I will never use another plumbing company again! I am beyond impressed with my entire experience. Brian installed a new water line for my refrigerator. He was super friendly, professional, skilled, knowledgeable and got the job done fast. His work was done right and he quoted me other jobs for the future. Which I will definitely call him back for. I love it when I find a company/service tech that I can trust and use for all my needs in the future.

After having new counters and a sink installed, our existing plumbing did not line up and was running into the new sink. Lenox was able to get someone out within 2 days while everyone else was giving appointments around 2 weeks out. The technician was early, talked through options with me and kept me informed throughout the repair and installation.

Matthew Tacia did a great job installing and connecting my new sink and faucet to the drain and water lines. The work they did was clean and looks great despite the limited space they had to work with. I would definitely hire them again.

Not sure how it couldve gone any better. We hired Lenox to add supply and sewer lines for a new bathroom in our basement, replace a utility sink, and to replace ALL of the aging galvanized plumbing in the house with PEX. Brian and Mark were very professional to work with, worked quickly, and did a really tidy job. From the beginning, while we had rough plans for what we wanted, they were really helpful and were able to consult us to help fill in the blanks for such a huge project. In just one day, they had the basement floor jackhammered open and the new sewer lines built (although we had to wait on the city inspection to pour the new concrete). On the second day, they had removed the old supply lines and put in all the PEX. Im pretty sure it wouldve taken me a few weeks to pull off what they did in two days, and it wouldnt have been half as nice. It was impressive, they were great to work with, and Im looking forward to having these guys back out for future work.

The guys came out to replace a clean out stack & drain pipe. My overall experience is okay. It was lot more expensive than I thought the job would be. The job was quoted 1000 but jumped to 3500 when they got done. I understand they had more work to do but it seemed like I gave them a blank check. wished I had shopped around more to get a better price. They also could have done a better job controlling all the dust that came from the jack hammering. I now have to wipe down all the dust from everything in my basement and the next floor up.

This company came out on short notice late in the day, The service technician Matt kept in touch with me from the get go letting me know he was checking the warehouse to make sure they had what I needed and then letting me know when he was on the way and when he should arrive. He arrived when he said he would and was polite and listened to what we were experiencing and verified that we needed a new water heater, he brought one with him in case we did indeed need one, he explained the charges and total cost. After deciding to go ahead with the work he jumped right to it, he was finished in about an hour and you couldnt tell he was even there. I would highly recommend Lenox and specifically the technician Matt Tacia, he was fantastic.

Ive had Lenox Plumbing out to my house a number of times to replace my water heater, sump pump, etc. Each time theyve been professional and have done quality work. While the story is too long to tell, an issue arose that they immediately tried to resolve and I couldnt appreciate it enough. Not only do they do good work, they have great customer service. Ill continue to use Lenox whenever I need a plumber.

You only need to compare to see how good these guys are above other plumbers in the area.Ive had 3 plumbers come in from other companies. Two quoted me 400 worth of work, none of which they addressed would fix the problem. One guy refused to wear a mask and proceeded to make us feel like our bidet was too beneath him to repair.Then we called these Lenox Plumbers. They told us between 11 and 1pm and we thought, that probably meant closer to 1pm. Nope, they were 5 minutes early at 10:55am. Diagnosed the exact cause, gave us a plan of action and didnt overcharge us or try to trump up additional work. This was a phenomenal customer experience. One of those transactions where u realized it was money well spent.

I was told upfront an $85 service call would be subtracted from the final bill if I agreed to have Lenox fix it.I was happy about everything except the final bill. I will not use Lenox again.

Had them come out to give me a quote on a sump pump. Thankfully they were very honest with me and told me the sump pump won’t help in Westland with water backups. He informed me I’d need to look into water proofing since Westland has a gravity water system in the city so a sump pump would have no where to flow to other than back to my house.Very helpful would recommend them to all my friends and family

Excellent and, more importantly for our particular problem, prompt service where they showed up on the date and time they promised. We had another company reschedule on us multiple times with no advance communication or warning, at which point we went to Lenox who came through almost immediately. Matthew T. was a great technician who spent the time and effort to get the job done right the first time and not perform half a job, then try to upsell us on expensive services we didn’t actually need. Glad we found a better company to deal with and they will be my first call next time!

We needed to get back flow testing completed for the township. Mark came out to look at our very old sprinkler system and let us know that it did not pass. He was able to offer 2 suggestions 1 was to completely shut down the system and the other was to repair it. We decided to shut it down because it was old. Mark was able to complete all of the work the same day and was done promptly. Highly recommended.

Requested they come out and check a backup in my basement. Came out and told me it would be considered an unclog and cost 290 dollars. Then put a camera in the drain said we had roots (didn’t snake or remove anything) and that they would write us a quote to get the full pipe replaced. That was Monday this week, it’s now Friday I have not received any new info from the company or any updates as to my “estimate” that I should have in 1-2 days, which still seems like a long time for an estimate. Way too expensive for the “unclog” and would not recommend having Lennox Plumbing do any work for you.

We had a broken kitchen faucet and needed a repair sooner than later. Lenox returned my call less than an hour after receiving my voice mail and were able to schedule a same day appointment with the on-call plumber, Matt, who guided me through what type of faucet I needed to get and arrived a couple hours after I got home from the store with the replacement and the work took him less than an hour. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and courteous, and pricing including the off-hours/weekend appointment surcharge was very reasonable. We will definitely be using them for our emergency plumbing needs in the future.

We saw the good reviews for Lenox with previous customers and asked for a quote to replace our hot water heater and to install a sump pump backup. The office set up an appointment for the quote very quickly and Brian walked us through all our options and answered all our questions. The quote was fair and we scheduled service. Shane was here on time and quickly removed the old water heater and replaced it, and also brought us up to code on a couple connections. Matthew then arrived and the two installed the water sump pump backup quickly as well and were nice enough to answer all my questions. All in all the job took about 4 hours. We are very happy with their work and professionalism and would highly recommend using Lenox!

They double checked the address, set up a separate billing account, since this call was to be residential and apart from my business account. My garbage disposal started leaking and I wanted to replace it as it was original to my home. Lenox was extremely responsive to my initial email, you discuss/agree to a cost upfront, text and email confirmations are provided, and you even get a text from your plumber when hes on his way the day of your appointment. Shane was on time and my new disposal is working well so far. Dealing with home repairs is never fun, but Im glad Lenox made the experience as painless as possible.

It was an emergency leak in a pipe behind my toilet but after a time was set I was called back by the receptionist who notified me that they dont service mobile homes.
