Ive drove by Best One several times and they always seem very busy, so I thought this might be a good place to purchase new tires.This experience was an excellent one. The service was great. The staff was so nice and friendly (my kind of place).Craig took great care to make sure I was being helped and assisted me in choosing the right tire.This was one of the best retail automotive experiences Ive had.If you need tires go see these guys!

They were very positive and quick. Didnt try to up-sell me on my small leak. Found the screw and patched it quickly. Will go again if I ever have tire issues.

The people at Best One really took care of us! I’m always wary of car places because I always feel like they’re just trying to get my money, but after reading the reviews on Google I decided to take a chance on Best One. They were very friendly and took care of the 2 nails in my tires and rotated them all for free! I was so relieved, I’ll definitely be coming back.Make sure you call to make an appointment! The only negative I can say is I tried to book an appointment online over the weekend when their hours are more limited and I ended up having to call because no one confirmed my appointment. They fill up quickly so make sure you call early!

On the Friday before 4th of July weekend I had a flat tire. I dropped the car off at 9:30. They were happy to fix it at a very reasonable price. Picked up the car at 5:15. Thankful for Best-One their service was excellent.

Best-One of Indy saved me $600!!!! I was losing air pressure in the front right tire and went back to the big discount tire shop that installed them three years ago (for their free service). I was advised the wheel was corroded and that the others will follow suit. They needed to be replaced and was shown samples of replacements and an appointment was attempted to be made. At the tune of $600, I advised him I would get back to them. I then called BRETT at BEST-ONE of INDY explained the issue and he got me in the next day. After Adam at Best-One of Indy inspected all the tires and wheels he advised that I did NOT need new wheels! He repaired the front right wheel and I was good to go! When I checked out there was no charge for the service! Just a promise that I would purchase my new tires from Best-One of Indy. INDEED I WILL! Its comforting to do business with people who have integrity!!!! Thank you!

I went to the Infiniti dealership to have my new car ( from the auction) checked out. They told me I needed breaks, tires and alignment $2500. I took my car in and told them I needed all these things. Brett said we will do them IF needed. Received a call to come pick up my $1100 you just needed tires ( Run flats what I choose) breaks have 10k miles left and only one tire is off center by a fraction and would not be worth the money to pay for the alignment. I am so thank for for their honesty. Not only did they save me money on unnecessary repairs I also saved $300 on just the tires.

Nice staff but not impressed with the wait time. I had an appointment for 9:30 on a Monday. Arrived at 9:15. Was not made aware of any delays. At 10:15 they still had not made any moves and said it would still be a few minutes because they were too busy. At 10:30 I took my keys back and headed over to Valvoline. Oil change done in 12 minutes and didn’t even have to get out of the car. Same price. Wont make the same mistake again of going to Best One.

Second time using Best-One of Indy. Staff is friendly, professional and patient. Very satisfied with the service and price. Will definitely be using them for future jobs.

Arrived at Best-One of Indy in Carmel at very close to closing time with a screw in my tire. The service person at the desk was extremely busy but took the time to look at my tire, check if he had a replacement tire in stock and then had the tire put on while I waited even though it meant closing late.The customer service was excellent!

Brought in a used car I was looking at buying for them to check it over. Took about an hour and a half and seemed thorough. The price was a lot cheaper than I was expecting, especially for an hour and a half of work.

Prompt and reliable service. Over several years and different vehicles weve felt pricing was fair on all service and all but one particular part. Repairs have always been done right and issues resolved. Employees are helpful and most importantly have listened to and addressed concerns. Overnight key drop and being able to pay by phone and pick up after hours if needed, makes service especially convenient.

They were courteous, but were busy and a little slow. I had an appointment for an oil change at 1 PM. I asked how long it would take, and was told about an hour. I was hoping with an appointment it would take shorter. I had another appointment at 2:30, and they were not finished with my car at 2. I asked and went ahead paid my bill. I didnt get the car until 2:30 and had to cancel my other appointment.

Awesome service. He will bring the car terms into everyday terms so that my wife understands what happened to get the part to wear out and how. 7/5 stars! Will return.

I have always had a great experience with these guys. Recently, I noticed a nail in one of my tires. Scheduled same day appointment and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. They removed nail and it turned out that nail was small enough that puncture was only in tread and did not require a repair or replacement. Better yet, they did not charge me anything. That is great customer service and will definitely use them for any tire replacement or repairs.
