Joaquin is tremendously unprofessional! We were accused of cutting in line because he didnt want to perform the quick service I needed required by the state. He accused us of lying when we told him we were waiting before another customer he said he would go ask the other customer to see who is telling the truth how can you have someone so rude and unprofessional working there accusing customers of being liars? We were there to get a state required service. This is absolutely unacceptable. He is very lucky we are people that do not choose to be violent or aggressive he wouldnt have much luck with someone else. You do not accuse customers of being liars especially when they are not lying.

Each time I take my car here.... I have no doubt that Mo and his staff are going to take excellent care of me. I am very grateful for this automotive business!! They do not try to take advantage of me just because I am a woman! 💙

Used this business for an oil change and this man is yelling at me because I brought in a Groupon. Giving us a hard time, yelling at us, telling us we have to pay full price and so much more inconvenience. I would never come back or recommend anyone to come here even if it was the last place doing oil changed. STAY AWAY!

Oil change was completed on 1/30/21. I have to say this was the absolute best service I have ever received getting my oil changed. Manager, Joaquin, was very friendly and his waiting area is clean. It literally took them less then 10min. to complete my service. Thank you, Just 7!

*update:Came with my sister to do a oil change and change filters and they charged us fee for water bottles in break room. Theres no sign that says it costs to take a water bottle... very misleading.Very fast no appointment needed. I called to make sure and they told me to come on over and I got my oil changed super fast. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Was very easy and quick process and they even honored the groupon price for me so I didnt have to buy the groupon ahead of time.Thank you for your kind and great service. I would highly recommend to come here.

I went first thing in the morning & I didnt have to wait except of course, while they changed the oil. They did try to update, which I do not like when companies do that but I understand why. Other than that it was a pretty good experience. The man who apparently was in charge told me just to come straight to them & I could get the same price as I received through Groupon. Thank you!

Im reporting this shop to the BBB. 2 of my family members went to this place for a simple oil change and both came out with A/c issues needing evaporator core replacements. With newer model vehicles 2016, and 2017. Someone had to have loosen an air conditioner line or poke a hole next to reservoir. For both of my family members not to have any Freon left in the reservoir.

Purchased Groupon for Full Synthetic oil change. When I arrived I was informed very rudely that my run of the mill Chevy truck required a”special” filter that was $20 more and an extra quart of oil for the low, low price of $10. That’s right, $30 for a filter and a quart of oil on top of the Groupon charge. Save your money and go to Firestone!

I took my car there for an oil change 49.99 full synthetic not bad. When i got home and few hours later i notice a drip of liquids underneath my car. Later i found out is coming from one of the radiator hose somehow its got loose. So i screw it on back tight and no leak and no problems. For a hoses to get that loose someone has to manually loosen the screw on purpose. I definitely not going back there again not taking any chances for them to do other damage

Not good service...! I had my car there for State Inspection ONLY but they tested my car by running around with v. high speed and suddenly applied strong braked many times. My car swaying and lost Alignment after..look like they try to find something to ask for fix but my car is still new. Hope they do better service next times.Because clients always watch what U doing to their car.

These guys have excellent service (a lost art) and very reasonable prices. I have never posted before but these guys deserve the recognition. I have never been up-sold or ripped-off. They explain the options, the cost and deliver on time. I have used this company since they opened. I always get my car on time, when promised, with polite, respectful service that is not available at larger chains. I have referred my family members and now they refer people and share my loyalty. If you need work performed, consider going with a company that impressed me enough to write this.

Its a good place for oil changes but thats about it. Any other work needing done they will try to charge you a ridiculous amount to fix simple things.

Do NOT go here.These men just want to get you “IN-N-OUT” like the drive thru in a doggone burger joint-they don’t care about the longevity of your car, nor will they go the extra mile to actually take the time to see what the issue is.They DON’T care. They claimed to fix my engine, and then lo and behold when I get there the check engine light comes on.I go back inside and tell them to check it out for me and it starts to SMOKE.They didn’t even seem sorry about the issue.Keep driving down and go to Midas down the street. They actually care about your car.

Just left there and wont go back, went for oil change, barely understand the guy and then older gruff guy comes over and I tell him I want an oil and filter change and ask if her will grease the five fittings on my truck. He say no the grease gun is broken. That is the same exact thing the said six months ago when I had my oil changed. Go ahead and risk it, but if there is an auto shop with a broken grease gun for six months and they cant figure out how to get a new one Im out of there.The star is only because I had to hit one in order to post

The manager is a total lunatic! I went in to have them fix a few minor things, ask for a receipt, and inquire about why BOTH times I dropped off my car ...both times I got it back with my tank on E. Manager told me he drives customers cars home and back and to god knows where else.Its wrong for him to drive customers cars without their owners consent. I dont feel comfortable having some stranger drive MY car where ever they want.I asked for gas money because that seemed reasonable and he went off! Yelled at me, pointed fingers in my face, argued with me, and only gave me $10 to replace my full tank of gas.Just because of his treatment alone, I will never return here.He didnt even attempt to apologize.Needless to say,The mechanics and the work they do is absolutely great! I have zero complaints about the actual work done.

Typical shady mechanic shop.They have a sign by the cashier that says 3% off when you pay cash. I paid cash and the guy didnt know that the sign was there. I asked if he could open the register to give me the money back for the 3% off. I cant open the register. Maybe next timeLol

I feel very indifferent about my visit. The mechanic was not pleasant, but the work did get done without any hassles. The shop is set up strange upon arrival and I wasnt really sure where to park. The entire experience was mediocre at best. Only came here because of a Groupon and I probabaly wont return.

Horrible customer service.... No interpersonal skills. I called the shop in advance to inform them of my arrival. Once I arrived I had to basically restate verbatim everything I previously mentioned literally five minutes ago!!!! I purchased two tires although I had a blowout and really only needed one. Needless to say, I bought two tires, the tech didnt mention my other tire (which I found to be weird). I had to ask to get my tire.... Which strikes me as bad customer service.... Do not go here...... Unless youre desperate like I was at the moment.

Very impressed. I had a tire shred on me right at the Trinity exit off George Bush. Managed to get up to their parking lot (well across from it anyway). They worked on my car same day, gave me an idea of everything that was required and didnt upsell anything. I will be back in the future.

Honest Guys that do Great work

Aymen runs as good of a mechanic shop as I have encountered. He solves problems (at a very reasonable price) that other well-known shops cant or wont unless you pay them hundreds or thousands of dollars. Here are 2 examples of what he has done for me:1) Fixed a stuck gear shifter on Nissan: City Garage charged me $80 to diagnose the problem, $200 to change the safety mechanism, and then wanted to charge me another $780 to replace the entire center console. For less than what City Garage charged me (which didnt fix anything), Ayman fixed the gear shifter, replaced my worn out bearings, changed my oil, inspected my car and fixed my headlight.2) Numerous repairs on Lexus: My mother-in-law paid $3,600 to have her timing belt replaced, but it was still not right, and the engine made a burning smell. I took it to Ayman to have everything possible fixed as a Christmas present. For less than what she paid previously, Ayman: replaced the timing belt, head gasket, replaced all the shocks, replaced the Lexus key fob remote, restored the headlights, painted multiple panels on the exterior and blended it perfectly, detailed the car, changed the oil and inspected it. I think he also did some other things, but this is what I remember from the top of my head.Aymen doesnt sell you things you dont need. He offers to drive me home while he repairs my cars. He is exceedingly fair, helpful and I highly recommend him.He can do everything I have ever needed on my Lincoln, Lexus, Nissan and Jaguar. I bet he can handle your repair and bodywork needs, too, regardless of what kind of car it is.Go see Ayman. Feel free to tell him Jay sent you, and you will not be disappointed.
