Thai is AMAZING. My husband Anthony & I have been going to him for years, & his work is great. Hes very genuine & likes helping people. Hes not greedy like most shops. He gets you in quick, finds the issue & lets you know the price & gets it done fast. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Hes our go to guy.

My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for years now, and are more than satisfied every time we do. Thai is a great mechanic and really knows what hes doing. Hes usually able to tell us what is wrong on the spot, and even lets us know if it needs to be fixed right away or if it can wait until we can afford it. Speaking of affording it, he is very fair with his prices, which is the reason we ever went to him in the first place, and were beyond glad we did. You can also tell that he cares about his customers, as he goes above and beyond every time we go in. Hes the only mechanic weve gone to for years now, and we dont see that changing any time soon.

I am now in a committed relationship with a mechanic. The sky just simply is the best he is operating out of a warehouse center and the parking may not be ideal however he is an awesome mechanic he quotes you what itll be and then he fixes it and actually calls you when the car is done. The prices are reasonable and he was exceptionally kind. Some mechanics look at you give you a quote he looked at me explain to me what was wrong pointed it out to me and then drew a picture. he treats women very well so please dont be afraid to go there thinking youre going to get ripped off he is 100% authentic and quite possibly the very best Ive known in 50 years.

Carmichael Auto is a very professional company. Ive never had any concerns about their work. Ive had nothing but quality work by the owner and his mechanics. Ive recommended Tye and his mechanics to several of my friends.

Was able to set up drop off. Car needed a tine up. Left car at 9:30 was done at 4:30. Car running great. My brother had them install a used motor. Took a week. Great job. Will go back.

I cannot recommend a better place to take your car! Thai (the owner) is always there and very knowledgeable and helpful! I went in for a repair several years ago and was quoted 3 hours labor (which was very reasonable). When the work was done he said it took his guy a little over 2.5 hours so he was reducing the hours on the quote!Never have i seen this at any other mechanics! I have continued to go there since and recommend him and his shop to all my friends and co-workers (and anyone who will listen to me singing his praises!)

Would give Thai 100 stars if I could. I’ve been going here since I moved to Carmichael in like 2014. He’s always been so real and honest, never lets me down. Prices are so much more than fair, it’s almost unreal! I’ve even sent my ex here and he doesn’t haggle her because she’s a woman. I’ve seen it first hand so many times. But Thai is real and the best!!!

I have been taking my vehicles here for quite a few years now. As Im writing this they are changing my oil and filter on the spot right when I can in. I had planned to leave it and casually mentioned I was going to ride my bike home in the rain. When Thai heard this he wouldnt let me and told me he to pull it in the station and he would do it right away. Top notch service!

The guy did give me a free guesstimate quote in like 5 minutes for my timing belt repairs, which was pretty cool, but when his lowest price of $900 was too much for me, I hoped he would give me options, like fix less now and more later or at least recommend something to help me out. But I only got a shrug. He was pretty busy, so I get it.

This is the best and most honest place I have ever been for a car mechanic. The prices are always amazing and fair. He does great work and warranties pretty much everything he does.

Owner was very nice and the work I had done was cheaper than I anticipated. I had my radiator replaced along with my break pads, freeze plugs and an O2 sensor. Cost was less than some shops charge just to replace a radiator. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesnt work on their on vehicle.

Thai was excellent. After looking over my car, he told me what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, and exactly how much it would cost. After, he showed me all the parts that were replaced. My car drives like its brand new again! He came highly recommended from my sister (he replaced her engine) and I would definitely recommend Thai and his shop. Excellent work!!!!

My 07 Mustang GT had been making a ticking noise. I came in and within a day I had found out it was a faulty rocker arm, and it was replaced and in the afternoon when i went to pick it up, it was fixed.I highly, highly recommend this mechanic shop. The owner is very nice, and genuinely wants to help you. The price was very fair for opening up the valvetrain and sourcing the part.If you need work done, give Carmichael Auto Repair a try. The owner is really great. Thai, is honest and he will give you a fair estimate for the work. He will not recommend any parts repair or replacement if its not needed. My brother got an estimate of $650 for ball bearing replacement. Thai, looked at the car and said theres no need for replacement. He did not even get payment for the check up. Great guy.

They are amazing! Had our timing belt, valve cover gasket and full tuneup on our 96 Lexus ES300. It was done quick and very well. They also changed some seals and the engine doesnt leak a drop of oil. We drove to Oregon the day after the work and it has never driven so good, we got it used. I will be taking my 05 Silverado to them as well when its needed. There is still some work we need done on the Lexus and will defiantly take it back for those too.

OMG! I could not be happier with Thai. He is such an honest guy. I went in for Gas leak from my gas tank and left my car for his diagnostic and fix. He remembered me and remembered I had a fuel pump installed a month ago and found out it was a o ring that was deteriorated and fixed it w/o charge.Yes, kind and honest guy. I will not hesitateon bringing on my car for any repair even for oil changes. Thanks Thai!

Helped fix my ac for my pregnant wife. Did all he could to make sure she was comfortable.

I asked for an estimate for a minor (if only..) oil leak and Thai showed me a 1700 $ repair list. He guided me through almost all cubic inch of my car and in the end he said that I should save this money to buy another one. He then started to explain in a friendly manner why each repair is expensive and what needs to be done to correct it. This is the best auto shop experience Ive ever had (I even learned some stuff too). My biggest concern now is that if we move then I cant bring them with us.
