Just in for a tire rotation and balance. But they got right on it as my appointment was early. Got the job done and I was out in about an hour.

They had the tires I wanted in stock and scheduled me the same day. However it took almost two hours to get the tires mounted and I was not able to get my kids at school in time. Friendly team and competitive prices.

Mr Sammy and the crew has taken the absolute best care of my car. I even learned about what I was getting done on my car. Love this store wouldn’t go anywhere else. Be clear about your problem and they will find a solution.

Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. The RUDEST SOMEONE HAS EVER BEEN TO ME! I call asking for a tire size and the man who answered was so rude IMMEDIATELY. I had probably 2 questions. He SAID “ oh bye bye” I’m still speaking. He talks over me AGAIN. LAUGHING!! oh yea bye bye”. I suggest If you are a FEMALE you NEVER call them or enter the shop. I would never buy a tire from here.

Service 2.5. While there service was fine. On arriving home went in house for 5 minutes and then return to car to put items back in trunk after having back right fixed and saw I had a flat front right tire. 1st visit they rotated tires. Had to fine car service for Wed. Lost time and money.

I have only been here twice, but each time the responsiveness, professionalism, and service has been wonderful. When I went yesterday, they not only took care of my car in under the amount of time they had projected, but made a point to let me know that I could stay as long as I needed (I had been getting some work done on my laptop while using their free wifi), despite the fact that they would be closing relatively soon. Id definitely feel comfortable going back to them again.

Great store to get you car fixed. I have bought tires from them, had tires fixed, and delivered parts to them when I worked at auto zone. They have a great bunch of people there. They know what they are doing. The prices are fair. I definitely recommend this tire and auto shop. God bless.

Scheduled an appointment for Monday (06/22/2020) at 12:30 the week prior for new tires, oil change and an alignment. Picked the tire brand, model, and sizes during the online appointment process. Dropped the truck off early Monday (06/22/2020) due to thats when a co-worker could follow me there and give me a lift back to work. They call around 1:30 saying the tires didnt come in on the shipment and that the Goodyear Eagle Sport All Season tires were not going to be available for a while due to the Corona Virus (which Im calling bluff on).I couldve been advised that prior to inconveniencing a co-worker and dropping off my vehicle then having to get another ride there just to have to inconvenience a co-worker again for another ride for a set of tires elsewhere. If theres a shortage of these model tires why hasnt someone updated the website and allowed me to go through with an appointment and all the trouble involved to end up with the same old tires still on the truck.I arrive to pick my truck up and not a single attempt to try and get my business or make up for the inconvenience was made. Ill take my business elsewhere and do not recommend this shop to anyone. Just ridiculous!

Okay, first super nice service. Greeted me and helped me via the phone and in person. Hands down will visit again because of that experience alone.However, if on the phone you say you have an opening at 2. It should not take an hour and 15 mins to patch a tire. My wait was incredibly unnecessary for my needs. The only thing that would make this better is be more open about wait times and service. I could have planned better too.

Came here specifically for Tim. Experienced tech and good friend. Was going to get alignment, but he found other issues that needed fixed first. These guys are always friendly and offer good service!

Would give a 0 stars. Had an appointment at 12:30 and was told to come and pick up at 3:30. Went to pick it up and the car hadn’t gone into the shop. Was told to wait another 3 hours and that I would receive a call when finished. Will never use this place again.

I just needed to have a flat tire fixed. Steve was very professional. He told me it wouldnt cost me anything and was pretty accurate on how long my wait was going to be. Adam did an amazing job fixing me right up and sending me on my way. Thanks guys!

I went to this place in the past to get my heater core fixed. They told me it was going to cost $700! Upon looking at the diagnostic, they wanted to do all kinds of crazy charges like $100 to replace a thermostat! I demanded they show me only the necessary prices, and it was $400. I went ahead and had work done there, because I knew it was the only place within walking distance.That was a couple of years ago. Today, I went in to see what it would cost for them to look at a gas leak. Dude told me, It will cost anywhere from $46-$200. Down the street, I had already been told it would be $20. Then I called another dude on Central High Road who said he would look for no charge.I was just trying to be polite by giving a place I had previously received service from some more business, but I shant make that mistake again.

I loved this goodyear. Usually I feel like I could potentially be being swindled when I take my car in. But the workers here seemed very friendly and trustworthy. I mainly interacted with Steven. He was extremely knowledgable. Not only did he explain my situation with clarity but I overheard him explaining the car problems for two other individuals. One person who may have been having trouble understanding him he spoke to for what seemed like 15 minutes. Rather than feeling like these were traditional car mechanics trying to take advantage of asymmetric information this felt like they and especially steve were going out of their way to build trust and understanding.Additionally my car is very old and beat up. I was concerned its mishapeness from an old car accident would prevent the mechanics from fixing my car issues. But they worked hard and diligently to send me on the road before the thunderstorm rolled in.A highly recommend this Goodyear.

I have been going to GoodYear in Carrollton since 2014. I have always been treated with respect. Sammy is the only employee I deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable and will and has treated me fairly. In fact I just purchased two sets of tires for my vehicles. As long as Sammy is at the store I as sure I will get the best service.

I would give the staff 10 stars if i could, i have actually visited this location twice this week, not on purpose but im glad i did! 1st time i needed an alignment done 3 shops in Carrollton could not do an alignment on a chevy truck for some reason. Finally getting intouch with goodyear i was assured they could do an alignment that day, and did! Truck had a hesitating problem when i brought it in for the alignment which they informed me then they could look at it and get it fixed. I did not leave it with them that day but should have... 2 days later i broke down and would not start. 4 hours later they had the truck fixed and ready to go camping in Floirda the day before my trip! Thank you so much to the mechanics at this shop! They do an awesome job tire and mechanic wise! I will be back!

I have been twice for small automobile repairs only to be turned away both times. I arrived 25 minutes before closing and was told to come back tomorrow for a battery. I told the manager it was an emergency as my truck is only running because I jumped it off and left it running. He told me more loudly ,”come back tomorrow.” I had a similar experience 3 months prior. Stay away.

I came in for tires on the recommendation of a friend. I was quoted for two tires when it was discovered that all four were bad. No other description or explanation was offered and I was not shown why they were bad. I opted in for four new tires regardless, perhaps my first mistake, and waited patiently. After the time I was quoted tripled, 30 min became 90, I asked for my Tahoe and what was taking so long. I was then informed that they were checking the alignment, which I did not request. I asked if new tires could effect the alignment and was told it could not. I asked for Tahoe immediately since I was already late returning to work. They finally brought my vehicle and told me it was out of alignment. Much to my chagrin, my truck now pulls hard to the left. I now feel as though I was somehow taken advantage of. I realize that all sorts of things could have gone wrong with the tires I had - they could have been bad, but I will never know. They should have asked if I wanted them to run diagnostics, or if I had time, which I did not on either count. Instead, they sold me additional tires sight unseen and then started checking for additional problems at which point I felt they were going to find problems regardless, and they did. So, with four new tires, my truck now drives worse than when I brought it in and now I have to find a reputable auto shop to correct whatever is wrong.

Awesome service. It is a bit on the expensive side. But Ive learned over the years you get what you pay for.

Your sales reps are the rudest people Ive ever spoken to in a customer service setting. I was snapped at put on hold and then rudely told to call my car dealership and see if they will deal with it. I expected Goodyear to have a better customer experience than Walmart but even Walmart mechanics were better and more polite than Sam.

The markup on their prices is extremely unreasonable. For example they tried to charge me $320 for parts that cost $60. Next, according to the book the repairs for my car would only take 3 hours tops. The labor cost they attempted to charge me was $430. Last, but not least they tried to charge me $100 for Coolant that cost $12. On top of all this they dont even use OEM parts. Stay clear unless you are using diagnostic services.

The wait time seems reasonable but the pricing seems outrageous and over priced. They tried to charge over a $140 labor twice to preform the same job on the left and right side of my car.

Went to get a tire put on my husbands truck, waited for 3 hours with my toddlers who had no interest in the 10 year old magazines. The customer service guy was a jerk! I messaged corporate to let them know how rude he was and how disgusting the bathrooms are (I live in a household of 4 boys, so I can handle a mess). I will NEVER return here. And after 4 broken belts in the goodyear tires, I will most certainly not be using the brand that I had always thought was dependable and safe.

I arrived at 7:05am on a Saturday to find I was the only one there (including employees). I sat in the parking lot for 20 min, received no help, and left. The only reason Im ok with this happening is because it lead me to my new favorite tire shop, and my new recommendation, Southside Tire and Brake.

I get my oil changed about roughly 5k miles because that is what my car tells me to do on the OD. Goodyear is my go to for tires and oil. They are always reliable and reasonable and you know youre getting a quality service with them.

Im sitting in the parking lot been here since 6:50 and I have yet to see a employee pull in. Says yall are open from 7 am to 7 pm. So where is everyone at ? I think yall need new workers haha

I took my car to Goodyear for an oil/filter change and a maintenance inspection. And guess what? The car is much worse now. They made it worse on purpose so that I go back there and fix whats wrong with the car (i.e., pay a lot of money). Thats quite dishonest. I am afraid if I take the car back, itll not run again.

This place is terrible. Made an appointment for an oil change, showed up before the scheduled time and still waited over an hour for an OIL CHANGE. Absolutely ridiculous. Not coming back to this location.

Called to get a patch and use Allstate Insurance. The Insurance pays by credit card over the phone. But this shop was unwilling to accept payment. They dont have the clients best interest in mind.
