I always go to the Del Prado location. Stacy takes very good care of all the vehicles in my household. I also love that I can drop off my vehicle and go to work across the street at the doctors office I work for and when Im off go pick my vehicle. Very convenient scheduling. Thank u Stacy!!

Scheduled for oil change and tire rotation - done quickly and professionally. Also, engine had been running a little rough and oil filter was due for a change.That seemed to help some, but store manager, Stacy (sp?), suggested I consider new plugs and wires since my car is 33 years old and probably has the original parts. Gave me an estimate to consider, but no pressure tactics. Good experience.

Great customer service.. Richard (manager) actually explains to you what issues the car has and what parts have to be replaced. Excellent in explaining everything with detail.. the price is not bad youre actually paying for a good job done and being safe on the road!

Well I will say this I had interaction with one guy at this location. He came out talked to me about options on my 2011 Nissan exhaust. He didn’t try to BS me about anything. he was very personable and easy to talk to. All around great customer service! And a great price!! Had me in and out in less than 40 minutes and I was a walk in... he was great so I will definitely use them again

My husband and I brought both our vehicles in here on a Saturday afternoon. I knew mine needed rear brakes and assumed he needed breaks because I heard him squeaking when he pulled away. After they checked his they said he had a few months left on his pads. “ He didn’t wanna take my money if he didn’t need to” I don’t think I’ve ever heard that before when having my car in the shop!! It’s nice to work with honest people!! You can’t find that anymore! My vehicle needed rear breaks, which I knew from an oil change at the dealership. I wasn’t paying those prices. Meineke was half the price!! Plus lifetime pads. I highly recommend Meineke!! Fast, friendly, and HONEST!!

I was a walk in on a Saturday and they were able to get me in, repair my exhaust and didn’t overcharge me. Would recommend to anyone and I will be using their services again.

Stacy is fair and honest. He does excellent work and tries to save you as much money as he can.

Had to bring back.- Forgot to return my lugnut socket.- Did not give me an oil change sticker.- Coffee machine had major mold in it.- Soda vending machine has not worked in well over a year yet no out of order sign.- No masks worn by employees or customers.- This shop did not accept online discount coupons.- Prices seemed to be higher than other locations.- I will not be returning to Meineke.⁹YIKES!!!!!6

As always, a great job! I work a couple businesses down from Meineke and when we need an oil change we just drop off in the morning and walk over when its done! Very affordable and awesome customer service.

Great customer service, fast, reliable, never tells you a repair is needed unless it is in fact needed. I thought I needed breaks and took my car in. They put my car up on the rack to see exactly what parts were needed. Came back and told me I didnt need breaks changed. It would have been so easy to say sure , but they are honest and trustworthy. We go the the Cape Coral, FL Meijer for all our vehicle service needs.

I have taken my vehicle there for oil changes, new battery and all new brakes and rotors. I priced around and they were by far the best price. Their service is fast and on time. The owner Stacey is hands on and very friendly. I recommend taking your vehicle there if you want it fixed right the first time and treated fairly.

The service was fine and price was ok. The problem was there was no mask requirement and even the front desk gentleman was not wearing one. That might be ok for some but not for me. Its a very small front office so difficult to even socially distance. I will not return until Covid is no longer an issue.

Service is excellent and pricing is great. Their lube oil and filter comes complete with tire rotation. I get more service for less money. Never going back to any of those quick lube places.

Went to Del Prado store yesterday for a battery. Also ended up with an oil change and new wiper blades. Everything took 30 min and Stacy was very nice, very professional, even got me a bottle of water which really hit the spot! Great service all ther way around! Highly recommend!!

Meineke has provided excellent and timely service, excellent communication about any issues, and a friendly waiting atmosphere. Always a pleasure to work with over the last few years since moving to Cape Coral and becoming their customer. Made an oil change appt on line and they sent me a coupon via text for $17.95 oil change. Meineke web site states ALL oil changes incl tire rotation. I get there and Manager cant find my appt. He was looking at wrong day. Then proceeds to tell me tire rotation not included AND he doesnt accept the coupon that Meineke sent me knowing that I made an appt at this location! So glad to see this guy is doing so well he can lose customers. SMDH. Will be sending a review to their HQ

Went in for basic diagnostics charged me 100 bucks to tell me I needed a new master cylinder an was not my breaks at all. Wanted to charge an outrageous amount. Went to a local mechanic ended up finding out just needed to adjust breaks an add a bit of fluid an I’m all set now only cost 100 compared to the over 1000 in cost this place wanted to charge me. None of them know what there doing an overprice on everything. There all very very nice but completely clueless don’t go here unless you wanna fix something that’s completely unnecessary

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They started working on my car on time and fi ished their work in a timely manner. The work was reasonably priced. They did not try to sell me any extra unnecessary repair work. I will use them again in the future.

Very professional, honest, and knows what hes doing. He will give a very fair estimate on repairs and doesnt pressure you do fix it all right away. He will not rip you off like alot of other places!

The worst..they set me up for 9 am to look at my exhaust I get there and told they dont do exhaust anymore. The guy was a total rude jerk. Never again!

I went here for the first time today to get the rear brakes changed on my 2016 X3. The owner was seriously awesome, honest, and caring. He charged what he quoted even though labor took an additional 2 hours due to computer complications. Needless to say, I’ll be going back here for the foreseeable future!

Excellent, caring, personal service at this shop. I had multiple items completed. Exhaust, brakes, rotors. Fluid flush and replacement. CV-joints and bearings replaced. A small problem arose after the intial work, but was diagnosed and corrected expeditiously. They stand behind their work and I appreciate their honesty in business!

I wouldnt go back to this place if my car broke down in their driveway.went there today because there was a noise after having brake work and owner of the franchise told me if I know so much about cars not to come back, and he said I never want to see you here again. If you want to get treated bad I guess its the place to go.but not me..Go to muffler Man across the street there a lot nicer and their prices are better..

Twice this week I needed my car repaired. First thing Tuesday morning my tire pressure light alerts me that I have a flat! I take it to this Meineke care center on Del Prado, they diagnose it, fix it, and send me on my way...only 15 min late to work!! Awesome service awesome price, very friendly husband and wife team!! Then Thursday my battery goes out, I show up after work right before they close, they diagnose and fix my battery for a great price in about 15 minutes and get me on my way AGAIN!! They have earned my trust, I would recommend them hands down, and Im so thankful to have them for all of my automotive needs!!

Went in for a front clunking noise in front of my van. They were able to quickly diagnose my issue and was fairly priced. Two months later and my car has run flawlessly since. Its hard to find a good mechanic to trust but I would highly recommend this place.

I went in last week for an oil change and to get my brakes checked out. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my brakes and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. They got me in and out in a good amount of time. But after taking my car to Meineke Car Care Center on Del Prado, they were able to repair my exhaust system, only replacing what was needed in a few hours.I was looking at an out of pocket cost of a few thousand dollars from other exhaust service centers, was pleasantly surprised when it was only a fraction of that with this Meineke shop.Anna and Stacy run a clean, professional car care business that I would reccomend to anyone looking for professional and courteous service for your vehicle.

Exceptional service!Anna and Stacy did a great job at putting me at ease as I have not lived here in SW Florida long and didn’t know who we could trust to give us a fair quote.My 1st car we brought in thinking the break pads might need to be replaced bcs it would squeak real loud but come to find out Stacy said it was just a bent piece of metal rubbing on the rotor which he straightened back out. He also showed me that my breaks were still in good shape. I was elated to here that!Thank you, Anna and Stacy!We will be customers for life!

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Lug bolts were over tightened and the treads damaged. Now I cannot get tires off, will cost 400 to 500 to fix. Owner was patronizing and insulting telling me I had no sense of humor. Said they would fix it but it would cost me. Claims the problem is because my car is old, (2005) and is not their fault. Avoid, they do not stand behind their work.

This place is owned and operated my a married couple and are very nice people. Nobody tried up selling me or adding on service i didnt need. The man had my truck on the lift within minutes of my arrival and was really quick to identify what i need. New muffler and pipes in less than 2hrs. I strongly recommend this place as these are real honest hard working people that deserve your buissnes.

AFTER I LEARNED SOMEONE JACKED UP MY RENTAL HOUSE WITH AN ICE AUGER I REALIZED IT WAS TIME TO GET NEW BRAKES ON MY WHIP. TOOK MY VEHICLE HERE AND THE STAFF OF FULLY CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNICIANS WENT RIGHT TO WORK ON IT. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THEY HAD PARTS IN STOCK FOR MY 1980 CHEVY CHEVETTE BUT THEY DID! THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING AND WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO TRY THEM OUT FOR THEIR CAR CARE NEEDS.

Weve had a variety of auto services (a/c overhaul to new transmission) performed by Carlos and the other mechanics and have been VERY pleased with their service, performance and price. If you have a well loved vehicle that needs service, I recommend this shop.

T-Mobile and Meineke offered a special, joint promotion through T-Mobile Tuesday program that offered a free Oil Change to T-Mobile members. I signed up through the T-Mobile App and scheduled my oil change at the Meineke on Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral. I suspected a problem when I pulled into the parking lot. There was one car in service and 5 empty bays. When I reported to the desk they told me they do not participate in Meineke promotions. No wonder the bays were all empty. 2 people at the front desk who could care less. I wont be back.

Last week my car flashed a check engine light and it turned out I needed my crank shaft sensor replaced. I grabbed the part from the nearest Auto Zone and brought it to Meineke. They squeezed me in only an hour later and replaced the sensor (which is hidden and a HUGE pain to reach) for me for just a small labor charge, and had me back up and running right away! So thankful this place is right at the corner of my block!
