I have these guys work on my classic car every year when I bring it out for the season. They always do great work and communicate very well. They might cost a little more than the cheap-o mechanics, but as with anything else in life, you get what you pay for. The value they provide is worth the money!

Took my car here to get the timing chain fixed, he said he looked at the valves and they were ALL bent. Took off the valve cover just the head covering the timing chain and rockers. ALL MY INTAKE ROCKERS were broken in half, seeing as how ALL 8 broke, you would think some of the exhaust ones would be close to breaking too. Nope. The mechanic didnt even remove the head to further inspect the valves. He just wrote that he suspected they were bent. We came to the conclusion this shop further destroyed my engine to have me replace it for a grand total of 4,800 dollars. Why would I do that when I can FIX IT MYSELF? I brought it here to get a diagnoses because the engine wasnt throwing any codes, I replaced most of the parts on the engine myself and my AAA driver told me it was the timing chain. They didnt even inspect the timing chain, they just wrote they suspected it was part of the issue. Paid 230 dollars just for speculations. I would NOT recommend anyone going here.

They have serviced our autos for years, they are friendly and service is excellent.

Took a used car there for a pre-purchase inspection--paid $105. I told them that the day before that a low battery light came on, so if they could look into that in particular that would be great. The told me it just needed a battery reset from being on the lot for a while. They didnt give me a checklist with ANYTHING telling me what was looked at--only a piece of paper of how much they charged me along with a verbal It looks good, should last you a lot of miles.. Well, if about 100 is a lot of miles, theyd be correct because based on their bad assessment thats all it lasted before all power was lost from the car not even a week later. The alternator is not working. I called to ask how they missed something like that--no real answer. Also, no refund was offered that they owe me due to their poor work. Luckily, the used car dealership is helping considering this place was where they recommended going.

New engine and Turbo. They did a good job.

We moved back to Indiana from the East Coast a couple years ago, and these guys have been my go-to for all our vehicle care. They’ve been honest and trustworthy every time, including when they realized we’d be better off taking one of our cars to a dealer for a specific service item once. They’ve always put my family’s safety above everything else, and that’s why I’ll continue to come back and recommend my family and friends do the same.

Good place for changing oil, but one time my wife wanted her windshield replaced and they forgot to order the windshield. Then they didnt offer us a discount or anything to make it right, just said sorry even though my wife had to take a day off of work since she didnt have her car. I wouldnt recommend going here.

Only leaving one star because I cant leave zero; I would not recommend going here. Last week I ordered a specific tire and made an appointment to have my driver rear tire replaced. When I dropped off my car, they had to re-take all of my information because my papers were lost, but assured me my tire was there and would be done that day. When I got there they had replaced the WRONG TIRE. I immediately informed them, but they couldnt tell me what exactly had happened, because whoever worked on my car had already left. The next morning I was informed that they had indeed replaced a different tire than I had requested, without calling me or requesting permission, and did not offer anything to fix their mistake other than further jeopardize the integrity of my tire. No apology was ever offered. Overall, very dissatisfied with the lack of organization and professionalism, but mostly with the lack of respect.

Excellent auto center. Ive taken my cars here for over 5 years now and been very happy with all their work. The couple of times Ive gotten second opinions the other shops confirm what Millers has told me. Millers has quoted me work for at or below what other places charge. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

I took my vehicle to Miller Auto Care on 3-9-17 to have a mechanical diagnosis from a local competitor confirmed, and to get another repair estimate. I left my vehicle overnight so that they could look at it first thing in the morning. I received a call from Miller Auto Care mid-morning, they confirmed the mechanical diagnosis and presented me with two repair estimates based on two different scenarios (which they explained), one being a contingency. They emailed me both estimates as I requested, both estimates were detailed and reasonable in price. I authorized them to perform the work, the repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and satisfactorily. There was some additional work that needed to be done, but that was communicated to me prior to the work being performed. I would not hesitate to use Miller Auto Care again. I used Miller Auto Care after receiving a recommendation from a friend that recently had a similar vehicle repair done there.

Ive used this facility twice to install new tires on my vehicle. Both times they were very nice and friendly. I wouldnt say it was the fastest service but I will not complain since Im more concerned with the quality of the work performed which was actually great.I definitely plan on going back to them next time my car needs some work done.

I do all work on my car myself, but decided to take my car to miller for a valve adjustment as I wasnt sure if Id gotten it right, and I was quoted $500. Dropped it off and two days later I received a call that my valves were within spec and didnt need adjusted, but I needed to pay $300 for 3 hours of labor and$80 for a gasket for a total of $389.58. Their mechanics told me since they didnt have to adjust valves and actually do any work, they decided to be nice and knock some labor off. The work that took them 3 hours I reguarly do in my own garage in under 1 hour. I understand they are unfamiliar with my car and things will take them a little longer, but at most they did two hours of work. Their mechanic told me he would ask the owner to give me a call tomorrow to discuss a further discount. I will further update this review at a later date.Update- The owner called me and tried to convice me that they should have charged me full price for doing none of the work. Will never be returning to this awful shop.

Keith and the folks at Miller Auto Care are fantastic. Good people, fair prices, always quality service on my cars. They even call you a month after your repairs to ensure there are no issues with the service performed on the vehicle. I highly recommend them if youre on the Northside of Indy and looking for a shop you can trust.

They charged me $103.00 for a diagnostic. I didn’t know I’d be charged anything for them to look at it. Told me that my car was running fine and that the engine light wasn’t flashing anymore, so they didn’t need to fix anything. When I went to pick it up my light was flashing and running rough. They also left a large tool underneath the hood of my car. I ended up going to a different mechanic and they fixed my flashing engine light for $110.00.They are nice people but their services are overpriced and sloppy.

These guys know their stuff, top mechanics in Indy by far! I have owned several cars over the last 50 years and you cant touch the experience of this shop, fantastic customer service, and again best mechanics ive ever come across. Thanks guys

Their Oil change says, Includes topping off fluids. Guess what they charge extra for....TOPPING OFF THE FLUIDS! They said..oh yeah, its included with our oil changes...but its extra if we actually have to top you off (washer fluid only). Slimey way to make 2 extra bucks! And then you charge $17 bucks to rotate tires. Who charges to rotate tires with an oil change?! You guys just nickel & dimed your way out of our normal repair work.

We began using Miller Auto Car when we lived in Carmel. Now we live in downtown, 40 minutes away, but we continue to have our cars serviced there. We love the attention and quality of care.

Courtney was able to schedule me in on short notice around my schedule, and due to my time constraint the staff was able to quickly fix my vehicle quicker than I even expected - outstanding customer service by everyone at MAC!

This shop is extremely unprofessional. I brought my truck in to get a vibration noised looked at. The guy told me hed call me with a diagnosis by lunch time. After no call, I call them around 2pm. He said his guy had it on the lift now and that hed call me.Then 5pm comes around, and I am worried because they close at 5:30. I called, and the guy said that he was wrong. His employee hadnt even looked at my truck yet, but promised theyd look at it first thing in the morning. Then he is shocked that I needed my truck back to get to work. Not everyone who lives in Carmel had a fleet of personal vehicles, dude...I pulled my truck from their shop and just took it to the dealership. These guys are clowns, and I will never take anything to them again. Nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Im paying for a diagnosis for a vehicle that was never in the shop, while they said it couldnt be looked at until next week.

I wouldnt trust the mechanics at Miller Auto Crooks to put air in my tires. I paid them $47.48 for a car inspection and diagnosis where they couldnt identify or diagnose the issue correctly. The one thing I was paying them to do!I tried to resolve this over the phone. The owner Keith became very defensive over his mechanics poor inspection and began yelling at me for his mistake. Very disrespectful!I took it to a trustworthy mechanic later and he laughed when he heard what Miller Auto Crooks had written down as the main issue.Dont pay $47.48 to learn what I learned. Take it to a higher rated shop down the road

The shop is literally right next to my office which makes it really convenient to go there for basic maintenance. Extra points for offering us a first-time discount. To be honest, the oil change, even with the discount, was more than your Tires Plus or Midas but I like supporting local businesses. However, I can say with a good deal of surety that I will NOT be returning. The people I spoke to were very nice and knowledgeable and it certainly put me at ease. I got a call regarding my tires which I knew were on their last leg. The gentlemen said that hed recommend at minimum a rotation but would suggest at least 2 new tires. I decided Id go ahead and get the 4 because Ive always been told to do them all at once. It was wonderful not being pressured into the most expensive solution. HOWEVER, the tires they sold me were priced a whopping 35% MORE than at other retailers (including good ol Walmart). Again I can understand a local small business and the need to make a profit. But a 35% price gouge ) is absolutely outrageous. If youre wondering that is $31 extra PER TIRE which means I couldve purchased 5 tires for the price I paid at Miller. Is it my fault for not shopping around? Sure. Luckily I have a benefit on my credit card to reimburse the difference. Lesson learned. Miller Auto Care totes their Christian principles on their website and in their lobby------dont be fooled.

I have used Miller Auto Care many times throughout the years Ive lived in the Carmel area. Not once have they ever not been extremely nice and very good at what they do. It is very true they are honest with what you need. I went in today fully expecting a $1,500 bill for my Audi, because thats very normal for these cars even for a battery. They even knew I had $1,500 ready. Now I am a car guy, and have always done most of my own repairs since i was in high school. So i know my way around cars. However more advanced and over engineered German cars are becoming, the less Im able. Not once have i felt that they were trying to sneak in other repairs like sooo many other shops do. You know the ones, you go in for an oil change and then tell you that you need $2,000 worth of random stuff fixed? Not these guys. They concentrate on only fixing or doing why you are there. Mike called with the pleasant news it was only a vacuum leak that was causing all my issues. They re ran the hose and we were back in business. Less than $200, my cheapest repair on this car to date, in which Ive taken it to other shops in the area, who also have great reviews, most have completely over charged. I will never make that mistake again. Miller has 100% of my business now. It is very hard to find a shop that is both honest and knowledgeble about all makes and models. Miller is one of them! Only place Ill allow my girlfriend to take her car without her calling me first before having work done. She has no clue about cars, but i know they will take care of her.

This shop decided to install a starter on our car that only had a 2 year warranty and the starter now went bad after 3 years. We were not given a choice to install a different brand of a starter and 99% of them have a lifetime warranty. A fool pays twice and we are...Think twice before saving a little bit of money and take your car somewhere else where you wont have to do the same repair again after 3 years at your expense
