Got a babysitter for my newborn baby and came in for my first pedicure since pregnancy. Planned to have a nice long relaxing experience. They never presented the pedicure options. I asked her when she finished the quick 5 min massage if there were options for a longer, fancy pedicure she said, “yes- tell me next time”… she hadn’t even done anything! She could have pivoted and done a different pedicure at that point but she didn’t want to. I drove 20 mins to a babysitter and found a place near her and thought this could be a regular set up but this place is terrible and I will literally never be back. The owner reiterated that it was my fault, I should have asked- I did ask!! She said it was too late. Ridiculous. If you want a good pedicure with a staff that is lovely and doesn’t rush you try Big Apple Nails in Woodstock.

My wife & I love this place! The owners & staff are thoughtful & responsive, greeting everyone with a smile & a hello - I dont think theres a stranger in the joint. And they do a great job! Im always happy to go & look forward to each visit.

Love this place. I am a regular every other week. They are always clean, professional and very kind. They do great work and you never have to wait long even if you dont have an appointment.

The customer service was incredible and they were fast. But I could of done a better nail job with my eye closed. My nails look like a child did them... won’t go back. They are clumpy and uneven. I asked him to fix them and he barely touched them or fixed them nor even got what I was saying.

The first time I went here it was a great experience, the second time was not. I got a fill in acrylic with Gel polish. ( I would not have gotten gel polish if I knew it was $20! Extra🤬) and a pedicure. The fill in was done with the thinist layer of acrylic I have ever seen. ( Been 2 days and its already chipping. When I got the pedicure there was nothing added to the water at all! I barely had my feet in the water and he was already starting on my feet. Nails quickly cit, filed, and scrubbed all in about 10m minutes. Adding polish took another 5 minutes.Now I did get a 3 minute massage and hot towel. That cost $23! So basically $60 total for unhappy customer. They were busy and only had 3 ppl working maybe thats why. But for that money I expect more.

First time visiting Holly Nails. Lisa was very gentle and thorough. She did an amazing job on my toes. At no time did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and polite. Will return again. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for many years but my last time in December I felt Kevin was very rude, I 1st ask if my 8 year old daughter could have a pedicure with me remind you I am a regular and my oldest daughter weekly for waxing .. he told me NO I dont do kids I knew better, finally after she began to cry she knew shes had her nails done before.. he did her very quick skipping steps I understand shes a child but dont charge full price and then when I question say its I did for a little one from now on this special time with my girls will be done elsewhere if not my whole business, I also fill we should not have to pay for taking gel off if we are having them redone gel with our manicure it should be part of service just my thoughts.

The people here are very nice and its very clean. My only complaint is they dont do designs. I showed the lady a super simple design(literally just pink and white stripes) I wanted on my big toe and she told me no they dont do them. If your gonna be a nail salon, you should know how to do designs to satisfy your customers. Its 2017, people like cute toes with cute designs.

Affordable prices, friendly staff, and luxurious services. Once I found this place, I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done.

I like them but I had my nails done just seven days ago and they all were lifting to the point they all came off now I will have to get another full set done. I just wish I had they the money cause now I have to try to come up with the extra funds to get them done again.

If I could give less than 1 start, I would... I have been a customer of Holly Nails for over 10 years. I would think any business would value their customers and their loyalty, especially when there are nail salons in every shopping center. On my birthday, I decided to go get a pedicure with one of my friends. We requested that we wanted to sit next to each other instead of in between other people and didnt mind to wait for them to finish up others so we could do so. You would have thought that our request was unreasonable. The owner Kevin though a tantrum like a 2 year old. He kept yelling and got louder and louder. Truly unbelievable. I would beware before choosing this location.

Very clean and the owner and staff are very good. I am a male and I feel very comfortable getting my toes done. I have some neuropathy and I feel very comfortable letting them do my pedicure.

I have had a good experience here several times. The only times I have not had satisfactory experiences was when the owner, Kevin has done my gel manicures. He will not do an actual manicure (cuticles, massage, etc.), and he rushes through the polish. It ends up being sloppy, and I honestly leave wondering why I just paid someone to paint my nails when it would have looked the same if I had done it myself (messy and uneven). I am very disappointed in the service I have received, and I doubt I will be returning. I guess at $20 for a gel “manicure,” you get what you pay for.

I dont like how the girl made my nails, they look awkward, the are not symmetric

Three stars b/c they are super friendly but also lack of attention to detail. Carelessness when my nails were filed. Walked in wanting a touch of glitter walked out without it. Was not listened to. Complained twice with no resolve. Uneven nails and bubbles are very clear in gel coating. Disappointed because I had heard good things about this place.

Love the treatment and how relaxed i can get while here, but lacks a wide color selection and the acrylic seem cheap. Would love to try any other manicure though :)

Nails are done wrong , they don’t take their time doing them. same w eyebrows i said no thin , just clean up . they took half my eyebrows and they don’t even look the same

Friendly, inexpensive and fast. But, Ive tried it twice and found the attention to detail was not there. Polish was a little sloppy and the trim was uneven.

Sns manicures do not come with cuticle cleaning or hand massage. Everything is very rushed. Acrylic came out lumpy. Prices are not posted nor offered in brochure.
