I absolutely love Harry T’s. They are honest and work incredibly hard (and fast!) to take care of my car. I trust them to do a super job each and every time.

Got most expensive package because I thought it would be best service. Total waste of money. Didnt expect it to be detailed but you can at least do a thorough job vacuuming for a $30 wash.

I have used Harry’s before and never had a problem until yesterday. Paid $50 to get vehicles cleaned, inside and out. Tipped the guys for both vehicles and left. I’ve always had great service so I didn’t think twice about looking them over. My truck has several spots inside they were never touched and the SUV still had visible dirt on the side (it’s white) and I had to clean the wheels myself. I tried to call this morning and get it resolved but was told there was nothing they could do because it was already the next day. Needless to say Harry you just lost two customers that have used your business several times before.

I paid for a deluxe wash and tipped on top of that. I wanted an exterior and interior wash. I specifically said I wanted the inside cleaned and vacuumed. They were done with it so quickly. Not only were there still dirty spots clear as day on the exterior, it was almost like they didn’t even vacuum anything but the mats in my car. There was still stuff under the seats and on the seats. There were marks on my console, dust, etc that did not even look like it was touched. I was in a hurry so couldn’t stay but wow. Highly disappointed. Won’t be back. I took pics but can’t upload them.

They did not even clean the fender wells. I got home and spent 45 minutes doing what I paid 25 dollars for. I called Harry he was very nice ask me did bring it back. I live in waco and said no I had already cleaned it. it gave me a free truck wash for next time. pleased he is making it right

My car was first in the line and I had to wait almost 1 hour 😠 for oil change...so disappointed and last time the didnt put all the clips back from the panel when they changed the oil....So mad...and when I asked why take so long time...they said panel to big to take off...really...da...what they first time see the cars or change the oil....horrible...horrible service ...

The inside of my wasnt clean but the outside was excellent.

I’ve been doing business with this car wash for years and the quality has steadily going downhill. I brought in a fairly clean car today a 2020 Cadillac XTS they did not vacuum the seats they did not even wipe off the dashboard the car is covered with water spots because it was not dried properly. I called and spoke to the lady and she says if you bring it back will redo it but did not and I told her I was already out of town and she made no other offers. I told her I would take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend doing business with Harry T’s.

I paid for the full service $14.99. The exterior wash was fantastic. The tires and wheels even looked good. However, the windshield still had some pollen around the edges and the dashboard was completely untouched.

I go here almost weekly and the guys always do a great job!! They are very nice and courteous and always make sure that Im happy with the job before I leave. Their prices are very affordable! If 10 stars was an option they definitely deserve it!

Good lube and wash but the guys that work the wash are obnoxious and unprofessional. One guy got in my car without permission and asked for a ride once he already sat down. I would not advise coming to this place.

Took my Sonata in on 05/15/2017 they never cleaned the windows very good, but the kids out front were friendly. took my wifes Honda in on 05/16/2017 give them a second chance the girl at the counter, i had to wait for her to get off the cell phone, also my dash board was never wiped down, now i know it`s hot out, but the level of service should always be the same from morning to the afternoon...

Its nice fast paste environment if you are in a hurry to get your car washed or oil changed. All of the employees are nice and curtious especially the one in the straw hat.

The complete car wash $14.95. Exterior was was very good but the cleaning of inside windows very bad. Whole windows not touched. For this price you should not have to clean windows again when you get home. Save your money get cheap outside wash only.

Just called and said hey do you guys do car washes ...and was going to proceed to say that clean the interior and exterior but I was rudely cut off by some woman saying YOU DID CALL A CARWASH WE DO WASH CARS. Basically trying to insult my intelligence. Wont be taking my money there, get better receptionist.

It was very bad... payed 25 dollars and they didnt vacuum anything out. I got in the car and it was still dirty. Pretty much payed 25 dollars to get my car wet and for an air freshener that smelled terrible ...

They do a very good job. I was really pleased with the service. They give military discounts.
