Called for a brake fluid flush estimate was told my car (2011 Honda accord) needs special fluid (dot 3-4-5.1) is not special, I buy the brand Bosch for $15. Was quoted $160! Lmao! Pep boys quoted me $69 exact same fluid and job. So much for trying to help out small businesses what a rip off. The lady that answered the phone didnt seem very knowledgeable either.

I stopped by to set up an appointment to get my wife’s car fixed and while they were looking at it to see what all it would Need they fixed it 😃.(but wait there’s more) when I wanted to pay them he said just bring it by when it needs smog. And this isn’t my only experience there. They’re my one stop/first stop auto shop👍👍👍👍👍

I sincerely enjoyed my experience at this amazing shop. I went in for a smog. While I was waiting for it to be finished, ken let me use a loaner vehicle so I could go and get something to eat. I felt like I was first class. The pricing on the smog was an amazing price. I was greeted with a smile and I left smiling myself. Id recommend this shop to anyone who is craving for a friendly, and high class service. They deserve 6 stars!!!!!

This is simply the best shop I have ever dealt with. I am rebuilding (read: I’m paying Ken and John’s to do the work) an old GMC pickup. The time they have spent explaining things to me and the advice Ken has given me has saved me thousands. Literally. They are honest timely and straight forward. Most recently, I took my car in and dropped it off at 9 a.m. and they diagnose the problem, ordered and installed the part, and I received a call that afternoon that my car was ready for pickup. Im very pleased with their service. They never try to sell me something I dont need but let me know when a part is showing wear and should be replaced. As a single senior lady I appreciate not being treated as though Im either a moron or senile.

I got a few other quotes around town, but this place offered me the best deal, saving me several hundred dollars. They took me first thing in the morning and I was out of there in one hour. I am glad to support a local family business. The only thing thats missing is a nice place to wait, but I suppose most people dont wait and have a ride there and back.

Ken and Johns (K & Js) are now my first go to shop when I have concerns about my 1997 Corolla. My car inexplicably failed smog at Smog N Go twice, wierd, unexplainable hydrocarbon readings. Then my car failed again at the Smog Referee program. I shouldve gone to K & Js in the first place. Anyway, I had lots of questions and fears. Everybody took the time to listen and were patient and helped me understand what my options were. I trust this shops judgment. Lisa is super friendly and patient well. K & Js actually can offer courtesy shuttle. I know my car was in trustworthy hands. Its a family owned business. I didnt realize what a difference it makes to have my car serviced somewhere other than the chain types of shop.

Talked to Ken on the phone for 20 mins as he guided me through some problems I have been having with my car. Its hard to find help from shops nowadays because theyre so busy and want to get paid. This guy never knew if I was going to take my car in but he still spent the time researching my problem then explaining it to me through and through. I like this shop and recommend just giving them a call and hearing that they are genuine.

I go to work at 8am and they are always willing to give me a ride or lend me a loaner car while mines in the shop! Affordable, and convenient! Thanks Ken and Johns!

I started coming here after another garage botched my repairs simply because they were fed-up with servicing my vehicle... my final straw was an invoice accidentally given to me for an $8.00 part I was charged $65.00 for (not including labor). Moral of the story; theres always light at the end of the tunnel and fortunately Ken and Johns were there too.*Maintenance often and avoid costly repairs later*Thanks guys!

I came in for a pre-purchased car inspection and was very, very disappointed. The inspection was very quick - 20 mins. I think the person who inspected the car knew more about the car than the person who had reviewed and consulted the results with me, Ken - the co-owner of this shop (?). This is my second time getting a car inspected and my first time at this shop, so the difference in service was big. For a $120 car inspection, I expected more during the consultation than just the cars are worn out - as written on the report. No engaging or thorough conversation about the details from the report. So, so disappointing. I dont think the fee reflects the service and do not recommend their service.

These guys and girl do an excellent job every time I never have had a mechanic that doesn’t rip me off but these guys are always a square deal and square dealing I would recommend at least checking it out before going anywhere else
