Joey is often the one that greets us and he’s always smiling and has an amazingly positive attitude.

This car wash did a great job to my 2012 Chevy Tahoe and it was shiny same with the tires and rims. I like how this car wash can offer you a free tire shine. Definitely for $20 dollars the Lava Luster was worth it. I like how the parking spots at the vacuum stations are diagonal. The vacuum stations also has multiple trash cans which it is a very nice and cleaned place. I would go back here sometimes soon.

The carwash is great. Car gets very clean. Vacuums are solid. The carpet cleaning machine is simple yet extremely effective. Prices are great and competitive. Employees: Nick is a bit grumpy but still nice. Brad is awesome. Hes super communicative and helpful. If the wash was just ok, Brads customer service would be worth it. Great place to get your car washed and get going.

One of the best car washes around. They give you a air freshener everytime you go and who doesnt like a good smelling car. The price is comparable to other locations around the area as well. The only saying I dislike was the self hand dry. Other companies will include an employee hand dry at the price of the most expensive wash. My favorite thing by far was the powerful vacuums and how they got into every little nook and cranny to remove debris.

The free vacuum cleaners are super powerful and cleaned the inside of my car well. However, the $15 wash did not remove all of the bug splatters from my windshield. Might be a good place for a quick $7 touch up wash and vacuum but not so good if your car is really dirty.

Car was was good. Vacuums worked along with the air hose. Wish it wasn’t so far away I’d come here all the time.

Well priced, the actual wash is really good, vaccums work great, havent tried the mat cleaner (I have weather tech mats), but its nice to have the option.

Got an air freshner and a cloth to wipe my car with. Washes as cheap as $7, I went for the $20 and it was excellent. Free vacuums and little air gun things for your vents. Staff was super nice!

Quick, cheap, efficient. How it should be. Wish they gave you more towels or had ones for use while there but thats alright. Love the lightning bolt.

Decent service as they have pretty new equipment but they close too often. I have monthly pass and 3 out of 5 times I visited, they were closed. And they are closed again today, 5/13/21 10:34am. Cancelling my monthly pass. No matter how good service is when it’s not available when you need.. very frustrating

I have monthly pass and this place has been shut down. I went here for 4 days in a row they are not open. If you guys are closed due to weather, at least post something on your website or google webpage and answer the phone.. So unprofessional.

As the owner of a Black painted vehicle, I come here weekly to clean my car. The wash quality is spectacular every time! I enjoy the air pressure guns for blowing dry my door sills and crevices. They also have a floor-mat beating machine that will surely help keep your floor mats looking new. I recommend becoming a Fast Pass member. if you live in DFW, you can visit each of their locations and jump through the line to wash your car anytime you want, for a great monthly price under twenty dollars!

Overall a good car wash however I just learned that these type of car washes are not good for your paint job so I will be decreasing my use of it. Establishment seems to be in a good condition tho!

Came after the snow to get all the dirt and grime off. They did not disappoint. Both vehicles are immaculate.Brittany was extremely helpful in getting me the washes I NEEDED (important) and equally pleasant.

Good price at $7 for basic car wash. Lots of spaces for vacuuming. Free vacuums are a plus.

I was a member them i renewed it... the girl charged my card to another person membership... lost my money in vending machine... told the manager he laughed and walked away... not for me... customer service sucks... cash wash sucks... vacuum sucks...

When they first opened, even their basic washes cleaned well. But I definitely can tell, they have issues with parts of machines that broken and when I let them know ( because my cars still very dirty after), workers just deny or seem to not know what’s going on.Many times I just need a quick wash, because my cars not that dirty, but some visible dirt from the rain. I gave them another chance after having bad experience last time, again they’ve failed.I’ve been a to many car washes regularly, had memberships also. So I know when a car comes out clean or not. I won’t be using this location, but going across to get better service and washes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

This place has friendly staff. Clean establishment and a deal wear you pay once a month and use as often as you want. There are different packages available.

The car wash closes at 8 pm...not 7:40..not 7:45..not 7:50. A machine washes our cars, not people. What’s the point of closing 10-15 minutes early if a machine washes the cars?

Difficult to get in contact with. I have been trying to contact for a while now & have not been able to reach anyone in regards to canceling my fast pass without having my member ID. When going to explain the situation, I was not offered to receive my member ID number to get through the cancellation process. It has been two months since I previously reached out through the website & I never heard back via email. I try to call & receive a voicemail every time. I am extremely frustrated.

Honestly the two years Ive been in Texas THIS is the BEST Car Wash Ive Been To & I say that because not only is the car wash excellent but the vacuums really get the job done. They even have this tool that you can blow high pressure air in cracks to get the dust out!!!! I Love It!!!

The attendant is very nice and helpful. The vacuums are free and with a text code he gave me, my wash was free also. Awesome place!

New cheap car wash, good vacuum service, shaded clean up areas. The mechanical car wash, seemed effective and the exterior of my truck was quickly cleaned. On my list of places to get our cars cleaned of the accumulated muck. very convenient except for east-bound Hebron. Deal with it. good value

Did not even make it passed the security arm. They were already having problems with accepting payments. I have a rfid tag with another company and employees kept trying to use its numbers to pay for my wash after I told them it wasn’t going to work and I insisted on paying with my credit card. Finally they used my card and money was deducted from account. Again arm was not raising because of previous problems. Manager insisted that I did not pay for wash even after he seen my transaction was pending. If funds weren’t available the sale would have not gone though and would have been declined. Refused a wash and refused a refund. I did yell I did act a fool only after manager told me to go f myself. Called owner left several messages and haven’t heard anything for almost 3 weeks now.

There is a reason why there are so many low reviews. I gave them a chance because its so close to home but there is no customer service or standing behind their service here. I ran my car through after the last week of rain and paid for the $15 wash. The back end of my car was still dirty and asked the attendant if I could run it through again and they said NO after asking the manager. The response was I needed to have purchased a $20 wash to be able to do so. What a joke! Wont be coming back and would advise you to avoid unless you want to pay for an overpriced wash that you couldve just used your garden hose for same effect. SAD!!!!!!!

Been coming here since they opened in February. I really liked it at first but ever since Josh left (Where did he go?) this place has been a complete disaster. From poor customer service to vacuum hoses always being clogged, car is still dirty after I pay for the 20$ wash. The void left over the last 3 months has been significant and its really too bad.

This car wash leaves so much dirt and water on the car youll spend more time washing it by hand. I got the top of the line wash to try it out since its closer, but was severely disappointed in how much was left unclean. Ill be driving the extra 5 minutes for a real car wash.

I took my wifes car to get it washed last weekend. The $10 carwash package did a great job and the vacuums are very powerful. Got most of the dog hair out. Took my truck this past Saturday. It had been a long time since it was washed last so I sprung for the $20 wash. I wasnt nearly as happy with the wash my truck got. It got most of the truck clean, but along the doors it seemed like the brushes could barely reach the sides, probably due to my step bars. It left brush marks in the dirt along the sides and I had to use a rag to clean the trim along the doors because they were still dirty. That said, the vacuum worked great.Great place for cars and smaller SUVs, but larger trucks with step rails or bars only so-so.

Always thought this place didnt use enough soap and the brushes are too hard. Car got scratched up bad today. Rear didnt even get cleaned.

I got charged twice this month and I emailed corporate office trying to get my money back they denied taking out twice and then went email them with copy of my bank account showing where they took it out twice. They tell me contact my bank about two payments coming out of my account.

We just moved to Lewisville and it was our first time at the car wash. The african american young man with dreads was very unprofessional and yelled at us as we were getting ready to get out car clean. What a awful first experience and first impression. We are loyal customers who pay a monthly membership and we dont appreciate getting treating the way we did and being yelled at is unacceptable.

Business hours say 7am - 6pm, I am standing here at 7:48am on a Friday, the place is closed. Also their quality of wash doesnt seem to match up with its competitors. I went online to cancel my membership and that feature is down, I might have to give them a call despite of being promised that I should be able to cancel anytime online

Recently open, all machines are new, your car is gonna be so clean, i went for the monthly plans my 2 cars, 100% recommended. Vacums are so strongs they vac everything. Give them a chance

As a business owner I try real hard to not be too picky as most retail users are. However when you get there and there no cars in the Tunnel and no one acknowledges you, then when a young black kid finally shows up, he has his EarPods on while taking to me. I’d fire my employees If they did that on the spot. Then it turns out he protested his job because he had an attitude the whole time calling me “hey man”. Finally to make matters worse while in the tunnel the car behind me caused the water to not wash my car so I got out with so much sud on my car it was literally flying in the air. I drove to the car wash up the street and paid for a full car wash because I wasn’t going to waste my time arguing with absent minded employees. Lesson learned. You’ll never see me there again.
