I would give a negative 5 stars if I could.DO NOT USE – DISHONEST MECHANIC. LACKS INTEGRITY. WILL CHARGE FOR PARTS AND LABOR NOT NEEDED AND NOT PLACED IN VEHICLE. CREATES AN UNNECESSARY REPAIR RATHER THAN CORRECTLY DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM. REFUSES TO FULLY CORRECT HIS ERRORS.On 8/8/21 I contacted Eric Eslick (Mobile Mechanic) to evaluate a problem with the A/C in my 2010 Honda Civic, requesting dye to be placed to evaluate possible leakage. He completed this request for a charge of $200. He gave me a quote of $1080 for the full repair/replacement stating it would be a ~8.5 hour job. We agreed upon 8/22/2021 as the repair date. Because it was such a long job he said he would get started around 8 am. 8 am came and went and I received a text message from Eric that he would be at my place between 9-9:30 am. At 10:30 – still no Eric. I gave him a call – he explained that he was in a situation where he couldn’t leave. I asked him for a time estimate of when I might expect him to be able to work on the car. He told me he didn’t know. At 2:50pm, I received a call from Eric stating that he was available to work on the car and asking if I wanted to proceed. I debated due to the lateness of the day, but agreed to the repair. He arrived and increased the price of the car repair by $100 (for a quote of $1180) Unfortunately, he did not inform me that he would not finish the job that same night, so left the car with some pieces removed, but drivable. He told me he would finish the job the next day beginning at 7 am. I informed him that I was working as it was a Monday, and that he would need to finish it at my workplace. He agreed to this. 7 am came and went. No Eric. At around 8am, I contacted him to see what was going on. He told me he would be there between 7:45 – 8:15 am. He showed up closer to 8:45/9 am. At around 3 pm (and after a 45 min. lunch break), he told me he had completed the repair. The A/C seemed to work.Unfortunately, the A/C quit working only 4 days after Eric stated that he had repaired the car. A mechanic with over 40 years of experience and specializing in Hondas looked at the piece Eric had taken out and stated needed to be repaired as well as his invoicing. BIG RED FLAGS popped out. First, the piece that Mr. Eslick claimed was the problem was cracked in an unnatural way – the only way it could have cracked was by human error – either intentionally or accidental. Secondly, Mr. Eslick claimed he drained out about ½ the fluid in the part, but where the part was cracked, there is no way that this is possible. He gave back the part that he said was broken. It sat on my patio for 2 full days – no leakage. When questioned about this, he could not provide a reason of why this would be.SECOND STRIKE: He claimed to have put in a new line in the car as well and charged for both parts and labor for an installation of piece he never placed in the car. We questioned him on where the old line was as well as a few other questions about his removal of this piece. He did not really have a response to this either and eventually admitted that he did not place the new piece in the car. For this he eventually agreed to a refund of $180 for the part only, but not the labor.THIRD STRIKE: The Honda mechanic who was here correctly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the A/C in approximately 90 min. We also questioned Eric on why the A/C would not be working so soon after he claimed it was repaired. His response was “because of the weather”.This mechanic misdiagnosed the problem, created an unnecessary (and incorrect) repair, charged for parts and labor for a part that he did not install, did not provide truthful and/or plausible answers and refused to provide a full refund for his substantial and expensive errors.STAY CLEAR OF THIS DISHONEST MECHANIC.

The mechanic was awesome! Super convenient and affordable auto repair.Called them up and they came to my house to fix my wife’s car. There was a bad valve that needed to be replaced. After a couple of hours we were back to Norma and the check engine light was gone. The convenience of the mobile mechanic was the best experience I’ve had when dealing with car problems. Definitely going to save this number.
