I needed to get my wedding ring (and band) resized and decided to go to John Michaels to get an estimate. They were so friendly and helpful. They patiently helped me to pick the right size and told me it would be about 1 week before I heard from them. About 4 days later, they called to tell me it was ready, and I went the next day to pick up my ring. It was beautiful, shiny, and fit perfectly! As if that wasnt enough, today I was surprised to have a box of cookies delivered to my office, as a thank you gift. I feel like I should be the one thanking them! ❤️

Bobby is an amazing jeweler and an exceptional person. He custom created a piece for my mom to hold her moms ashes in. The piece is even more beautiful than we imagined. She wears it everyday and is frequently complimented on it. John Michael’s can create anything you can imagine and blow your mind!

We had a phenomenal experience! We went in with our son’s broken chain. We let them know that he is in the Army and is leaving for Texas in the following day and then off to his deployment. They made an exception and had the repairs ready the following morning. When we went to pick up the chain, we were greeted by everyone in the studio and they extended their thanks for our son’s service to his country. They did amazing work and are supportive of our military! We will 100% be back!

I needed a repair, I was extremely skeptical going somewhere… I had over paid for another repair I had from another jeweler. I seen some reviews online about John Michaels I liked what I seen so I stopped in. They were actually closed, Bob the owner was there and gladly let us in. My ring was in bad shape, I lost a sapphire stone and all the prongs were broken….they fixed all 12 prongs that were broken and was able to match up the missing stone. I couldn’t be more happy, my ring looks amazing it looks like the day I first received it. I highly recommend, they do all their repairs in house. I highly recommend and trust them….they are also very reasonable!! They are my jeweler for life!! Thanks Bob!!

My husband and I moved to Cape Coral 3 years ago from Jersey and were recommended we use John Michael’s for all our jewelry needs after they did an amazing job on a friends ring. When visited 2 years ago, they fixed my ring and cleaned it for such a cheap price and it was beautiful! Today I go back to get it cleaned and found out there was no cost 😱 I had no idea! They were incredibly friendly and come to find out, one of the employees was also from Jersey! I felt right at home. I’ll be sure to go back and recommend them to friends and family!

Bob Lanzieri and John Michaels did a phenomenal job with a custom piece I ordered. I gave them my grandfather’s dog tag that was very sentimental to me and they turned it into a beautiful piece of jewelry that I will proudly wear until it’s time to pass it down to my kids. Bob from John Michaels Jewelry is amazing. I have two high end watches that needed fixing, no other jeweler in town would even touch them. I took them to Bob and he reassured me he could fix them. He did great work. I believe he even broke one of his tools working on the watches but he still completed the task and asked for very little money in return.

I was recommended by a few dozen people to get my necklace repaired here, and they were right! This place is top quality. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and nice!I am so grateful for this place!

I decided at the last minute before a vacation that I was going to propose. I had a ring that I inherited from my grandma after she passed.I walked into the store and was greeted by very friendly and helpful associates. I told them on a Tuesday that I needed the ring repaired, cleaned up, and polished by Thursday. John said that no problem we can have it ready for you by the following afternoon. I was very pleased with his response. So the next day came and I got the call it was done. Unfortunately I wasnt able to get there because of work, so I picked it up Thursday. Once again I was kindly greeted and helped promptly. John remember me from the other day dropped what he was doing and retrieved the ring. When he showed it to me I couldnt believe it was the same ring I brought in. It was beautiful. They boxed it up ,wrapped it in paper and put it in a gift bag. Also handed me a swag bag. I pay for the service and headed out the door with them waving good bye and wishing me luck.So I popped the question, she said yes and I gave her the ring and she cant stop looking at it. Unfortunately the ring was about a size to big. She tried a ring adjuster for about a week then in fear of it falling off her finger, we decide to go back on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm (they close at 3pm) to see if and when we could get the ring resized. Again I was met with the same friendly and prompt and helpful service. John exclaimed sure we can help you. When would you like it done by?I said ASAP please. He checked with the repair guy came back and said come back in 1 hour.Dont you know when we got back at 2:45 pm itbwas done. Amazing.Im usually not impressed with many customer service experiences but here I was very impressed. I would recommend that anyone who reads this go there and find out the same. Thanks so much to John and his employees for such a wonderful experience filled with great customer service and smiling faces. I couldnt have pulled this off with out you.

I had an old platinum engagement ring that the stone fell out. Luckily I found the stone. They reset the stone and polished up the ring. It looks better than new. Their price was excellent. I dealt with Bob. He was adorable, kind and very patient with me. I recommend without hesitation. Any issues, that’s where I going.

They just didnt just sell me, they educated me on the different types of gold and diamonds and Bob fixed my gold chain while I waited for it. They offer great service and are very knowledgeable vintage jewlery as well. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

I want to give a huge Thanks to Bob at John Michaels. I have an expensive watch that was not working and I thought it was going to be an expensive fix. I spoke to Bob and he had it picked up (I dont drive) and looked over it. It was something small and he got it back to me the same day. He could have easily charged me hundreds to fix it and he chose to be honest. I dont usually write reviews online, but I cannot be happier with Bob and the service I received.

I’m getting married on October 23, 2020 & live in St. Petersburg. I called during the week & spoke to Bob. We are using my parent’s wedding bands from 1974 & they have a pattern on them & both needed to be sized. The jeweler came in this past Saturday to size our rings. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my parent’s wedding bands with them & hours later, we were shocked at how beautifully they turned out. They’re flawless & you can’t even tell that they were sized. My fiancé & I have decided that we will never go anywhere else for our jewelry.

Always dealt with John Michael and very satisfied, when he passed I made the mistake of going to Diamonds by Dianne Just wanted diamonds in my ring tightened as ring is 30 yrs.old...what a mistake, changed whole design of ring and price was outrageous...took it to new owner of John Michaels as per his advertisement on TV...he did the most beautiful job and brought my ring back to its original design for 1/3 of the price..if u want an excellent jeweler go to the new owner of John Michaels...job well done and price very reasonable..BEST JEWELER IN THE CAPE.*
