While Im in town for a few days for my niece Graduation, I decided to treat myself to a Pedicure 🦶🏽.1st time here and they did a great job. Friendly, professional & great customer service.En did my Pedicure 💅🏾, Kim painted my flower 🌼 and Santina at the front desk was amazing. I hope I spelled everyones name correctly.That evening (yesterday)I messed up my big toe with the flower so I called just before closing & was told I could come tomorrow and they could fix it. 😁🤩Diana

I have been going to top coat for about 7 months now and have been extremely happy with my nails every single time. I always go to Cam and she does a phenomenal job. Best dip manicure I’ve ever gotten, and they always last me a month without any chipping, breaks, or damage.

Love this place. Cam is my favorite tech to go to but I have also used the other techs and they a good too. Its a clean and friendly environment. It gets busy the same as any other nail salon.

Ive been going to Hiro for the last 6 months and has had a great experience every time. She is very gentle, takes her time and pays close attention to details. I recommend her to all my friends, family and co-workers.

Everything was excellent. They were very busy, but I never felt rushed. Just the opposite. It was very relaxing. I will definitely be back. I had the pedicure with hot stone massage! That combined with the massage chair...FANTASTIC...my feet and legs feel wonderful, and my nails look great.. I cant wait to come back and do it again. I just wish I would have gotten the girls name that took care of me. She was very good. Thank you!

I have been a customer for 5+ years. Lately the service has been getting worse and worse.First of all don’t even bother scheduling an appointment, because it means nothing. You will still wait over an hour. I got a pedicure and sat with my feet in the water for another hour to the point the water was cold.I finally get to get my nails done and they are not even, u-shaped, and crooked, but I was already there for 4 hours I didn’t want to wait any longer. I asked for glow in the dark dip powder exactly like I got the last time. I got home and they do not glow in the dark.I called the salon and asked for them to be fixed and was told they could fix them... if I paid to have them done again. Unbelievable.I will never go back. How do you do that to someone who has been a loyal customer for years?? I’m so upset over the entire situation.

I made an appointment online and went in and was told it needed to be confirmed before I could consider it an appointment. Like what? What’s the point of making the appointment and then having to basically do it again? Anyway, the girl told me she could take me as a walk-in so I left because that’s not why I made an appointment. If I wanted to just walk in I wouldn’t have made an appointment (: the girl was also not very understanding and did not care. Won’t be going there ever. Z nails is where it’s at!

I’ve been here three time the first was for gel polish failure chipped instantly. 2nd my kids got acrylic nails “pretty polish/design” but nails slid right off 3rd they had my mother , sister , 3 kids wait over 2 hours for services watching them take handfuls of people before them not the fact of them having appointments that their services were quicker ! We wouldn’t have needed all 3 new Full sets if the quality wasn’t so poor that their nails slid off in a week ! So why have us wait 2 hours ?? (No Lie )Any ways so now they have them on and guess what ?! The nail slid of her nail again …..I tried to give them a chance but 3 strikes !This is crazy so I called for a repair and the receptionist acted as if they didn’t have time again .

I got a gel manicure but it wasnt painted all the way to my cuticle so it looked grown out even just leaving the salon. They also started to lift after 4 days. Everyone was super nice but it just wasnt the best mani.

My sister and I both got deluxe pedicures and they were amazing! Both techs were so nice and the scrub and foot/leg massage lasted so long and felt amazing! I usually pay $65 at other places and they barely touch your legs, we will definitely be back!!!

Had an appointment at 3 and sat back at the pedi station for a half an hour. Thought my feet were gonna be pruned by the time someone came around. Did my polish first and then had me put my feet back in water and do the rest of pedicure which was strange. It’s been one week yesterday and my gel polish came off one of my toes! GEL! Should be good two + weeks. For the price I paid I expect great quality. Will not be going back.

I had an appointment for 1:30 on May 26th, got there early, had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment, the nail person did my nails quickly. I felt he really didnt want to do my nails :( I made my appointment for a mani & shellac on my nails, didnt get my mani. Used the last of my gift certificate, wont be back :(

Don’t bother making an appointment online-they did not honor it and my mom and I had to wait for 2 hours. The girls did an excellent job, but maybe get rid of the appointment scheduling online?

Yesterday I went to have my nails and pedicure done with an appt I waited a week for. I was there for 4 hrs! I did not get the new set I asked for and the pic i asked for and what I got were not the same ! They painted over one toe with gold instead of taking off the wrong color and my nails are also not at all like what I asked. Would not recommend!

I love this Salon. My first time there I was so impressed. I’ve been to 5 different salons since I moved to Ohio and none of them can even compare to Top Coat. They have reasonable prices, the salon is always clean and tidy. All of the staff are friendly and non judgmental. All of the staff dresses nice as well. And they do very thorough work. They welcome everyone and they make your salon experience special. They have top quality products and their work lasts longer than most other salons work. They have several different booking methods you can call the salon or you can book on their Facebook page and even on their website. The website is very easy to navigate and understand. They always go above and beyond in customer service. They have many services and products to choose from. This is a unique salon. They will always have my business. I am always satisfied.

I have never written a review for anywhere before, but DO NOT go here. I went here for the first time, and the appointment took a little over two hours, and they turned out horrible and not like the picture I showed them. I ended up having to go somewhere else and completely get them removed and get a new set of nails. They put the dip powder on top of my cuticle, the nails were all different shaped and lengths, and they did the French tip lines were not straight.

Im never disappointed. Always nice and very professional.

Nana does an awesome job on my nails and she always ask me if I like them at the end before I leave. She does some really cool designs and is very professional. I have been here twice now and have received 3 services - a deluxe pedicure, and two rounds of SNS nails. I absolutely love this place and the people that work there! I decided to get a deluxe pedicure for my birthday and I am SO thankful I did - it was worth the splurge. My massage was long and so thorough. Actually, just when I thought it was over, I got another round on JUST my feet, ah! And my toes look great.The owners are incredibly friendly and genuine as well. I unfortunately closed the shop down last night, but they were so chill and didnt mind at all. I appreciated their kindness and Johns attention to detail on my dip nails for Christmas. I will definitely be back in 2020 :)

After 1 visit they will remember you. They are so friendly! The salon is near and clean. They always do a good job. The wait is minimal. Call ahead to make an appointment and theyll get you in on time, although walk ins are ok too.

Top coat always does a good job. Its clean and happy and they dont make you wait for hours. The staff are all really kind in my experience, most of my family has gone there and we have yet to have a bad experience. I used to go to a few other local nail places that were closer to home but Ill go here for all of my future nail work

I went less than a week ago to get mine and my daughters toes done for vacation. Anytime I have got them done they stay on at the beach. However one time is the pool and hot tub mine and my daughters nail polish came out off. I spent 80 dollars and expected better quality. Ive never had this happen before and am very disappointed in my results. Also my appointment was almost an hour late which was very annoying to say the least

They looked great at first... then the thumb started to hurt and finally got so fed up I took The polish off the dip polish and come to find underneath my fingernail was infected... I have Never had an issue like this when getting my nails done. Now I have an infected nail that I need to get drained. Then paid $50 for no effing reason... thanks too coat... NOT!

Wheww chile I am impressed! This place is BEAUTIFUL. Cam is fantastic. Perfect shape, no uneven bumps in my acrylic. Everybody dresses nice. This place feels super luxurious, with competitive prices. Cant wait to go back.

The employees here were so friendly and personable! We had four in our group for pedis and they did a wonderful job! We were able to all sit together and soak our feet and get our pedis done together! The salon was also very clean! We will definitely be back :)

They didn’t have any hot water. I came with my boyfriend and he didn’t even get started till I was completely done. They had him soaking his feet in cold water for 30mins! Absolutely unacceptable ‼️

I have been going here for 17 years and I have always been satisfied. They do a great job and as long as you have an appointment there is minimal wait time.

Awful service! My sisters and I went here to get our nails done before my sisters wedding. NONE of the 3 of us liked our manicures. They did ZERO cuticle treatments, and didnt even fully evolve my old nail polish. Not to mention that my dip nails looked horrendous. I would Not recommend spending money on this place.

Christina did a horrible job on my friends nails. I took my friend here and got a full set done for an event. My friends nails popped off. She told her how she wanted the shape of her nails, but she did them her own way. Her outfit was very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. We waited for almost 2 hours and got no service. Wouldn’t recommend this place!

Excellent! The wait was a long time, but I soon realized why--the staff took their time to make sure my nails looked excellent, asking questions etc so that they turned out perfectly. They are willing to do almost any shape, designs, and colors and I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the salon. Tools were sanitized and the seats, floors, and other areas were clean and tidy. Best salon in the area.

I had a great experience ! The staff was very. Cordial and they did a great job on my nails. I got rounded tips and one broke about a week after , they fixed it free of charge!! Unfortunately another nail just broke, I dont think its what they did, I believe its the nail shape I chose! Im headed up there soon to have them fix it and reshape my nails a fill them . I know it has to be the shape because Ive never had an artificial nAil break in the 15 years Ive had them done! Great business with great service and awesome employees !!!

I went to this salon for the first time last night. Ownership just changed within the last month and they plan to open a new updated space next to the current salon. The staff in the salon was absolutely wonderful! They were all so friendly and kind to me unlike many of the other salons I have been to before where I have felt like a burden. So far I love the time and care they took to do my nails and suggest new products. Unlike other salons I didnt feel pressured into purchasing something that I didnt want. I will be going back due to convenience and the atmosphere.

Older lady did my nails Em I think her name was. Terrible job!!!! Nail polish was not on the whole nailSides were not painted. Told her not to cut nails she did, doesn’t speak much English!!!! Don’t waste your money!

Terrible! The nail tech filed all my acrylic off and only put a very thin layer back over my nails. When I asked why they were so thin, the lady told me they were fine. I have been getting my nails done a long time and I knew they would never last. Well I was right. Now I have to go pay to have them redone 4 days later. Very frustrating.

My friend went to get a pedi from a very young girl. I wasn’t sure if she had a license or not because she looked sooo young. Maybe like 16 or 17. She rushed through the whole pedi very very quick. Personally it felt very unprofessional. The whole entire time she spoke a different language and felt like she was talking about my friends toes. The polish didn’t even last for 3 days. Not coming back!

Second horrible experience in two weeks! Won’t go back ever. First time nana did my nails.... then said she would do my pedicure, left me sitting in water for 35 minutes while she did someone else’s nails... I got up and left!! Got right into the place at Belden across the street. I have no idea how long she planned on leaving me there before doing my pedi but that was ridiculous! Went in today for a fill, waited 30 min which is ok because other rolls were there before me... then they take another girl who signed in 2 people after me before me because she said she was in a hurry!! Too many nail place in Canton for this!! Stay away!!!

I took my daughter to get a deluxe pedi, from Tina V. I noticed that she was rushing and the massage was nearly 2 minutes. I expected more because she recommended the deluxe pedi. Horrible Job. Not coming back again.

One of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. There really aren’t even any good nail salons in this area, (none that I’ve found at least). The guy that did my nails hands were very dirty. He didn’t even put any effort into my nails. The polish looks sloppy and uneven. I can’t believe I actually paid for this.

Love my nails, but service was crapy had to wait an hour and a half just to get in, then when it was my turn she called someone else back and I had to wait another half hour. I told her I had to be done by a certain time so she did a half fast job. Busy or not you should have called me back when it was my turn and offered me a discount. Smh.

The prices are unbelievable. Im from a bigger city and I had a mani-pedi with no chip polish( only on hands), I was charged $70 plus $10 tip. I forgot to mention I had my real Nails...no acrylics, gels NOTHING. At those prices I couldve had at least some champagne and a massage. The staff were not friendly at all. The tech who serviced me was quite reserved and did amateur work. Only reason I tipped her was because I have dry skin on my heals due to my profession and I always tip. Ohio like Georgia.. prohibits nail salon from using the cheese grader .,but when I go to my nail salon in Alpharetta that I frequent when Im in town they do a much better service leaving out that step is hardly missed.After leaving I felt like I had been robbed. Quick note::: I should have followed my first mind when I entered the place and the prices arent listed in plain sight. I never leave any comments but I felt so appalled that I needed to this one time. I hope that they read this comment and make the Neccessary changes, because the establishment is so beautiful and it should have compliments instead of complaints.
