Old skool auto shop where they will show you FIRST before they work. Returns old parts for you to see without you having to ask. Very very reasonable cost. Not using a dealership again. Ben is a sweetheart and listens to what the customer says and all of his mechanics gets the jobs well done. I love it.

Ben is the best. He has helped my son with his Subaru for several years. He also helped another friend with her Subaru as well. He is very honest and his rates are very competitive. My repair shop recently closed its doors so he serviced my Ford as well.

6/12/19Came in for an oil change and was greeted by the friendly mechanic at the front desk. I was quoted $60 (synthetic w/ labor and included free multi-point inspection) and 30 minutes for the job. Additionally he replaced my cabin filter and air filter for $15 each. The total time was actually about an hour but the price quote was honored upon pickup.The little waiting room is relatively clean but no frills. Bring your own entertainment.The mechanics were polite, friendly, and I learned they have been at this location for 19 years. I think I’ll be back since the price was competitive and the people were nice. I’d just recommend taking the time estimation with a grain of salt.**The “24.95” for an oil change sign in the photos on Google have since been covered up, so don’t expect that price.**

A radiator hose on my car started leaking while i was driving home. Japanese Only was the closest mechanic to where I was. I called Ben up and he said I could bring it in that afternoon (this was around 4:30 PM). I fully expected to leave the car over night and hopefully pick it up the next day. Somehow, Ben managed to get a new upper radiator hose and have it replaced within an hour. I couldnt believe it. This saved my wife and kids a trip to pick me up during dinner time. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Japanese Only!

Had my Integra there for a major O/H. Ben did a great job, wish there were other placeslike his. Even got the car washed for us when we arrived to pick it up. Prices are waybetter than going to a dealership and much more personal. I would highly recommendhis business to everyone! Thanks Ben, well be back.

Ben is honest and direct in his dealings with everyone. I have taken my 2 cars to him for many years and he always gives me the best advice about my cars. He has saved me a lot of money over the years by charging me less than he could and only repairing what must be repaired. He always saves the parts from my car (he doesnt show me other peoples car parts), takes me into the workshop to show me wear on brakes, etc. and never does any unnecessary repairs as most other places do.

I came in with my 2008 Honda Civic requesting a full tune up, I explained that the idle was a little rough and that I let my little brother do my brakes and mount new tires and rotors for credit in his automotive class and my TPSM and Check engine lights are on now. After listening to me thoroughly I was asked to start the car so he could hear how it sounds and then drove it around the block and was told he will inspect everything and tell me what was needed most. Spark plugs are $20 a piece for my car and other parts would be more but after a the inspection all that was needed was a transmission tune up and oil change. He missed that the motor mounts were the cause of the rough idle.

I am serious,barely you could find honest and reliable mechanic guy like Ben, he does everything right while he is nice to everyone. I keep always him as my mechanic guy. he is busy and I know sometimes takes time but I am ok with it bcz I know a right mechanic will work on my car.

Ben is very polite and friendly person, he is a knowledgeable and professional mechanic and know how to fix any issues. I highly recommend him.

My wifes 2004 Honda Accord V6 transmission began to fail on the way to work (8mi drive) and she had to pull over since it wouldnt shift out of first gear. Ben (owner) is a loyal mechanic of family members so I called him. But first I called another shop that wanted to charge me $1200 for diagnostic of the transmission, stating they had to pull it to take a look inside; thats not needed byw. I had to call a tow truck and asked Ben if we could have it towed directly to him, and he had no problem with that. After talking with him Ben also mentioned there is no charge for a diagnostic. He would check the tranny fluid level, a visual inspection and run it through for codes. After no codes, he called me and told me everything he would do, what he recommends, and pricing. He is very professional, will not push anything on you for additional money, AND his prices can not be beat anywhere. Once the tranny was flushed four times, it runs better than it ever has. $190 out the door, and two VERY happy customers who will return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I cannot say that enough. Thank you Ben!!
