Cleaned not bad ... $13.00 wash .. pretty quick and didnt dry much.

I spent $13 on an automatic wash that was done in under 5 minutes. My car doesn’t look any different. It’s still the same dirty car that went in.I also noticed the soap was very very watered down. I would give 0 stars if possible.The photo is AFTER the wash.

Just ran my truck through and it cleaned it pretty good.

Old man lives there I think, and is constantly on patrol. Only 2 bays are in service as he uses 1 to park his truck and 1 is blocked off. As far as washing goes .. the detergents he uses is watered down to where they do not clean well, bug cleaner or soak does not work at all , may as well be water, and dont think about washing a dirty car ..... clean cars only allowed. Only good thing is the place is its spotless. Dont waste your time or money.

My car was filthy and I was having difficulty deciding which car wash I wanted when the owner, Ken, came out to help me. It was not a busy day so he stood and talked to me for a quite a while. He gave me some tips on how to keep my car looking clean and just overall care and maintenance. When I was done with the car wash he had me park in the do-it-yourself bay and proceeded to wash what didnt come clean in the automatic wash! He scrubbed my hubcaps with the soapy brush then power rinsed them off. Then took a rag and wiped over my windows and whatever else still looked a little dirty. This was all at no extra cost, just because he is nice.I was so pleased with how my car looked I paid a little extra more and thoroughly vacuumed the inside out, too!The prices are very reasonable and it seemed like there were lots of options no matter how you like to clean your car. It also seemed very well kept.This is the only car wash I have been to in Carrollton so I dont have anything to compare this place to. But I had such a great experience I wouldnt think of going anywhere else!

The old man threaten to have me arrested for “mud dumping” from my monster truck mustang. It was just dirt collected from my wheel wells. I just laughed and got in my car and told him to have a nice day. Hopefully that asshat can use my $10 to buy a better attitude.

Out of 4 possible bays for the self serve, you can only use 2. The owner parks his truck in one and blocks off the one beside it. The car readers take a while to read your card, if they even do. The only good thing about this place is the location, its really easy to get in and out of.

Second time I have been to this car wash and left without washing my car. There are 4 bays and two are always closed. I had two cars to wash and didnt have time to wait. Do not understand why two of the four bays are always closed. WILL not be back again. My time is too valuable.

Super nice car wash. It needs more time on self wash for 5.00 .

So I work night shift and always leave a little early to eat and just stopped there , had planned on eating my sandwich and then vacuuming my car out when some old man approached me asked me very rudely what I was doing and proceeded to tell me to eat my sandwich elsewhere. I will not be back again this is so rude and un called for . That is not how you conduct business .

Never more than 2 of the 4 bays open. I guess the owner uses the first one to park his truck in, then closes off the second so no spray will get on it. Cant use a bucket to properly clean what brush cant get because its no allowed. $3.00 for a couple mins so you better be moving or you will spend a lot trying to properly wash your ride. I mean if its clean enough to just need a rinse since the old fart that runs the place will run you off if you have dirt on your car. The old bastard patrols the lot to make sure your not doing anything other than giving up your money and following the strict guide lines of this wash. Im not sure what kind of business they want there, maybe they just wanted the dealership next door to come by and rinse off the new cars in the lot.

Will never come here again! I would rate this place lower but since I can only do 1 star thats what it is. Pulled up and yes I noticed the sign that says no mud, but Im thinking people who have been mud riding or something like that. I start washing my truck when an old butthole man comes out and says what are you doing, I tell him washing my truck. Hes like do you see the sign no mud, I said yes but I have hardly any mud on my vehicle, this is literally dirt from my driveway, he says come look at this sign, so I agree when I get done I will wash it all down the drain. He cuts the machine off on me and I let that go, I pay another $3 just to wash the mud down the drain and he cuts it off on me again with 2 minutes left to go. Hope no one EVER comes here.

I use them because they are near my house but the owner and/or manager can be very rude.

My husband spent all morning buying items to wash our car while utilizing Water Magics water hose and vacuum system. We pulled up and he began to get started, the owner saw his bucket, came out and told him to take his business elsewhere, and that bucket-washing was not allowed here...

Extremely clean with machines that are working properly simultaneously!!! That is a tremendous accomplishment in itself for the owner, ken, who is always at Watermsgic and very friendly!

This was really bad. REALLY BAD. The old man people are referring to is legit. Super rude and he was toying with the machine as we were getting our Auto wash.Seriously just go ANYWHERE else.

Very clean. Everything worked. Attendant was on duty. The best car wash Ive ever been to!

Was told to leave immediately after finishing washing my car due to “people waiting” with no one in line behind me attendant was extremely rude

Went through the auto carwash and came out with grease streaks on side and back of car! Ugh!

Will never use this car wash again or any of my family will be using I pulled in to rinse just dust no mud or anything on my mower just dust and I was ran off
