The Service Master team is THE BEST !! reliable and trustworthy team !! They were very helpful, answered ALL of our questions thoroughly and were very responsive to any inquiry we had. Mrs. Linda was kind enough to keep an eye out for a family heirloom that we could not find when taking our valuables out and guess what ?? She found it!! We are a property management company and we have used Service Master by Bailey in Canton now for quite a few years and we think they are an excellant company to work with. They are very professional and are very attentive (example..called with a house flood and they arrived and ready for work in less than 45min) and we use them on our rental home cleanings and they do an excellant job. Our office moved into a new building and the carpets were nasty. The landlord had someone professionally clean our carpets with a rental system from one of the local stores. We werent exactly satisfied because the floors still had significant spotting and still looked dingy. We called ServiceMaster by Bailey to go over the whole thing. I kid you not, you could literally see a line where the technicians cleaned. We even had a large tar spot in the lobby from where the parking lot was resurfaced, maybe about the size of your hand, that the technician was able to remove COMPLETELY. The technician made sure to wear booties when he was in the building so as not to drag in any dirt. I would highly recommend this team if you ever need real professional floor cleaning!
