They dont judge by appearance they treat all equal. which is very important when your out looking for a special diamond or necklace, ring for the special someone, the owners are great people and am happy I was able to meet them and talk to them.. Though the pictures did not give a complete angle, they continued to revise their work until I waa satisfied. They nearly captured the design. I brought my wedding and engagement rings in yesterday to be resized as they were no longer able to go over my knuckle. Kelly is the epitome of friendly and knowledgeable! I had a pendant that needed to be customized to fit my chain. They were able to grind down a part of the pendant, and solder a larger loop and bail to it to fit perfectly on my chain for a reasonable price. Did it while I waited. Even cleaned the chain I had for 10 years and made it look new. All this took like 15 minutes. Great service and product. Will be back.

I went to Travis Jewelers to have a ring custom made for my wife. As soon as I entered the store I was warmly greeted by Kelly. She was very friendly and personable. I gave her a picture of the ring and a couple design requests. As well as some jewelry with stones they could use in the new ring. They credited me the gold towards the cost of the new ring. The price was far more reasonable than I expected for a custom made piece. I came in a few days later to see a model and computer image of what the ring looked like. The ring was ready about a week and a half later, which was before they said it would be ready. The finished ring was nothing less than AMAZING! My wife was extremely happy and has worn the ring every day since! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This jewelry store is amazing. My boyfriend gifted me a ring for Valentines Day that was 2 size bigger than my actual size. He purchased a 24k gold ring and he refused cutting it. I called around and this shop was the only place where instead of cutting the ring to resize it; they instead conpressed it keeping the value of the gold and also creating the perfect fit for me. I brought in a wedding band I wanted to pair with my engagement ring. They were going to bend the chevron ring to fit better, but I was not happy with what I received back. They made it fit, but I feel like they compromised the ring quality. I had moissanite stones and they didn’t protect them correctly so they turned gray from the heat. I also felt they melted some of the former bezels on the stones so it looked “mooshy.” Ultimately they were friendly but I am not happy with the results.

So we started our adventure of engagement ring shopping at a chain jewelry store. Wasnt impressed with the prices, quality was very poor, loaded with carbon visible to the naked eye. So we googled jewelry stores in cape coral and found Travis Jewelers. I am SO glad we did! Robert and Kelly were amazing; allowing us to browse, answered all our questions, and educated us about the diamonds, differences in colors and clarity and they specialize in custom work, without custom pricing! There was no high pressure sales, no steering towards a higher priced diamond. They allowed us to take our time and reviewed all options. I found a beautiful solitaire, that was MORE reasonably priced than the chain store and MUCH better quality! My fiance is custom designing his wedding band and I will do the same. Travis Jewelers has earned lifetime customers in us, and we will always refer others to experience it for themselves. They will not be disappointed. My phone camera does not do my ring justice, it is so beautiful and I love it! It was just what I wanted and we cant wait to see our custom designed bands! It took 13 years for the proposal. We are so glad to share this major event with Travis Jewelers and look forward to our relationship with them.

Travis Jewelers is quite impressive! I was immediately comfortable with Roberto & Kelly. It’s a family atmosphere with state of the art equipment. I was given several options with repairing my ring and I wasn’t pressured. Their main concern was that I was happy with my ring. My ring was completed earlier than expected and I absolutely LOVE it! My wife’s ring from another jeweler was defective. Robert took the time to go over the issues using a microscope. We then discussed alternatives and decided to build a 5mm pave band for her 2.1 ct center stone. His recommendation to go with 100% platinum was spot on. He saved us money by casting the ring from the CAD drawing they designed. It came out better than we imagined and although the sunk cost for the old ring stung, we couldn’t be happier. Spectacular craftsmanship!

A wealth of information and knowledge. Went in for a new band on my Fathers 1950s Longine watch. A sentimental item. They told me about the watch and which type of band it came with originally. I was in and out in 7 minutes. Not bad for $14.00!

I have to give a review and tell everyone how awesome these folks are! So I went into their store 5 minutes before closing looking for a unique piece of jewelry for my 20th anniversary. After looking around and talking with them I found out that not only do they sell jewelry, they are jewelry makers. Everything in there store was in house made! A family ran business as well. They showed me the stones that they had in emerald and I found the one I wanted , a half carat+ emerald stone in a heart shaped cut. I was amazed at the selection of stones they had. They then told me they could make me a necklace with it in white gold and have it ready for my anniversary dinner the NEXT DAY! That day being a Saturday!I thought it was a tall task but they assured me that this is what they do so I went for it. The next day I received word it was ready and when I got there they had boxed it and wrapped it and had it in a nice bag all ready to go for me. My wife was thrilled and so was I. The quality was amazing and you could tell that they didnt rush it , but made sure it was right. The necklace they recommended to go with it was a diamond cut and they were right how great it paired with it. To them it wasnt just about the sale , they wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted.To go out of their way for us on a Friday 5 minutes before closing and then to work and make a custom piece of jewelry on a Saturday with a tight time-line like that really suprised me. I dont think I will shop anywhere else for jewelry. If I need something I will call them and have it shipped to Ohio! Thanks again guys, you all are great!

I came into Travis Jewelers with a 70 year old ID bracelet that had been given to my mother on her 17th birthday from my dad. The bracelet had a broken band and I wanted to have a custom gold bangle style bracelet made for it. Travis Jewelers did a beautiful job on it. I wear this bracelet with pride everyday in memory of my mom.

I couldnt be happier with the ring and the service I received at Travis Jewelers! I had an engagement ring and wedding band that no longer fit and after 40 some years was no longer a style I liked. I went to Travis jewelers with a cheap ring that I liked the style of to see if they had anything like it. They did not but said we can make one. Robert asked if I would like my ring incorporated in the new ring. I hadnt thought of that. Within minutes Robert drew out what the ring would look like and had a cost estimate. Kelly explained in detail what the steps involved would be. I was able to see the ring in 3D a week later on the computer to give my approval. The absolute nicest people ever! I got married on the beach in cape coral . I had the band that I bought from a different place sized there in a day. When I went to pick up the band I was not happy with the ring itself entirely. Both Kelly and Robert were eager to help me out and boy did they ever. My new band was hand made from scratch with hand picked diamonds to match my engagement ring like they were meant to be together. My latest one was ordering a nameplate necklace for my daughter after the one I bought her less than a year ago from a kiosk in the mall broke in half. I got engaged on Christmas Eve 2014 and my fiance had a custom engagement ring made by Travis Jewelers and its absolutely stunning. I went in to have it check and cleaned per their request and I have never met a more friendly, caring and helping staff at a jewelry store. This is my new favorite place!

Best jewelry store with THE best owners. When my husband proposed he purchased my ring from Blue Nile (DONT DO IT!!!!) I took my ring to a local store to get it sized and the process was a THREE week nightmare. I tried to avoid using the insurance on my ring since it meant mailing it out but I began having issues with the small halo diamonds coming out (NEVER purchase jewelry from Blue Nile). After sending my ring off once to have a diamond replaced after two months of owning it, it was returned to me with the repaired diamond and prongs noticeably smaller than the other halo diamonds and it was also a lower quality stone. I didnt know what to do when ANOTHER diamond fell out b/c I didnt know who I could trust with my ring. TRAVIS JEWELERS saved the day! I took my ring to them and they took time not only to explain why I was having issues and losing diamonds but also offered to clean my ring and tighten my prongs free of charge even though I didnt purchase the ring there. They explained the setting issues that require more frequent maintenance and any repairs they have made to my ring have withstood the test of time. Sent my Movado watch to the actual Movado company to have a few things fixed! They sent it back in worse shape than it was when I sent them the watch, and claimed they couldn’t fix it. After this experience I took my watch to Travis Jewelers and after looking over the watch they fixed everything wrong with it, no problem. Great company and great experience! Will recommend to family and friends.

I wanted a tie tack made for my son, using a couple of diamonds from my wedding band. My husband died when our children were young so while on their own the stones might not be that valuable, they are treasures to us. From the way the staff at Travis treated me from the moment I walked in the door, you would have thought I had brought in the Hope Diamond. So professional and kind! They listened to me and improved on my original idea in a way I didnt know was possible. The piece they created will be treasured in our family for generations. We were told that Travis Jewelers was the place to go; and we did!This family run jewelry store hit all the marks. We were looking to build a custom ring - using a very sentimental diamond, which we had made from a great organization called Life Gem. The diamond was made from the ashes of our beloved Tobey - our furry son. One in a million, and Travis Jewelers made a ring for us, that is so unique and so very beautiful it brings tears to our eyes. A brilliant yellow diamond, surrounded on either side by two smaller white diamonds, symbolic of the hugs we would give our Tobey every day. Family Bonding Time is engraved in the yellow diamond, held in place on the ring by four little cats paws. This wave patterned multi-stone ring is so unique, and breathtaking - pictures do not do it justice.Lets talk about service - from the initial phone call, to the final fitting - has been nothing short of impeccable. Caring attitudes demonstrated by each family and team member encountered. Active listening skills, and attention to detail second to none.Roberto gave excellent advice and ideas, his years of craftsmanship were evident in his thoughts about our ideas, and the previous examples of custom work, as well as his initial drafts. The final product exceeded our expectations - to which we had set the bar very high.Kelly, was so kind, and together, they have assembled a business that models the graciousness and spirit of what an incredible family business (and indeed - all businesses) should exemplify.Derek - an incredibly talented young man, designed the ring using AutoCad, so we could make the final decision.
