This place is amazing!!!! I brought them a watch that had all the gears rusted from another watch place that did not been properly seal it. I brought this watch to another place and they told me there was nothing I could do but just have it as a bracelet. Well that was unacceptable since my boyfriend gave me this and it was under 2 years old. So I read the reviews here and saw a guy got a 1967 watch restored!!! I was super stoked to bring my watch here and they were able to fix it!!!! You guys just gained a lifetime costumer!!!!

I went yesterday with a collection of jewelry from our mothers jewelry boxes in the hopes of finding a gem! I presented about 20 different baggies of silver, costume and hopeful diamonds/gold. Well, I left with some money and good advice. He explained that the silver heap was only worth $11.00 so I kept the silver to either wear or give as gifts. When every other so called Jeweler in Cape coral and a few other places said no to repairing an older analog Casio watch without even looking at it, the other Jewelers said things like Its too old or its not worth repairing and simply would not help. Mind you I never asked if it was worth repairing, the cost was never a concern to me, Sunshine said Bring it by and let us try that alone is more than the others didSunshine Jewelers listened to my request, they understood that it wasnt about cost and understood that my request was to revive a 32 year old gift form my mom, and simply acknowledged my needs, well not only did they check it out, they called me with an estimate a couple days latter, addressed the cost, i approved it, they found the discontinued parts, fixed the watch back to its full new condition, with all parts operational and they did it for a fair price, honestly I would have gladly paid more, if you want a great experience with the kind of service that is seldom found today, go to Sunshine Jewelers, Fair, attentive and professional.

The atmosphere is a bit lacking but the service I received was above and beyond.I went to get my 24 Figaro chain repaired. There was a broken clasp and missing link. Opposed to charging me $100 for a replacement clasp, the man at the front desk repaired the preexisting clasp free of charge. The link was repaired for only $24 an the entire process only took 3 days.I would go again for any jewelery needs.
