I just wanted to take the time out to thank the amazing staff / family that is taken care of my wife and I throughout the years. The other day I found a ring for my wife that she was in love with. It was meant to replace her own engagement ring which unfortunately was lost. As usual when I showed up at Kay they greeted me with smiles they know my wife and I by name. The ring that she was so in love with ended up not working out. But they never faltered. They stayed with me like they always have and walked me through the process of picking out one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen. There was a jeweler on site and he helped my wife and I pick out the perfect setting and the perfect diamond. The staff /family never gave up on my wifes dream ring. The amount of love that goes into their customers is unprecedented. And not just one person but everybody at that store. After the entire store helped me pick out a setting, the Jeweler set the diamond for me while I waited and even sized it to fit my wifes hand which is very small. The conversations that we had while the ring was being made brought me to tears. They listen to how we unfortunately lost the first engagement ring and how it devastated my wife and I. I was truly heartbroken. But to be able to walk in and knowing the comfort that they provided and that they always provide is astonishing to me considering the day and age that we are in. They truly care about every single person that walks through that door. You are not just a customer you are celebrating a benchmark in your life and they take great pride in helping you along your journey. If you ever have the privilege visiting these amazing people at the store you will know what Im talking about. From the moment you walk in. The Jeweler said to me that the ring was handcrafted and one-of-a-kind and I told him that I am very thankful because the woman who will be wearing it is one of a kind to me! Thank you to you and your staff for helping us along the way and being part of our Journey. I told them when I left that they had no clue what they have done. They made one of the most important people in my life the happiest shes ever been. We will always return to purchase from your store and to be reminded what true love really means. Bought a necklace for my granddaughter for her 10th birthday. The woman that helped me was extremely helpful and patient with me as I have no idea what Im doing looking for jewelry for a 10 year old girl. She made it very comfortable for me and helped me stay within my budget. I would highly recommend this particular Kay jewelers.

Refused to take links out of a watch because it wasn’t bought there even though I was willing to pay for their services. The best part is Movado recommended them to take out the links because they are an authorized dealer. Poor customer service.

On my way to this store, i already had in mind everything i wanted to do and buy but things work in magical ways. i went there on 04/11/2019 around 6pm and i left so happy with everything i got. the ladies were incredible and a pleasure to visit. best store ever ....

Very rude customer service at that location. Went to the Edison Mall the prior week and had a wonderful young lady assisting my father and me. We left there without a purchase, because my father wanted to think about it. We forgot to write down the detailed description of the piece and then I found out that Cape Coral had a location. So we went there. I told that woman about our prior visit to the Fort Myers location, but I couldnt find the piece online and was wondering if she could tell me the measurements. Her response was if you couldnt find it online, why do you think I can find it? I told her well, you work here not me, and I would assume that you know what you are selling. needless to say, we left with out a purchase and will never be back. My husband purchased some pieces from Kays in the past. Never, ever again. Fortunately there are jewelers in the Cape they do care about their customers.

This store far exceeds expectations of customer service. Great selection of fine jewelry. Awesome sales and pricing. What REALLY stands out to me though is the extra mile the staff goes for the customer...Dori literally was on the phone for an hour gettin. Things straightened out for me and my wife and my wife left with a beautiful ring! Cant recommend enough!

My fiance and I went here to choose our rings and were greated by a nice gentalman Theo. As we started discussing what we wanted, the assistant manager came and inturupted our conversation. My fiance started telling her what she was looking for and seemed very irrated with her requests. Theo confinued to work with me on getting my size and placing my order with the assitant manager inturupting almost scoldong Theo through out the process. My fiance decided she had enough of the attitude from the assistant and wanst getting anywhere so we placed my order and left. We went to another jeweler and found a ring she loved and great staff and I also found a ring that i happened to like more. I call Kays and ask them to cancel the order and its the assistant manager who tells me she cant do anything about it until it arrived. Ok fine now its arrived I go and pick it up to return it and our favotite person is there. I make the return and all goes smooth I tell her thank you and have a nice day her response was a huff!! The worse customer service I have seen in a LONG time.

Awesome service. Walked in and was attended immediately and walked out with a new engagement in 30 mins. I didnt think I would decide that fast on a ring for engagement but their expertise made all the difference.

Maria and Tammie were very helpful and knowledgeable and had wonderful personalities. After listening to my needs they worked together and found exactly what I was looking for and I couldnt be happier, thank you ladies.

Customer service was very poor. The lady at the counter was very rude. I came in to pick up my replacement watch and she continued to hassle me stating that the prior member should have not assisted me. Will never buy jewelry from this location, or Kay jewelers again after this service.
