I’ve gone here a few times. At first, the prices were fair and decent but the wait time was very, very long. It took 4 hrs (and $300) to change a light bulb. I purchased the bulb and they still charged me for the part! They installed a “new” 5 year warranty battery last year. It failed this year. Cost? $260 to replace and a stated 2 hr time for labor. And the battery? They installed a used one that was 4 years old. The boss is more interested in trying to get people signed up to sell Herbalife than fixing cars. Do not recommend.

We dropped off our child at school this morning and after my wife suggested to go With Torres auto repair because our Ford explorer was making a loud noise coming from the muffler. Also the explorer was making a different noise coming from the front axle that other places couldnt diagnose.I told Reinaldo to work on the muffler since he specialized in mufflers. But the front axle noise I thought was related to the Transfer case or differential. So I was telling Reinaldo the situation with front axle and I asked if he could drive the truck while jacked up. He tested it and he even drove it around the parking lot and he played with the 4x4 buttons and guess what?I was driving on 4x4 high and didnt even realize but Reinaldo figured it out and didnt charge extra like other shops would.We were so happy with the service he provided it.

This mechanic is trash.Este mecanico es basura. Save your money and go to discount muffler.torres is a poor mechanic just like his english.dude is a crook.

First , and most these scammers dont even deserve a 1 Star rating they deserve 0.They dont even do the repair , and I hear even if they do , theyll only make it worse.But they sure dont mind taking your money.Whatever you do boycott these fly by night thieves!

We took our pick up there to get the dashboard and electrical fixed. Charged us over $700 and now 2 weeks later we have the same issue. We went back and they refused to even look at it saying it was not their fault it isn’t working again. Obviously they did not fix what we originally paid them to fix. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Will not be going back ever.

I TOOK MY CAR HERE WITH EMISSION ISSUE HE CHARGED ME 725.00...I TOOK IT BACK IT FAILED TEST.WITH SAME CODE HE THEN TOLD ME..WELL IT WILL BE 2500 FOR TIMEING CHANGE..HE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT..HE WAS ALSO WANTED ME TO LEAVE MY CAR ..AND WHEN I DID ONE OF THE WORKERS DROVE IT YO ANOTHER SHOP..R.TORRES WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY..KNOWING HE DONT KNOW JOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM..ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A WOMEN..BEWARE!!!!
