I called the shop and talked to Chris last week and arranged a balljoint replacement on steering knuckles I took off my 1987 560. They were happy to do it same day when I was ready. Brought the parts to them in the morning and they took care of the work and had them ready that evening for me to take home.If you have an old Mercedes, they have the special tools youll need to get repairs done. They do a great job! You can tell they work hard to keep these cars alive.

They have been taking care of my two BMW;s, 223 and 228, for over ten years. They never try to oversell, prices are great and employes friendly and professional. I am a disabled Marine so a breakdown is a bit more serious for me. They always keep me on the road, not beside it. I recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

I bought an old mercedes-benz from this shop, I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Everything was done in a timely and professional time frame. I did pay a service fee and one small mechanical issue came up with the car, the agreement was honored and taken care of quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Very few shops operating today with such a high level of customer service, in my opinion. I cannot recommend this place enough. This is my honest opinion of this business I was offered nothing for this review. I am currently recommending this shop to my daughter who is a fellow Mercedes fan. Professional, honest and timely in all respects, Certainly 5/5 stars.

Mercedes died and the people here are great. Honest and way knowledgeable. Could of charged me for a new part but were able to repair broken part for at least half the price. Had trouble getting a rental car, to continue my trip, and Lou was great in checking in on my progress. Feels more like a family than a repair shop. Thank you.

First off I know this place is professional and they do great work when they want to. However, sometimes mistakes happen. But can you own up to your mistake and make it right with the customer?Took my SEC in when it died. Suspected it was the fuel pump. Mechanic ran a series of tests and concluded it was indeed the fuel pump. So he replaced the fuel pump. They called afew days later for me to retrieve the vehicle. Came in and picked the car up with a horrible misfire that I 100% didnt have before. Drove home with the misfire figuring it was another issue. I made it home and noticed a very strong fuel odor coming from my engine.. I removed the air cover and noticed my fuel distributor was leaking fuel. I called and was instructed to drive back to Autohaus. So I drove back. Mechanic tightened the fuel line and informed me he made an honest mistake from testing pressure. (Apologized and shook my hand, very honest sincere mistake) Fair enough. Drove home again. Long story short, after further inspection of my ignition system, 2 plug wires were misplaced causing my misfire. I called Chris to inform him about my issue and was told You got a good deal for the time that was spent on your vehicle. How did I get a good deal when the work wasnt even complete when I paid you? How did I get a good deal when you misplaced my ignition wires? In my opinion this was very bad business of an establishment I thought had more class. My mistake.

I had a pretty serious transmission issue with an older Mercedes and was considering just scrapping the vehicle rather than take it to the dealer. A friend recommended me to Autohaus who not only saw it the same day I called them but they had the part in hand and fixed it that afternoon for a FRACTION of what the dealer would have charged me. Will not take the vehicle anywhere else from now on.

They do great work, just do not wait for an oil change. I waited 2.5 hours today to have them change my oil. After 1.5 hr I asked about the status and they said 5 more minutes but continued to have to wait another hour longer. They just need to brush up on their customer service skills more in situations like these.

I blew my dual mass fly wheel, clutch & slave cylinder on my 2007 BMW 525XI. They had it for four days because there was a problem after they installed the new parts. They called me & had me look at the damage before work started so I understood why it was so involved. I hope I can find someone as good as them in Washington state now that Im moving. Highly recommended them.

I visited the website and emailed them asking about an issue with my Mercedes and the estimate cost of repair, never got a reply. That would probably be fine 10 years ago due to not being familiar to email communication but we are in 2015, I expect you to reply to an email same as you answering a phone calls. I dont see how I can trust my car to you if you are not technology oriented or just ignoring potential customers.

Took my bmw there for brakes. So friendly and went above and beyond for me. Buffed out a scratch on my front bumper as an extra. As a woman I hate dealing with mechanics always feel like Im getting ripped off. Car was finished as promised and no hidden costs. Way less than the local bmw dealership.
