Amazing service and best prices for quality used tires. I had 4 used CHP tires installed on my newer BMW X5 - 2 weeks later I came back as 1 one tire kept losing air - they found a nail in it and instead of blaming me for getting one, they replaced the tire (no cost). Now that’s what I call exceptional customer service!

Owner is super friendly and very attentive. He came in at 0745 and saw me with a flat tire, said to wait 5 min so he could open the door and was helping me right away. Prices were fair too! Took maybe 20 min for him to switch all 4 tires. Great service!! Definitely recommend!

They were under staffed big time. Which caused a long wait. Other than that. I got really good used michelin tires for a fraction of the new price.i was skeptical at first,used I assumed they were like some other tires shops garbage . I purchased new tires a few weeks ago which included a 2 year road hazard warranty. I hit a rock and blew my rear tire. These guye are super professional and honored the warranty and replaced the tire free of charge. They had to have the tire delivered so i left my car overnight. I had to be at work at 1245 so i let them know. An employee named vince came through in the clutch and got the tire there with a few minutes to spare. These guys are awesome! Thanks for getting me to work on time!

You cant go wrong at Bobs tires! Vince and Neil are the BEST. I had my car stolen (fun, right?). When it was recovered with bad rims and tires, these guys went way above and beyond to make it like new. I had an issue that was hard to track down, it was pulling to the right, but now it is all better, thanks to the extra help they put in. And they fixed it within my budget. I always go here when I need tires swapped out and/or mounted and balanced. The employees are easy to talk to and understand exactly what I need done. theyre always in a good mood no matter how bad the job is. Theyve always been super fast. The prices are also good on the wallet. I dont mind recommending this place but its hard giving up one of my favorite auto repair shops.

I was going to head over the hill to Reno but needed to have my tires changed out because there wasnt much tread left. I called them on the chance that they might be able to help. They had new tires in stock for my truck and told me to come over and they would get them done right away. They werent lying. Definitely the fastest I have ever had tires changed out. Highly recommend going here to have your tires replaced!

Went in there to get another tire. I was there on Monday and they put a new tire on. On Wednesday, I got 3 new tires and they gave me a discount. They explained everything that was going on with my tires and I was very happy with the discount and the Customer Service. I also receive free tire rotation for the life of my tires. I was told to come in every 6 months for the rotation. Putting on my tires didnt take long at all. Definitely recommend them!!!

These guys wouldnt know a tire from a hole in the ground. I would actually prefer to go to D. JS which is pretty much across the street.

I have been coming to them for all of my tires in the last 7 years or so and have been recommending them to all of my friends anytime one of them needs a used/new tire. I had a very different experience this time. Yesterday I went in for 4 used tires and spoke with a younger gentleman about the tires I wanted. We settled on a set of tires and I was told $25 per tire. I said I was good with that and the gentleman asked if Id like them on the car now. I said I would like that and handed him the keys. When the tires were on I was handed a bill for $181. I wasnt told of any other fees. I understand that there are USUALLY fees for mounting and balancing and disposal of the old ties but I did not expect the fees since NONE of them were mentioned. I should have argued against the extra fees but it was about 105° and after 5pm so I just accepted the loss. In the future Ill recommend whatever tire place I find that discloses the mounting + balancing and disposal fees BEFORE the work is done.

This place is simply great. Personal attention. Great bargains for very lightly used tires. Used to be a tirerack junkie ; Bobs the man! Found me the exact tire I needed in short order and went out of his way to install on my schedule.

Ive bought tires here many times. Its really close to my house. There are quite a few tire shops right near by. This in my mind is the best. Quick service and no high pressure sale like the other places. This is where I will by all my tires from now on.

Bought a set of 4 matching used tires. Got home and found a large bubble on the inner sidewall. Had to drive 40 minutes back to the shop and was only offered a tire with slightly less tread. No apology or partial refund, just the guy saying that sucks. Avoid this place and save your time.

Best tire shop in the area! They have always done a great job, gave quick service, looked out for my best interests, and kept the prices affordable. They gave me an extra spare tire cause my original was dusted, and I didnt even know it until I happened to need it, they really go that extra mile for the customer.

The people who work here are a heaven sent! I went in for a problem and they managed explain to me there was another problem and fixed it for free! On top of that, the irony of the quote when it rains it pours , my day went from bad to worse finding out my credit cards are being declined! 😭😭 no only did he + cut me a deal on my tire replacement, he wished me a better day and hope I do business with them again! Dont go anywhere else. I needed tires really bad. They sold me four used tires and when I had the money the next month for new tires they applied what I had spent on the used tires towards the new purchace price. Unbelievable customer service!

The guys here are great and they take good care of their customers. I do a lot of driving and it seems like theres always something that needs to be done a tire rotation or a nail and these guys handle it and handle it fast. I travel a lot and i drive my car into the ground, so i need to replace them more often than normal wear and tear. Their prices are very reasonable. If you drive a smaller compact car, you can get 2 almost brand spankin new tires for under 100. Great place. Love them!

Unlike an earlier comment I am uite pleased with the Service that Bobs Quality Tires provides. When I pulled in and went inside I noticed two customers waiting for their cars. Within 5 minutes down just to one. Then my assistance with getting just two tires. And as three more customers came in it took just anither ten minutes to complete the job on my car. If you want the glitz and Fancy showroom and big price tires go elsewhere. If you want Quality Service and Top Performance tires Without the Line:You have to buy a pair or more we dont sell single Tires here! This visit was my fourth after replacing all the Original Tires off my 2006 Chevy Impala back in 2014 was the last visit here. And those Tires are doing Great. Never had a situation where I recieved 0 of the services I paid for. I came here because it was a little cheaper than where I usually go, Americas tires. I recieved none of the services I paid for. They mounted and balanced the tires and rims I brought in just before a Tahoe trip. Tires and steering wheel had dangerous vibrations and shakes through the car to the point that it alarmed my wife!I immediately brought my truck back and spoke with Vince to whom I explained the situation. He proceeded to blame my rims and tires. I didnt appreciate him blaming me right off the bat. But I went with it. I asked Vince the general manager, if a rim is bent or tires are bad, wouldnt your mechanics tell me that instead of just sending me on my way? His reply shocked me - no.I asked to have him take a look again because my truck wasnt doing this before I brought it to his shop. He said fine but he has to charge me to rebalance them, which I already paid once! I decided to get a 2nd opinion from my trusty Americas Tires on Greenback. They found water in the tires. Id say that Bobs Quality Tires really dropped the ball and that theres definitely not any quality in theire service. But wait the lack of customer service has only begun....Today 3/5/19 I just got off the phone with GM Vince who told me there will be no refund for any of the services. He threw phrases at me such as my guys try their best to get water out unbalanced tires are NOT dangerous. Claimed I should have let him have a second look but I didnt wait last Sunday. Vince you told me I can wait but I probably wont get it and now you blame me, again, for not waiting? You wanted to charge me. Id rather go to a trusted shop with integrity. And pay them instead of you again.Bobs Quality tires FAILED to provide proper tire mounting and FAILED to provide safe tire balance. Bobs failed at the only 2 things their shop does. Would you risk a vacation, safety, or just peace of mind by going to Bobs?

I dont normally write reviews. Im writing this so that other people can avoid what these guys have done to my tires and my pockets. I had 2 tires mounted by them because I naively thought it would be cheaper than letting the big shops do it, but they basically ripped me off, by not doing the mount properly so I would come back to them. So I had a flat and I went to a different shop, because I felt off about how my tire got flat. I was right. The other shop, americas tires showed me the rips on my tires on the inside, because they did a f#%^ing sloppy job on mounting them. Obviously costed me more. Avoid this establishment, damn disgrace.
