I would like amend my previous review. Because of a miscommunication my service was not handled correctly. Once the owner got involved all was corrected.

We used Master Pro to fix damage to our house caused by a pipe burst. Daniel was a fantastic project manager and was very accommodating with our busy schedule. His team was able to fix the water damage and we were very happy with the quality of their work.

Tripp and his crew were very professional. They explained the process in detail and completed the job in a timely manner. Quality work. Exceptional customer service. We highly recommend Master Pro . They are a company that truely exceeds in all they do.

My house had water leaking from the roof one day and I tried a couple companies who couldnt find the leak. The other companies really just came and threw some sealing on potential holes in the roof and then left telling us to call again if it keeps leaking.MasterPro services sent JJ Gantt over, and he went above and beyond what we expected. He explained the process of finding holes/leaks, and actually did his best identifying which floor of the roof it could be. He also identified several potential causes such as faulty shingles or nail pops. In the end, after only one visit, he solved the leaking issue. If you have any roofing issues, I highly recommend JJ. Hes very responsive, communicative, and professional, so youll always know what to expect.In addition, I also had some shingles blow off during the recent hail storm, and JJ came immediately the next day to help with repairs. He remembered our past leak problems, and wanted to assist quickly due to our history and fear of water damage. Youre not just another random customer with him, so definitely give this company a try!
