Sat in the chair with my sister and had a manicure. I asked her to stop more than once, I explained that she was hurting me she proceeded to dig into my toe and 2 days later I’m left with a festered infected toe and no refund! I now have to wait to see the foot doctor and give her the bill. I was treated poorly after they butchered my foot. 60 dollars I paid for some one to hurt me. No remorse no apology and no refund.

The owner is amazing. The elderly male very detailed and great but the younger male is partial to people of color. I use to enjoy their services really relaxing envibe but after my services today I will no longer refer my clients to this establishment.Apologies to the owner.

I was there for nails filling and to change the nail color. She messed up with my nails and tookoff all my nails.She was very rough, I was bleeding. She was just making jokes , no apology. I had to leave and go to other nail spa to get it fix. I would never recommend.

This salon was recommended to me, and on July 30, 2020, I had my first appointment there for a shellac mani and a deluxe pedicure. This was my first visit to a salon since the close downs in March.The place was very clean, with social distance between each station and a clear curtain between client and tech at pedicure and shield between client and tech at nail station.I can only say, I was extremely pleased with the service I got. My tech, Tony, did a great pedicure and manicure as well.This is my new go-to salon!!

They to do pedicures but the lady was rushing to do my eyebrows and one is skinnier than the other.

Stopped in about 3 weeks ago (walk-in) and met a lady by the name of Ms Lee and boy did she take care of me! This was best pedicure I’ve ever had before. I highly recommend anybody looking for the best service along with a nice absolute friendly environment to check this place out! I have already recommended this business to all my friends and family. I really enjoyed my experience here. I got a pedicure for $27, which is a great price. It was very clean. I made an appointment but there wasn’t many people in there so i got taken right away. in my experience, even if you make an appointment for a nail salon, you always end up waiting. that wasn’t the case with this place!! The lady who did my toe nails did an awesome job. there was one man there that didn’t understand english very well so it was hard to communicate, one of them thought i didn’t pay, but i already had and they yelled at me as i was about to walk out but i told them them i paid, and left. so a little bit of a language barrier, but all over it was great! i really recommend.

I came here with 4 of my bridesmaids for my wedding and had a terrible experience. I had to call back three times to make sure my appointment was actually scheduled because they didn’t communicate with one another. They were extremely rude and untimely with our appointment. My bridesmaids and I are all women of color and they decided to play the most inappropriate music after we all started our appointments. The music was derogatory and used the “N” word. We had to ask multiple times for them to turn the music off and finally another customer asked them to turn it off and they obliged. Two of the bridesmaids manicures were TERRIBLE and had to be redone. The pedicures hurt because the lady was extremely rough and dug her sharp nails into your toes. When one of us wanted to change the polish color we received the worst attitude. I tipped in cash and paid on my card and the owner ran after me to tell me I didn’t tip on the card and the nail tech had to assure her I tipped in cash. I would have chosen another place but we were on a time crunch. We were there for four hours and it was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

Professional and fun. Quality is amazing and thorough. Great sense of humor from my tech. The management is definitely different because the customer service was great. My tech was Henry and hes sensitive to me (my nails are frail) and he made sure I was satisfied. Will be returning.

I stopped by a coupe of hours before closing to get a tips and a pedicure. The staff was tired from a long day but still accepted me and others who came close to closing time. My hands and feet look great and I will definitely be back.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. After 15 years of loyal patronage to Nails Art, the owner refused to credit a manicure that was prepaid but not provided to my daughter-in-law. The owner was rude on the phone, rude in person and provided no solution. Pretty appalling since I had already spent over $180 in the salon just today. My sister, my extended family and I will never return and urge you to find another salon.

They do a great job with lash extensions, the only place Ill go.

I really enjoyed my first time here. The place is clean and there are ALOT of shellac colors to choose from. The guy who did my pedicure took his time. I like that.

Since the new owners have taken over this place is amazing! I go for their Eyelash extensions and Ly Le is a miracle worker! Staff is very friendly and does an amazing job. Super clean place and really good service.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE! I don’t know what she thought she did but thankfully the salon a few doors over had somebody that does threading and she SAVED my eyebrows.

Super friendly and funny staff, Kim and her husband took care of my mom and me. Got the deluxe pedicure with 3 salt scrubs and massage. Affordable, too. 25 for a simple pedicure, 37 for deluxe.

The new owners are awesome! They truly understand quality service and are reasonably priced. Ive been to many salons in the area and this one has me as a repeat customer because I havent been disappointed. With each visit, I learned that this is a family-owned local business, which I believe in supporting. They are very friendly and care for their customers. If you havent tried them lately, I strongly recommend giving them a try. Thank you for taking pride in your work because it shows!

The service is ALWAYS amazing! No matter who does my nails they always listen to what I want and do their best to make it possible. The wait is never long and the price is so reasonable! I recommend them to all of my friends!

I had great experiences here in the past. Loved my nails and the friendliness of the staff but my most recent visit was not enjoyable at all. I waited 30-45 minutes to get my nails done which is fine, but once I finally was seen by someone, all she did was complain. Complained about the nail shape I wanted and the design which was snowflakes because I wanted to be festive for Christmas. She sped through the filling in of my set, gave me a nail shape I did not want and then she told me they were too busy to do the design. Keep in mind there was only one other person waiting to be helped. She shooed me out of the chair and told me if I wanted to wait 30-60 minutes she could finish my nails. I already waited over a half hour to get them done in the first place, why would I want to wait another hour to finish what she said she would do? I truly did enjoy coming here because I knew Id be happy with what I paid for, but I will no longer be giving my business to people who dont care about having satisfied customers.

I sent $55.00 on my nails and a $10.00 tip Thursday nails looking good when I left. Saturday 2 days later they were looking horrible!😡 My nails were lifting and looking like I was in a serious need of a fill. I returned Saturday morning to show him and tell him how disappointed that I spent $55.00 for nails that after two days look like this. He made me feel horrible and infact blaming it on me that I didnt put cuticle oil on🙄 and thats why they look like this.!! SERIOUSLY. !! You filled one finger PINKY ONLY and buffed out the rest of my nails. Agian I left they did look better at THAT time. Its been 5 hours and YES they are looking horrible YET again. If it wasnt for Easter tomorrow I would be back up there having you take them off and DEMANDING my money back. By the way you might want to stock up on toilet paper in your restroom you were out leaving me to use a tissue I had in my pocket.

It took almost two hours for a full set of acrylic nails even though I was the only customer in the shop. The lady continued to file down my nails and cuticles to the point where they were bleeding in several places. When I asked her stop stop and said they were thin enough, she apologized and continued to do it. The acrylic was sloppy and got all over my hands. The nails looked overly large and unnatural with clumps of acrylic underneath and on the sides. The acrylic powder was dirty with hairs from the brushes which then became stuck all in my nails when the acrylic dried. The clear polish was old and dried up creating lumps all over the nails. This brush also left hairs all in my nails. When I showed her the hairs and ask for it to be fixed, she just used a paper towel to wipe the brush and continued on with leaving the same results. She got up several times and disappeared into the back for reasons unknown to me. Once she was gone for over 15 minutes. Not a pleasant experience and I will not be back. Now I know why the place was completely empty.

This place is awesome! The staff are super friendly! I got eyelash extensions through a groupon and ended up upgrading the size but it was worth it. Ive had them on for about two weeks now and havent needed to fill them because she did such a great job. Highly recommend this place!!

Newer owners, very clean and friendly. I had the male nail technician and he was very gentle and took great cate after I mentioned I was ticklish. One of beat places in canton!

Got my nails done one time here and would never go back. They burned me while getting off my nail polish and didn’t even take it all off before adding the acrylics. You could see old nail polish underneath. How? They didn’t bother to paint my nails edge to edge. For the price, it was terrible. My nails were absolutely hideous, crooked, and not painted correctly. Never again.

Terrible service, very slow.They tell you they can do your nails the way you want then when you wait an hour and it’s your turn they tell you “ the lady that does that type of design isn’t here today” would not recommend to anyone.

Wow very rude... called to ask about prices and was shocked by the price of eyelash extensions compared to what they had on Groupon (doubling the price on Groupon if you wanted longer eyelashes than your own) and then told me dont come back then and hung up on me....

I use to come here all the time for pedicures, but I will no longer visit this place. The gentleman who did my pedicure was nice, however its been 4 days since I got it done and the french polish is coming off. Then the guy who did my acrylics actually hurt my skin after trying to separate the acrylic from my under my finger. It was such a sloppy job. He then kept pausing and exhaling from how tired he was. My nails are uneven and theres still nail polish on my nail bed since he was too lazy to remove it. Im never going here again. Ive never complained this much about a salon, but Im extremely disappointed in the result I received after paying $65.

Staff ask you what you want, you tell them. Then they give you something else, you question it and tell them thats not what you ask for before they polish your nails. Then they act like they dont understand English. Let me not pay them...then they understand and speak English very well. Customer service sucks.

I would give them no stars if it was an option. I purchased from Groupon a full set of eyelash extension and scheduling the appointment was difficult. I tried to schedule for a Monday and was told the girl is only there on Friday or Saturday and this was not disclosed when purchasing the Groupon, had it been I wouldn’t have purchased it. So I scheduled for Friday since that was the soonest available, on Tuesday I get 3 calls back to back from them as if there is an emergency, to re-schedule. I ended up re-scheduling for Saturday since there was an issue they had and my Friday appointment wouldn’t be available. On Friday I get 2 calls from them and a voicemail about giving away my appointment on Saturday, at this point I’m extremely frustrated, I call them back and they just wanted to confirm my appointment-so why not just say that on the voicemail instead of talking about giving away my appointment? Finally on appointment day, I drive 30 mins to get to their location to find out they won’t honor my Groupon. I drive another 30 mins home and still no eyelash extensions. Never will I recommend or go to this place.

I called to see what time they took their last walk in, they said 7, I was there at 638pm... They said I would have to schedule an appointment for a fill in and to come back another day. I said why is that when I told you over the phone I was driving from Southfield to Canton and you said at the latest be there at 7. Two of the workers began yelling at me saying that I should have specified what I wanted. So I asked that they remove my nails instead. When doing so they finally let me know they were understaffed. The paint job they did was horrible and I was quoted 3 different prices. I wont be returning.

I got my nails done not even a week ago and there already loosening up and I got shellac and the next day they started to chip. I will never go back to this nail salon again.
