I love the friendliness, quality, and efficiency of NT Nails. The owner, To, is such a great guy and meets every accommodation possible to make customers happy. I’m constantly washing my hands at work, but the last time I went Sabrina did my nails with an extra finishing coat and the SNS didn’t chip for over three weeks! I was stunned and they were still well contoured and not bulky. Everyone there is so friendly. Sometimes they’re a little understaffed compared to the volume of people who stop by, so like any nail salon I think it’s best to make an appointment. To schedules appointments so that customers aren’t rushed through their treatments. Who wants to go to a place that’s way overbooked anyway? Just call ahead, pick your color, and enjoy yourself.

I love Sabrina. She does a great pedicure, but her art for manicures is spectacular. Every time I get my nails done friends cant wait to see the art.

Im a retired hairdresser from Virginia.Came with a friend here. Was impressed that the sterilizer is in plan view. Seems they are pretty clean. My pedicure looked great! Very reasonable. Quiet place.

My family has continuously went to this location however we will not be returning they water their gel nail paint down and the only hood part is the English sloppy work is performed and when my mother was asked if she wanted a design the lady only offered a flower and then when she asked for something else was told to leave it plain the disrespect of the people in this workplace is tremendous and we will be asking for a refund on these nails they also were extremely overpriced and are chipping after less than 24 hours. Thoroughly dissatisfied

It was my very first time going since I just moved near by and had the best experience ever. They are very professional and their building was very clean and smelled clean. I usually call a place of business beforehand if Ive never been there to see if they take walk ins or if I have to make an appointment because every place is different. They said they take walk ins depending on how busy they are and what they need done, but prefer for you to make an appointment. So when I called they said they werent as busy and that I can come in. When I arrived I picked my nail color and waited to be seated no more than 5 minutes because I had called ahead of time and they did an absolutely great job and the prices are really reasonable. I also noticed people without appointments coming in while I was there and because they werent as busy they took people in without hesitation. They are not rude and will help you depending on how busy they are so dont take it personal people! This will be my go to nail salon from now on. Thank you To, Melissa and everyone else that works there for this wonderful experience.

Came in twice without appointment and manager sent us out the door due to not having an appointment. Didn’t want to do us without an appointment. Probably should make an appointment if you want to come here, manager should also make it known “appointments only”.

This is my favorite place to go to get my nails done! The staff are wonderful, and keep you laughing the entire time youre there. I like to take my daughter and we get our nails done together. The place is always exceptionally clean, and never smells as bad as a regular nail place normally does. It just has a clean smell, which will make sense if youve ever been in one that doesnt. This time they happen to be running a special, which tends to be pretty often. Im very particular about where I go, because Im so worried about getting some type of fungus or something. However, I never have to worry about that here. if something is done and I dont like it, they never have a problem fixing it or making it better. Im extremely particular, and so it is nice to be able to speak freely and them not be upset. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I simply walked in and asked if I could have my SNS nails soaked off and a manicure after. When I was asked if I had an appointment I replied that I did not. I didn’t think it would take much time as I simply needed them soaked off and filed. After waiting for 10 min I was told they did not have time for me. Mind you, there were three customers there at the time AND they close at 8pm and I walked in at 5:15. I will never return after receiving that treatment. In addition, the male technician laughed when he told me he didn’t have time. I’ve never been there before this incident and won’t be returning. Being a professional business woman, I was astounded at the treatment I received. Not to mention the interior was nasty.I don’t see how they stay in business with that type of customer service.Yours truly,Karen

Used to love this place. See below for my manicure 24 hours after they did it. Also, the girls spilled hot wax on my sisters brand new under armor jacket and didnt even offer to discount services considering they ruined her jacket.

I tried N T Nails because I was visiting a family member in the Canton, GA area. I went there on a Friday, and on Monday the shellac on one of my thumbs cracked. By Thursday, the shellac on both thumbs had cracked and peeled off. Very, very bummed as I got my nails done for an event this weekend!!!! They didnt even last a week.I will say, the staff was extremely nice!

Always very nice and quick to serve. Suggest making an appointment since they stay pretty busy. Like that they talk to each other in English in front of customers.

My daughter and i went on Saturday I spent $145.00 we both had hers was the reg pedicures mine was the deluxe the one with the calluses removed, she had SN done on her nails and i had a full set..well one they took forever second my pedicure sucked my feet were not smooth at all i actually done a better job this morning 3rd whatever they use to do the acrylic like a purple color is horrible ive always had it clear and my cuticles looked terrible as well..I apologized for such a bad review but I spent alot if money and didnt have a good experience.

Love getting my nails and toes done here. The people are all very friendly, have tons of regulars and seem to really like each other and work. Laid back, fun atmosphere and they do a great job! I get SNS and they’ll usually last close to a month. Very happy.

If you’re looking for a good and affordable toe polish change, this is it but don’t go here for anything else. I just got my nails done, acrylic set, and they are so bad. I told her a medium long nail with rounded edges (medium oval), and I got short, stumpy, squared off nails that look like chiclets. The ladies that do pedicures are very nice and listen to what you want. The people who do the nail sets don’t.

Probably the most meticulous chick when it comes to my nails and toes, and after visits to every salon in the area, NT Nails is the ONLY place that provides quality service at a great price!! Over 20 years at this, I can assure you, this is where you need to go!!

Love these people and love this place. Feels like home. They do an excellent job on manicures and pedicures even facial waxing eyebrows and such. To and Melissa are great host and Melissa does the best acrylic nails in the business . Been going there for years tried other places and they pale by comparison. I learned my lesson, why go anywhere else when this is the best

Everyone is nice and they do a good job. The staff speaks good English too.

When we went the first time, we had to wait for about 30 minutes just to get to our chair. When we got to the chairs, we got people there to do our toes fairly quick. I noticed the people around us leaving because they were tired of waiting. The second time I went, they sat us at the chairs very fast. And the service was great! Friendly people and lots of laughter. My suggestion, if theyre busy, go somewhere else.

Ive been here numerous times for mani, pedi, and eye wax but wont be going back. Today I went on my lunch break for a quick SNS mani. Only waited about 5mins. It then took the girl TWO HOURS to get my SNS top coat right. And it still looks horrible. I had to leave to get my daughter from school and theres still indentions all over my nails. Plus she overcharged me. My total is always $85 for SNS mani, $35 pedi, and eyebrows so why was I charged $46 today for just the SNS mani? I wont be returning.

Every time i go here the experience is awesome. Yes, I am a man that like pedicures. I have a bad back from surgery and this is a far easier option to doing my own toes and well worth the money. I suspect the negative reviews here are because people want something for nothing. You get a lot of that in retail. The minute you do not give away something for free, bad review. Seriously, this place is awesome!

Had an Appt yet had to wait over 40 mins. The girl who did my husband didn’t seem comfortable and didn’t do what she was paid to do. Poor service. They don’t listen to what you ask for either. It’s so close to home but we won’t be back!

Fair priced see services but they did not do a very good job when my wife went to get her nails done.

Not the best experience. We were rushed, they did a bad job on my cuticles. My moms nail Polish didnt even go all the way to the base of her nails. My Polish literally went over my cuticles. It wasnt relaxing for me at all.

My manicure and pedicure were okay, but the extra $384 charge on my credit was not great. Ladies, be sure to check your cc statements after getting your nails done here.

Came in for a fill on my acrylic set and most of my nails are bumpy and uneven and due to the polish being wet I couldnt tell until I got home. The employees were very friendly however
