I called this company because I was referred to them by my State Farm agent and needed a second opinion on work that was being done by another contractor. I explained that I was in an emergency situation so Dave came out to assess the situation the very next day. He gave me good advice and shared information I was unaware of. I appreciated this company coming on short notice.

PuroClean came out immediately to assess our water damage and got us to where we could manage our household until all the needed repairs were done. Tommy, the repair supervisor definitely under promised and over delivered. He was always calling me with updates. The entire company was a pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately, less than a few months later, we had another problem...yes they fixed that one too to our satisfaction. Great job!

Have used the PuroClean services multiple times over the years with a 20 year old house from roof leaks to mold/condensation issues on sheetrock and other items. They were always quick to respond and the quality and service of their work has been excellent.Highly recommend.

We had a washer that malfunctioned causing water damage to several rooms and flowed through the floor into the basement causing damage to insulation and HVAC piping. The PuroClean team was on site within an hour of our call and immediately went to work. They removed visible water and used fans to dry (and save) the hardwood floors. They were on site every day to check the flooring and as a result, we did not have to replace any flooring. They arranged for baseboards in the affected areas to be replaced and painted too. It was a great experience in a very stressful situation and we really appreciated their professionalism.

We found a leak in my basement that had soaked my carpet. This was right before we were leaving to go on out of town on vacation for a week. After shutting the water off, I called Puroclean, told them what was going on and they immediately put my mind at ease. I was able to leave for vacation as scheduled and enjoy my time off while Puroclean came in and took care of everything. When we returned, it was like the leak never happened. I had an upstairs toilet overflow through out the night. By morning it was dripping through the ceiling into the kitchen and puddled on the hardwoods. PuroClean came out within an hour of my initial phone call. Their quote was reasonable and started work immediately. I was very impressed with David and Nelson from start to finish. I had a leak in my roof that flooded my attic and effected my master bath ceiling. The Puroclean crew responded quickly. Repaired the leak on the roof, repaired the ceiling in the master bath and dried out the attic and ceiling. Workers were extremely polite and friendly. They worked with my insurance company for the finances and checked back after the next rain to make sure there were no issues. Highly recommend

We called Puroclean of Canton after a pipe broke in the ceiling of our basement. I was amazed at their response time! They immediately began cleanup and setup their equipment to dry out the ceiling, walls and floors. They removed the damaged drywall and cleaned the place up. Dennis and his crew came back regularly to check on the equipment and the drying process. I was shown the readouts of their testing equipment and assured of the completion of the job. Fast response, professional and knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend!

(Both personally and commercially)They are HANDS down the best in the business.Starting with the customer service , Katelen is always there to answer my calls . BEWARE!!! (Caveat emptor)I had a toilet flood 2 floors of my house. My insurance company highly recommended PuroClean of North Metro Atlanta for the water damage and potential mold remediation (remove affected flooring) and also the repair (putting new flooring back in). PuroClean stated that they would work with my insurance cap from the very beginning and assured me multiple times that they would be able to work within the money I had available. They were extremely quick on getting in and removing affected areas, spraying fungicide, and removing affected flooring, and were in within hours to start. Once everything is out, they put in huge dehumidifiers and air cleaners throughout the house (which they charge $123/day per unit, but dont list that on the quote and wont tell you until you hound them for the price). They kept the units in for 4 days. Once they remove the large units, then the waiting game begins. They will send off your flooring to an independent agency that analyzes floors to find comparable flooring and then you sit and wait. After a few days, they came back and told me that since my flooring came back more expensive than they thought and that I would have to come out of pocket almost another $2000 (this is on top of my $1,000 insurance deductible which I told them about well in advance before any work was done).In short, they will con you into going with them, with grandiose stories of how much work they are going to do for you and stay within your means, but then come back with an entirely different story, asking for you to cough up more money. BEWARE!!!!
