Back in April I had gone, along with my best friend, to give myself a Birthday present. I had gotten my hair cut short, but did not look like the cut that I had shown.Also I had decided to go totally blonde, from my original dark brown color, because I wanted something daring. Well now my hair feels like straw and I am not happy.I will be going elsewhere to have my hair fixed!!!!!

I had a quality pedicure and gel manicure here yesterday. Its walk-in only, and first-come, first-served so be prepared to wait. The student that took care of me was very professional and friendly - but I didnt get her name! Nametags would be a great idea, btw. Also be prepared for your service to take longer than a salon - remember they are learning! It would be great to have a better front desk procedure - I had to wait to sign in behind two ladies who were taking their sweet time to pay and hogging the counter, so I couldnt even see how many people were on the list ahead of me.

The ladys that work there are all friendly .I will be back .she did a great job on my hair

Every time I go to this school, I feel uncomfortable about asking for five french braids. No hair added. They say they can only do three. I think its discrimination. And when I mentioned how I felt to the front desk, a student who was not a part of the conversation, rolled her eyes. I feel like the accommodation is not unreasonable. Thats how I wear my hair. And they make a big deal every time I ask for five braids. I will never return.

The gal who did my nails was so amazing! I loved her style and she was so accepting!! She had purple shaved hair and the cutest shirt with some bubble gum earrings, and, I honestly not only had an amazing nail job, but I made a friend in the process! Her name is Sydney! Love her! She gave me a hug at the end too, and they were all extremely sweet!

I have been getting hair cuts ,highlights and manicures here for 1 year and I love the results . Never had any issues all the students and instructors have done a great job!

I went in for a color fix and they were beyond helpful, professional, and so nice! I was so scared I had destroyed my hair and they were so kind in reassuring me they could fix it. Plus you can’t beat the price

Very unprofessional. I was a student there and went on an emergency trip because my spouse is in the military and forgot to notify them and I was terminated. I understand that it was my fault but when I asked them why wasn’t I notified that I was terminated, I was told because this specific persons daughter was having surgery so they didn’t have time. I took that as they didn’t care about my situation and that theirs was more important. I genuinely enjoyed my teachers but the overall business just cares about money and not the quality of their work and business relationships.

My kids got a nice hair cut there a few weeks ago. It can take awhile but the two young ladies we had did a good job.

I got a silk wrap and the girl who did it was named Lucky!She did an AMAZING job. She’s going to do my nails and eye brows next. She was very friendly and gentle.She did a great job clipping my ends as well.The only reason I gave 4stars was because the instructor that cashed me out was kind of rude. Lucky was very knowledgeable and new what she was doing.I can’t wait for her to get her own shop.Definitly would recommend her.

Megan Buchwalter did my hair and my husbands hair on Saturday, April 15. She did a fade and hard part for my husband. She colored my hair and trimmed my pixie; for only two weeks of experience on the floor, I am so impressed! I hardly trust anyone with my pixie, but Meg is a natural. If you see this before the end of 2017, definitely schedule with her!!! I cant vouch for everyone there, but its a nice facility and the instructors are all very knowledgeable. Just plan for extra time; they are all still learning so its a bit of a long process.

Ali is the worst employee there is she is kinda rude to ppl the students are great but the front desk she gets rude and snotty with ppl who have to wait on someone and shes not very polite and her manners stink she doesnt great customers very well

If u say your open till 9:30 pm why dont you have more students working

Who gave these instructors licences, please take them away asap!!! Dont refuse services because you lack knowledge of what youre doing just let someone step in who do! Its not meant for ethnicities, they dont even have services for locked hair, these people schools are a joke.

I asked for a balayage (I have dark brown hair so I wanted darker caramel balayage) and got copper, 1990s streaky, chunky highlights. I’m absolutely going to have to go somewhere to get this fixed.

After moving to Canton in May of last year, I tried several salons trying to find a new hair stylist. After spending ridiculous amounts of money and walking away frustrated because my hair wasnt the way I wanted it, I decided to try NBC. I was taken care of by a student who did an excellent job and gave me just the cut I wanted. Needless to say, they have my business now.

Im a student here I been learning so much

I came to get my nails done and I am SO disappointed. They were lumpy, misshapen, and the girl did not even clean the nail polish up around my fingers and they broke off within THREE hours of getting them done. Never going back.

Horrible. I dont pretend to know how to cut hair but the way my simple hair cut is typically done just didnt make sense for what my stylist did. Then the instructor comes over to grade the student and she doesnt even look at your hair.

Horrible! They chopped my hair, bad! I had a picture of how I wanted my hair cut, it was my Facebook pic., they still couldnt get it. I dont blame the student, if the instructor couldnt cut my hair according to my pic, the student definitely couldnt do it! I wouldnt recommend this school to anyone! Run!!!

I was just there not even 15 minutes ago stood at the desk for 10-15 minutes with no help and when I finally got help the lady had an attitude. I won’t be back I’ll take my business elsewhere and if you value your hair you will go somewhere else too...
