I love this place. It is great for emergency work. The people are nice and they go out of their way to be helpful. I feel comfortable waiting. As they do the work they keep you updated on the progress. They only do the work that you ask for. I rather go to TireChoice than the dealership. At TireChoice they are much nicer and fast. They are very thorough.

I have used this location for tires and alignments on two vehicles. Both times the services were quick and the person who assisted me was helpful and polite. No push for extra services which is a big plus.

Fast service on a Sunday afternoon. Associate was very friendly and didn’t give me none sense about needing an appointment. Got me in and out fast with a new tire.

I had my SUV serviced in cape coral at 1011 SW pine island road. i had a wobble in the vehicle. i was told the rear tires bands separated. they were originally bought at tire choice. They told me the tires were not heavy enough to pull a small boat with they recommended a tire to put on. at the same time they said i needed shocks, brakes, and struts. all together over $2500.00. I reluctantly agreed without getting another estimate. i picked up the vehicle later that day. drove it and had to take it back in. there was a rubbing sound that was new and a vibration. they said that the tires they put on were too aggressive tread and replaced with a regular tread. why they put an off road tire on in the first place still is confusing. Anyway they also told me they checked everything else out and found nothing and it was probably the differential making noise. i drove it over the weekend and coming back on a highway the truck started having a burning smell. turns out it was coming from the rear drivers side wheel. i am taking it back again tomorrow. If its not taken care of I will not bring it back a fourth time. i will dispute the credit card and take it somewhere else (likely the dealer) and they can take off the cost from the original charge. I will never bring a vehicle to them again. I trusted the actual work needed to be done in the first place and am now questioning that. Go someplace else!!!!!!

I went in for an oil change and for tires, everything was done in an efficient and expedited manner, i was there about an hour which I thought was reasonable

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to get my tire fixed because it had a nail. They told me they wouldn’t fix it because my tread was too low. I only have 30,000 miles on my car/tires and the tread was perfect. Went to tires plus around the corner and they had no problem fixing it. #donttreadonme

I had a great experience at this Tire Choice the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the Bald Guy, thats his nickname, hes bald and has a beard. I had to go back have the tps checked and the lug nuts re-torqued, excellent customer service and an added bonus theyre close to where I live. Have come here handful of times but had bad experience today. I will say they are careful with mounting low profile tires on larger wheels. No scuffs or damage to lip of wheels. However, I was charged $35 more for the mounting and balancing of two tires today (6/12) than I was on 5/2. The explanation I was given was that it was a different wheel and tire. On 5/2 it was a 225/35/19 Michelin Pilot Super Sport on an 8.5 inch wheel. Today was a 235/35/19 Pirelli PZero on an 8.5 wheel. Same thing, different price. Earlier visit was a VW, today was an Audi. I have a theory....

Only one expensive Tire in stock for 215/65/17. A pretty common size. That not tire choice! Very disappointed for the new store in my neighborhood. At least they were friendly.

Got some Good Year tires here, and they aligned the tires well. Gave a fair estimate/ checklist of other potential services as well. Staff are polite, and well-mannered even with some difficult customers.

Honest, friendly and fair prices. Specifically requested Goodyear tires, which were not in stock at their location. Henry had them brought over from another location, and my car was ready with 4 new tires and an alignment, in less than 2 hours! The other gentleman at the counter (didnt get his name) was very helpful in showing us tire and price comparisons. Excellent customer service!! I can now say I have a trustworthy place to take my car to. Thank you Tires Choice!!

We had an emergency flat--razor blade in a tire--and these guys were on it. We brought it in first thing in the morning, no appointment, and lucked out. An hour later we were back on the road, reasonable price, really good, polite, kind service. Thank you!

Price is higher than most shops quick service, one of the guys on the desk seemed to be very frustrated. Overall it’s not great but it’s good enough.

They take care of both of our vehicles. And 2015 Honda pilot and our 2013 Ford F150 they do a great job and beat the dealership prices. We have been a customer since they opened, and we have always been very pleased with the service here. I have been other places and really like dealing with this location. Have had a problem with my tires that I bought on line and they contacted the manufacturer and got the warranty replacement for me . Had all of the tires replaced for me. Had them also do an alignment and check everything out. They go the extra mile for there customers its the only place that I will highly recommend them .

This place is amazing. Henry is amazing and has great customer service as well as everyone working the front desk. The manager of this Tires Choice goes above and beyond for the customers. He has the best crew and they honestly do a amazing job. I plan on doing further business!

This is for the newest location on Pine Island road. After balancing the tires on my husband’s van, a wheel weight was catching. They also rotated the tires And forgot to set the air pressures. We went back to have them fix it, and they just left us waiting while they went on about their business. We left to have someone else correct their careless work. We will not be returning and will not recommend their service

I stopped in there Sat., Feb. 29th to check the prices. I had been to 5 different places and all were trying to sell me on other items and were outrageously priced. I knew what I needed. Jerry, the manager gave me the prices up front on the items I told him I needed. They were excellent prices! They were great! I highly recommend them!

These guys were friendly, kind, and quick. I stopped in to inquire about getting by brakes looked at and in a matter of minutes they were doing a free brake inspection. Within a couple of hours the job was done, I was picked up, and was on my way back to work. I will use them again.

Walked in this afternoon to get an oil change. Walked around for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, staff behind the desk busy talking to each other. After they realized I’ve been there for 10 minutes, bald headed guy said they were too busy to take in any more work for the day, and would have to schedule me for later day. If they’re too busy to do a simple oil change how do they manage doing more difficult repairs. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Rip-off!! Quoted $285.00 to replace blower motor. $237.61 for the part which I ended up getting at auto zone for $80.00 with life time warranty. Labor $47.60. I replaced myself in less than 5 minutes. Charged $29.99 to diagnose. Fair enough, but tacked on $3.00 for misc shop supplies or waste . unable to tell me what that was for. I wont be going back.

I have been here before and the experience was great. I had a different service writer though. I came here today for a oil change on my car as soon as they opened. The bald service writer told me they were swamped, so i said ok and waited in the parking lot for over 1 hour and the garage was still empty with the mechanic just sitting there looking at me. I wish they would just say hey, we dont want your business.

Great store and staff! Gave me a ride home. A week later, got another nail in my tire, fixed it for free. Very trustworthy, friendly people. David H.
