Mike and Brandon have been taking care of my car since the day I bought it. They do a wonderful job, are always knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions.

Where can I go since they have closed. So sad.

Mike was courteous and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem. I never felt he was “talking down” to me because I was a woman. His final recommendation I felt was very honest in letting me know it was time to get another car instead of taking on a large expense and the car value was going to be below what I would be paying to fix it.

Was in Indy for training when my alternator died. No appointment, but they got right on it and got it fixed for what seemed like a very fair price. Ted and his crew couldnt have been nicer.

Was from out of town and took my BMW to them-They had the official BMW computer diagnose problem. They -are honest, fair pricing, and wont sell you things you dont need done. Highly recommend they saved me allot of money!

I was buying 2009 MB SL550 from Fisher,IN. I used Mike @ MYKAR as a pre-purchase inspector. Mike’s inspection was thorough, detailed & very professional, and worked on my behalf. So I could demand what correction/service the car actually needed. With his help, I was able to make a decision on the purchase of the car with confidence!!!

They have great guys and knowledge but I was very disappointed with their front desk person. I dont feel that he treats customers that have questions with respect and if jobs take longer than his quote he can be short with you when you call just to check in. Im sure he knows his stuff but he doesnt have to cut you off mid sentence, be short or, condescending.My old car is a pain in the neck. I know that. Thats why i took it there. But you dont want to hear that a car you care a lot about isnt worth someones time anymore. Ouch.I wish things had gone differently because theyre so highly regarded.If youve been with them and had good experience, please by all means keep going. But if youre a new customer you might want to try other places first.

How can you not be happy with Mikar. Finding Ted & Mike was like finding an oasis in the desert of car repair. If you need an oil change, go to a big box store, but if you want someone who knows about and cares about your car, this is the place to go.

These guys know cars! When you have a problem with your vehicle, they diagnose and fix the problem and charge a very fair price for the work. They are honest to a fault and I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else!

Only place I will take my car for service going forward. 100x better than the local BMW dealership.
