I wanted to write a 1 start review but the wonderful regional manager was there and turned my experience into a blessing. She went above and beyond to correct all the mishaps. Great customer service. Because of the good Dave my negatives or corrective thoughts dont needed to be mentioned to the public. But I will definitely be back for other car needs.

Pretty disappointed with this Firestone location. Brought my F150 in for oil change and also asked to have all levels topped off on windshield washer, coolant, break fluid etc... They were quick to come back with an $1800 recommended repair on my breaks and struts. Fast forward 3 weeks and Im coming home from work and my truck is overheating. Low and behold there is no coolant at all and w/w fluid is almost gone. Refilled coolant and had my husband check for leaks and none were found.I believe Firestone didnt even check my fluid levels at all which pisses me off. But by golly they were f-ing quick to issue me a recommended break and strut replacement. No thank you. I will take my money elsewhere.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Firestone on my recent visit! I needed a new set of tires for my Malibu and the staff at this location helped me through the process every step of the way. Jimmy at the front counter was especially helpful and courteous. He definitely made my experience there a 10/10. Ill be using this Firestone for all my future car needs and hope others have the same results as myself.

If I could leave negative stars I would. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION !My daughter, who lives a few hours away went in for a free brake inspection yesterday 5/20/21. She was told her car needed pads and rotors all the way around, an alignment and various other repairs to the time of over 1,000.00.I knew this couldn’t be possible as the car is a 2019 and has 37,000 miles on it.Sent it to the dealer and was just informed that her pads, rotors etc are all within tolerance. Firestone tried to rip off a 20yr old college student. While the dealer is just about to release the car with no repairs necessary.I actually spoke to Firestone myself and they told me the same LIE.A friend relayed some info to me this morning that they work on commission and attempt to rip people off constantly.DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR SCAM!

My daughter brought in her car for a brake check, they called and told her with an alignment, front and rear pads, drums and rotors (she needed them all replaced) would be over $1200!! She left and brought the car to the dealer, who proceeded to inspect the brakes, they called and let her know she prob had another few thousand miles to go before she even needed brakes!! Consumer beware they will try to rip you off !!!! Unacceptable trying to take advantage of someone that would not know any better!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

I hate to leave a poor review, however I wont be returning to this location or any other. After every service, Ive had to then take my car in for detailing. While it might not be a big deal for some, this is an added expense I dont need. The mechanics are very careless and leave grease smudges on your door, seats, and console. I will give credit to the customer service crew up front, theyre always friendly and informative.

A friend recommended this place because I happened to break down fairly close by. Im so glad he did. In the months after that, Ive come numerous times and the service is just excellent. They are always incredibly communicative, they help me understand whats going on with my car, and answer any questions. I dont know how competitive the pricing is but I know that when I was there, they showed me different options for my budget. I honestly would even pay a higher rate to use them for the good customer service, just to have someone who understands cars help me take the best care of mine. I wish I could remember the names of the few people Ive spoken with because they have all been wonderful. Definitely recommend this Firestone!

This was my first time at this Firestone. I read all the latest reviews. As I was impressed with a genuine concern over my unknown car issues. I had a dealership do a front end job not even 2 weeks ago and still vibrating issues. You think they do what they say an inspection of more than already what I knew needed. As a result, my car continued to slightly feel the road vibrating and simply due to their neglect to simple tire balance check. Well this Firestone fixed my problem as needed balancing. In addition, Firestone said unable to do the alignment because a bad tie rod and recommended that I later replace tie rod and torn boot. This all was an oversight by my dealerships careless service as claims do a 27 point inspection is false. I am so happy to know this Firestone does more than sell tires. Thank you for your dedication to those employees who care to help make my aging car perform as safe as can.

The staff truly went above and beyond for me and my wife. We got a flat tire and unbeknownst to us..we had no spare! The tire we needed well..they didnt have it..we called other tire places and the ONLY place that had one was another store in N Ft Myers..NOT Firestone...they delivered that tire to where we were and we were back on the road. Our sincere thanks to Nick and Sherrie for going above and beyond. Truly truly appreciated.

Went Firestone on Cape Coral parkway today to get two tires balanced they told they longer on F350 because the weigh to much their lifts can’t pick them up REALLY is said well why can’t you just jack it up with a floor jack and I was told oh don’t that either NOW you know why all the bays are empty it’s because uh we CANT never going back I give up that three times in a row

Always a great place for tires n small repairs nick and Matt saved the day for me at this location after leaving pine island locations unsatisfactory for repairs they went above and beyond anything that i would have expected. They worked into the evening to repair my truck and return it to me the same day. They say what they mean and did a great job. Im so grateful for these two professionals who got me back to work and up and running on a Saturday when most shops would have returned on Sunday to finish.Thanks guys I always coming to see you when I need anything in the future

Moved here a year ago and needed to have one of my cars serviced. Called Firestone on Cape Coral Pkwy and told them I needed a oil change and the car was breaking up a little. He said bring it in and we will run a diagnostic on it. Made and appt and went in. Now the car is running Okay right now (just picked it up) the come on it and run the diagnostic on it was 99.00 they do them free at auto zone, Replace a vacuum line 100.00, love this one fuel system cleaning 118.00 whatever that is, the oil change 30.00 good price and 15.00 for a tail light. You decide for yourself....

My wifes SUV had a slow leak in the right, front tire so we took it into Firestone on Cape Coral Parkway. They told us the tire was fine. We picked up the car--right front tire still losing air. We took it back and asked them to look again -- still couldnt find a problem and it was still losing air. I figured maybe it was the valve stem, I took it back a third time, asked them to replace the valve stem and check for a leak. No leak found, still losing air. I took the car to Goodyear tire on Del Prado - they found the leak and fixed the tire. Firestone has lost my business.

Seems good, had an oil change and tire rotation...they tried to sell me a new rear wiper when the old one is fine but that seems par for the course anymore with car places...

Drew Fincham was excellent with resolving an issue that started with another location not completing a thorough inspection by not connecting a hose correctly which caused my vehicle to stall continuously while driving. Drew was very polite and caring,also very concerned with helping me resolve the problem. He did it with a smile no charge and because of him I will be returning to THIS store for future service! BEWARE!! Firestone will damage your vehicle and DENY it! I brought my car in for two front tires and unfortunately for me the job was completed by a very inexperienced technician who mishandled and damaged my new rims heavily. The store manager then denies that the damage was caused by the machine even with very clear evidence of the machine marks on the rim. The damage marks are a dead giveaway that it was done incorrectly and the manager STILL denied it. See the pics for yourself below! After all this corporate send out a claims adjuster to determine if the damage was consistent with mishandling on the machine. The report he files says YES damage IS consistent with mishandling during tire change but the best they can offer is to pay half of the cost of new rims.... NO thanks. Looks like Ill be getting a lawyer to pursue this to the fullest extent. Its sad that a company cant just own up to their mistakes and make it right.Response to Owner - Ive already filed a claim with your company and even had your inspector come out and do a full inspection. The report he made states that the damage was clearly due to mishandling on the machine and yet your company refuses to replace the two rims in question. Instead I was offered half of the cost. Clearly your company does not take the issues seriously and dealing with your insurance is almost impossible since Firestone is SELF insured. This should be a huge conflict of interest for a company this size to self insure. Ive already made it clear to your claims adjuster that I have all the evidence needed to win in small claims court so I would take this case seriously if I were you. Your install bays do NOT have cameras which should be a safety requirement and its ridiculous I have to fight a company of this size just because they dont want to admit fault even when its extremely obvious. Also Stephanie is not the manager of this location. Troy is the manager and he was extremely disrespectful and rude when this was brought to light. His professionalism and knowledge overall were lacking severely.

I brought my van in last minute on a Sunday and these guys were great.I explained my situation and I explained that I needed my van for my 5am package route and They were the only shop who was still open.Jason was very pleasant and helpful and the tech Doug was awesome and very knowledgeable And did a great job. Theses guys jump on my van and had me in and out I couldn’t believe it!!! They saved me from missing my route and possibly loosing customers. Jerry did a great job in getting my car in putting 2 tires on offering the best deal. He was very honest offering me the special of the month. I recommend you do not come to this place for tires I brought my car here today to have new tires put on my car.online the prices for the tires one thing when you get to the store they tell you its another I then have them check my tires to make sure this is what I needed in there then try to tell me other problems with my car. It got it out of yarn where I have to call the police this is a place where the manager is very rude to customers, he is an older man with glasses and hes just plain rude. Man this place has gone to pieces, I have many friends in the cape. I think its time we get a real company in town that can do the right thing. the advertised price online is different than what they are actually charging. They need cameras In there, They also had some big fat guy working there with no uniform on, look like he was doing side jobs there collecting cash, I wonder if Firestones general liability insurance covers this type of work. Be cautious as they are under tough times with poor direction.

Just had my car towed there for a flat tire . they told me it was repairable or if I wanted a new one they had one in stock . They fixed my tire and had me back on the road in no time .Thank You

Overpriced and The Manager is very rude, my best friends dad owns a auto shop and said they are doing a bait and switch. Quote one price and when you get the bill its twice as much. Go to tire kindgom and just say you came from Firestone they will give you a discount.

My husband and I have been using the service at this Firestone location in Cape Coral and have been very satisfied with the way they treat us and the quality of care they give for both of our cars. They also give us suggestions for the best prices when we need new tires rather then try to sell us their highest models when not necessary. Overall a great, friendly, honest and knowledgeable staff.

We always come here. Sometimes everything goes ok. And other times there are issues and they solve them, 1 time they lost my keys. So I had a free oil change. The last time I got an oil change and 2 new tires. They claim to put my hub caps back onto my rims. I dont see how Im missing 2 hub caps right after they replace my 2 tires.

I got totally screwed over by a local business owner and ended up losing $550 and they didnt even perform the service they said they did... Then they went out of business. Jason and this team checked my car out and told me exactly what happened and didnt try to sell me on anything. Will definitely come here for all my car needs.

Manager is very pushy and seems like he has never worked on vehicles before. They are very unprofessional and lie, they seem to be worried about there sales more than there customers. IF you take care of your customers than the sales will come to you. Be careful there rating has gone down very low. I used to use them up north and was treated way better. They just charge whatever they want here and think that no-one looks online to see the actual price. They are thieves. Anyways Tire Kingdom has been doing great as they have a 4.4 star rating and many Positive review.

I had my Air conditioning worked on at Firestone. I spent almost $1000.00 it worked for 3 days. They did not guarantee their work. I had to take it to another shop where I had to replace the same parts that I previously paid for, and it cost me another thousand dollars. These people are scammers. I think they took advantage of me and I am almost POSITIVE they didnt even replace my fan and motor I paid for.

I would recommend this location to no one. I was in a hurry but needed an oil change. Spoke to the manager and she said it would take an hour because they had to put it on a lift and only had one guy to do oil changes. I agreed because I was in a pinch. 30 minutes later, they still cant gotten started and their one hour timer hadnt even started. Ended up getting my keys and leaving because if I cant count on them to quote the time an oil change takes, how can I trust them with my car. Avoid this location.

Firestone. Although the facility is close by and it is nice and clean inside with a comfortable area to sit and wait.When you call they give you one price quote, when you go in they give you a different price quote. There prices are really expensive and the length of time you have to wait to have 2 tires taken of and 2 new ones put on is severely long! 3 hours is entirely too long, Ive seen people use manual tools put on 2 tires in 30 minutes and firestone has all the fast, high impact tools on hand. I guess your paying more for there name than the service.

I try to go to Firestone for them to do the things, such as alignments, that my regular mechanic wont do however sometimes theyre way too expensive and I end up going somewhere else. When I do end up going to Firestone for maintenance or repairs they always do a very good job.

Called the Store and spoke with Troy..u was quoted an all inclusive price of $77.58 for a full synthetic oil change on my wifes car. Made the appointment. I was greated by a young lady and information was taken. All was good until I showed her a $10.00 coupon which would have made the oil change $67.58. She said that was included in the $77.58 price. Their paper work did the reflect the deduct. I mentioned to her that I never said anything about q coupon when I received the quote. She said they always quoted the lowest cost. This is not very truthful. Earlier in the week I asked this same young lady about a lifetime aliement. Shed quoted $189.99, I asked her if that was the best price and she dropped it $10.00.Anyone using this Firestone location should be very cautious. With their bait and switch pricing can you believe they are actually filling your car correctly.Buyer be where.Sam Herold

Went in to correct 2 error lights. When I left the 2 were fixed but I had 5 new error lights. Was given a bs answer to why the new error lights were on. Will not go back or recommend this store

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FIRESTONE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! Do not finance anything with this company. They will charge you late fees for their mistakes and call it a courtesy to you when they fix it. They will also charge you late fees when you pay your bill on its due date, because that makes so much sense?!?! Conveniently enough, after I received four new tires from them, along with an oil change, my vehicle started having other mechanical issues. I then went elsewhere to have those issues taken care of because Firestone is not trustworthy nor do they know the value and importance of hospitality or customer service.

My tire pressure light went on. Within ten minutes of me arriving, they put my car on a lift, checked and corrected inflation, removed a piece of nail and checked for leak. They didnt charge me anything, just asked me to come back next time I need tires. Great customer service!!!

Firestone has a major problem with this store. There management is extremely poor. They store manager assaulted me the guy pushed me. they refused to honor there lifetime Alignment that i have paid for. Instead they gave me 2 overpriced tires and then when I told them that wasnt what I needed they said too bad? I have been a customer of that Firestone for 14 years. I wasnt given the service I asked for, i was only given 2 tires and forced to pay as the manager call the cops on me, then pushed my truck back in there shop, I have never been disrespected like that before. I am going to dispute the charges on my card and will be having Tire Kingdom do my tire work.I have a fleet of vehicles as well. Treating a customer of more than a decade like that is what Firestone on cape Coral pkwy does.Tire kingdom on del prado has a better staff in place and will not only match Firestone prices they will beat them. Yet thats not the problem, i would pay more money for better service and to be treated properly. Maybe they need cameras in there blogs. The manager at this store is going to get Firestone into a monster case of litigation real soon if the proper steps are not taken to resolve this foolish behavior. I order 1 tire, waited for 30 minutes. When I asked how much longer it will take, they told me between 30 and 40 minutes. I left. 6 mechanics standing around and more than an hour to get 1 tire exchanged. Seriously? Went to Wal Mart. They did it in 10 minutes for 2/3rd of the price.

RATHER THAN WRITING A TRADITIONAL REVIEW, I WILL BE COPYING & PASTING A LETTER I WROTE TO THIS PARTICULAR FIRESTONE.On 7/29/2015, my 81 year old grandmother visited your store for a problem she was having with her windshield wipers. In addition to the windshield wiper issue, an employee tested her battery, and measured the tread on her tires. According to your own testing results, the battery needed to be replaced because it was only testing at 5 cranking amps. Furthermore, you suggested (4) new tires because the tread on them was less than it should be. My grandmother called me from the store and asked me for advice at which time I told her to leave the store as soon as possible, when the windshield wiper issue was addressed and take it to another mechanical, and she did.She ended up taking her car to Goodyear in Cape Coral, where they tested the battery. The test results indicated the battery was actually showing in excess of 540 cranking amps, and was in perfect condition. Additionally, they measured the tread on her tires and found them to have enough tread to safely drive them for another 10,000 miles. For an elderly woman, 10,000 miles equates to upwards of 3-5 years.I contacted your store on 7/29/2015, at 6:00PM, and asked for a manager at which time I was told by Beth that a manager would not be in until the next day. I began to question her about the test results showing 5 cranking amps, and asked her how it was possible to start the car and drive to Firestone in the first place if the battery was, for all intents and purposes; completely dead. She informed me that it was not uncommon for a battery to be dead, and still start the car, because the car would use the alternator. I am personally not a mechanic, but am fairly confident that it would be impossible to start a car using the alternator, if the alternator is not moving in the first place. I asked her how many times she repeated the test given the obviously erroneous test results and she said they only test it once.After doing a few quick online searches, it seems as though this particular Firestone has very consistent past of charging people for parts and services that they did not require in the first place. I’m not sure if you are aware of the terrible reviews this particular Firestone has, so in an effort to expedite addressing the plainly obvious issues, I copied & pasted several reviews from Google & Yelp onto the following pages and made the font nice and large so you could hang them inside your establishment to serve as a reminder for your employees to not charge people for parts or services they do not require, especially, when it comes to helpless 81 year widowed women that live on a fixed income, that only brought her car to you because her recently deceased husband “always went there”.Just in case you need the results of the other test conducted at Goodyear, I will be mailing, faxing, and emailing these results as soon as I can copy them. I will also be mailing you two copies of this letter to be sure you have ample copies to hang in frequently visited areas. In addition to mailing this letter to you, I will be mailing this letter to the surrounding Firestone businesses just in case your apparent issues are systemic.I wrote a pretty scathing review on 7/29 in response to my grandmothers visit to this Firestone. Immediately the next morning the manager of this store, Tom, called me to apologize for my grandmothers visit. Tom was genuinely apologetic and he explained that he had just taken over this store less than a year ago and was has been making several significant improvements. Tom personally handled everything to do with my Grandmothers car. Although I wont give any specifics on what he did to make it right because I wouldnt want to give anyone any ideas on what to expect when theyre unhappy, but I will say what he did was EXTREMELY generous and will not be forgotten.If you go to this store and something doesent seem right, please ask for Tom. His intentions are very honest, and he is a very fair person.

Do your homework, because if not, they will take advantage of you. I first called two weeks ago to ask what kind of tires my daughter had on her car. They previously put on the back tires. I wanted to shop around. When I first called back the man that answered the phone said he had tires in stock and they would be $375 for 2, I said I did not need what was in stock, I wanted the tires to match, or at least be of the same brand, and I then asked for the manager. Then it was a different story, he then quoted me $282. for 2 of the same brand. Well, that is a big difference, and to say the least, I found them cheaper $255, out the door at Tires Plus, with much better customer service.

Went for oil change, told me I was in need of a new tire and a very high need of an alignment. I shopped around for tires and went elsewhere for a better price. Told them at the place I went I was recommended to get a much need alignment. He brought me into the garage and asked “who the hell told you you need an alignment?” Shows me on the computer the alignment was next to perfect. Don’t go to firestone, they just want as much of your money as they can get. The Tire Kingdom around the corner on del Prado, are much more honest, I recomend them.

I gave my husband a ride there to pick up his older Cooper, which had just received new tires. My older Cooper was not sounding good and getting worse ... on Saturday of a holiday weekend! They told me about their Special, and put mine right up, did a full inspection, tire rotation, battery check + tire pressure, and checked out the engine noise complaint. Crazily, (because I DO watch my oil) the car was down 3+ quarts, which they filled and test drove again. Of course, it ran like new. The charge: the quoted special of $11! When I queried Kristine with my disbelief, she said No, this is the price. Just come back. I would call that good business, and I will be back.

Oh dear …where Oh where to start???We have to go back a little over a year. My spouse has a 2004 Blazer…64K miles…4 door. ..4WD.My spouse is currently on home Hospice care for the last year or so. I do not trust her to drive over 3 or 4 miles in her weak condition. So, she doesn’t drive essentially.Her A/C went out. Warm air only…I brought it to my Firestone dealer whom I have been doing business with for over a decade I should think. Both our cars were serviced by them.This all started on 5/29/14 $ 917.73. This carried through 7/14/17After 13 visits…total now $ 3670.52 ! total miles 2214 !!!!This last bill was for $ 497.21 on 7/14/17However..Firestone reported the mileage on their invoice at 89,000 miles !!!The vehicle still sits in the driveway and I would be pleased to show anyone the actual mileage. It is NOT at 89K but rather only…and still, at 64K.I would usually go out and start her vehicle every so often. It was at those times that I discovered the A/C was out…again …and … again!Anyone see anything wrong with this??Ya think?If it fails again this time ...could they blame it on the horoscope?This is just MHO

I am so disapointed with this location right now!! I have been having my car serviced here for years and have never been unhappy until today. My air conditioner needs repair, had my car there on Wed. and parts needed to be ordered, was told parts would be there on Thurs made an appt. for this morning at 7am. Was on site at 7am this morning was not told until 8am when I asked when they wre going to start working on my car, I was then told parts are not even at the store yet. I had rearranged my schedule for today as the repairs are going to take 4 to 5 hours. They called and where they are getting the parts from they don,t even have the part yet and now wont havethe parts til Mon. Why was I not called Thurs night to let me know parts are not here and why was I not told at 7 this morning parts are not here, took me yelling to get them to call to even find out about the parts. Now I have to rearange my sch. for Tues. This repair is $1500.00 you would think they would call you the night before letting you know parts are not in to maybe to give you the chance to change the appt. So disapointed right now.

I make the trip from Lehigh Acres to this firestone because the first time i used them to fix my car they fixed it and gave me advice on how to prevent further problems. Every time i call or go there i always ask For Rick Ryan because he helps like no one else does. Thank you for all you guys do and will gladly return.

Brought my car to have a front end allignment done, my car is slightly lowered, and when the service person brought my car to the alignment rack, the mechanic came over waving his hands saying we dont work on modified cars ever. Which is a blatant lie, because my previous car had after market suspension and i had 3 alignments done on that very same rack. He then said to me well i wasnt here then, so i dont know who did it.This location used to have A+ service, will now no longer bring any of my vehicles back, and will openly tell people to stay away from this location.

This Firestone pretty much sucks. Ive gone there out of convenience because I live so close but, this was the last time. I had them do an oil change and, after I got home I realized that they left one bolt out of the shroud that covers the bottom of the engine bay. Additionally they always try to upsell random bullshit that is hard to challenge so, most people probably go along with it. They told me they did some hi-tech test of my fuel system and it should be flushed due to carbon build up...yea ok whatever. And of course they told me I need two rear tires which are worn more than the fronts but the manager was arrogant enough to start closing the sale on a pair of Primewells before I could even pay for the damn oil change. He then told me how I need to rotate the tires so that it doesnt happen. The car is a 370Z with diff size front and rears and cant be rotated front to back. He gave me the deer in the headlights look. About a year ago I had them put rear tires on and when I picked up the car there were greasy hand prints all over my rims, when I complained they made the mech that did the tire change go out and clean them. He did a shitty job and I got a shitty look and had to clean them properly myself. Having said all this there was a manager named Chris who ran the place right and if I need anything from Firestone , I go to the one in Ft Myers on 41 where he is now either he or Jaime at that location will treat people right.
