Ive been coming here for over 3 years. For the record, Jordan Is the best in there but I will not be back. Recently when I came in id get the same thing but... a different price.. each time. Its ridiculous. Was told one price. Said yes to shellac & it went up an extra $18.??????? Never again! I hate this place now. Nothing special about the Pedi either.

I’ve been calling these people to refund me my money, I’ve filed four disputes against this establishment, first they didn’t answer the phone the first few weeks so I had my bank contact them, they didn’t answer for my bank, this is my second time posting a review, they deleted my first one, so I will keep posting reviews and filing disputes until they do what’s right, while talking to the staff today they were very rude, laughing at me as if what they’ve done to me was righteous, they repeatedly hung the phone up in my face... and to be honest, the only reason I went to this place is because it was too short of a notice to make an appointment with “GET NAILED “ which is the nail salon around the corner, they are absolutely amazing and knows how to treat natural nails, they do not force you to get acrylic as this nail salon did. Very unprofessional!!

So unhappy i asked for something and got completely different cut half my thumb nail off on one side and called it a cough and Jade paint job with patchy incomplete the nails were thick uneven complete train wreck I will never be going to this place ever again $55 so I could leave in tears I had to go pay another $35 for somebody to try to fix it but they couldnt is there a way to short on the sides that she cut to make the coffin nail so I have to wait another three weeks for them to grow out so I can have them redone properly

Pros : cleanCons : didn’t receive a manicure when I got acrylics and paid 58$ . The gentleman just cut my nails down, glued tips, and painted my color. Overpriced for quality of work. Don’t mind spending the money but when it’s quality work.

Went and got some acrylics removed that I had gotten for a wedding. Most places when removing acrylics for me just pry them off and leave my natural nails brittle and shredded. I wish I had gotten his name but the gentleman with the glasses took the time to dremel, file, and buff my nails back into decent shape and put on cuticle oil and nail strengthened. All for only $10 which would usually get me none of those extras at other salons. I highly recommend Club Nails for extra care in their service! :)

This was by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I got my prom nails done and my eyebrows waxed (which they did an AMAZING job)! 10/10 would recommend!!! I dont know if they did something different but my nails stayed on longer than ever before!

Probably the worst set of acrylics I’ve ever had in my life. I went in Friday and it is now Tuesday and they are all lifting. It hasn’t even been a week! I asked for French tip and she put the white tip so far down on my nail that it couldn’t sit flush with my nail (also looks super unnatural being so low). Huge gaps between my nail and the acrylic. I am a hairstylist and will probably get a fungus(hands are always in water) from the lady being lazy and not wanting to paint a white tip and just placing a white tip on my nail instead. First and last time I visit this salon.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE TOO!!!!! NINA AND TINA AND THE WHOLE STAFF ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND TRY THEIR BEST TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FRIENDS!!! AND IF THEIR MULTI TASKING BETWEEN CUSTOMERS, I DONT MIND WAITING A FEW MINUTES FOR THE BEST NAILS!!!

Worst experience ever!!! I have been here a few times for eyebrow waxing stopped in today get get waxed and Nina wasn’t there so I asked how much for a full set with gel polish owner said 25$ so I sat down and got a set done picked my polish and the gentleman doing my nails finishes included polish when the owner walks over and says you got shellac that’s 15$ more isn’t gel and shellac basically the same thing I told him I wasn’t paying that much extra especially when I asked before hand so he sat down and filed it off leaving spots and said I must usually get my nails done in Detroit cause in canton they are not going any cheaper and I should go back there to get them done so everyone should go check out WOODHAVEN NAILS AND SPA cause the owner is a joke and very rude

Called to make an appointment.. apparently they don’t take them. The guy said they are fully staffed and wouldn’t have a wait... it’s been almost 30 mins and I’m about to leave... don’t forget about the crying baby rolling around..

This salon is super convenient to my house so I was really excited to try it but they were sketchy from the beginning. No price list to be found anywhere and when I was looking for it on the walls or a flyer on the front desk, the owner asked me, “What are you going to do with it?” Literally, I just wanted to look at it and decide what to get that day. He told me various prices for acrylic and gel tips. I said I wanted a full gel set and was told to choose a color. He proceeded to just do acrylic nails with regular nail polish and my right pointer finger was super crooked (I asked him to make that finger on each hand a little shorter.) They looked alright and acrylic was $10 cheaper so I thought maybe I would be alright with that set, but today is only the two week mark and I already need a fill. Plus my left pointer finger broke off this morning which I’ve never had happen. Sometimes they start to peel off but this snapped right in half. There was also an employee (I believe) sleeping on one of the pedicure chairs thee entire time I was there which seems unprofessional to me. So disappointed but luckily there’s tons of other salons on or near Ford Rd.

I was ripped off yesterday by Lisa..i unknowingly was having gell instead of acrylic. I am new to nail tips as I explained that to her. Instead if $15.00 it was $35.00. No mention to me on which I even wanted. Bad nail job as you can see my tips thru the French. I even asked her if i should just do color. Her reply was no, you should not be able to see it. Guess what, you can, and it looks bad. Not going back for nail job, EVER. DONT APPRECIATE BE TAKEN.

I started coming here for about 6months now only because I had such a terrible experience at the last place I was going to. Anyways, my first time coming they did a really good job, I noticed the place was clean. I started going to Jordan and then his wife nina started doing my nails she did a pretty good at job at first but after a while she started getting lazy with her work. She would deliberately take forever to come from the back with an attitude knowing I would be sitting in the chair waiting for her to finish my nails. And then the other techs they have working there can barely speak English and they kept messing up my mom nails. Kept cutting our nails down and refuse to apply the color of nail polish we chose to wear. Also they are always face timing there friends on the phone while speaking in a different language in front of the customers which I feel is very unprofessional. And my last experience coming here I asked for a (dip/shellac mani) and they did so but meanwhile my mom asked for the same but instead of them giving her what she asked for (because the tech could barely understand English) they gave her a regular manicure and tried to charge her for the shellac and got upset when she asked for them to atleast polish her nails. I could not believe the type of service I received, and I was highly disappointed. So YES this will be my last time going to Club nails! Highly disappointed!

I came here because I had read all the reviews and was in the area. It seemed like a great place. I was wrong. The nail tech floated between me and another customer so that I ended up waiting around for quite awhile. It took twice as long for me to get a fill and I ended up wasting half of my Saturday morning when I had plenty of errands to run. Definitely will not be coming back here

Great prices, and they do a very good job on shellac manis. They remember repeat customers after you go a few times, which is nice.

Massage chair dont work while getting my pedicure....have two hard knots sitting in my lower back the whole time.. very uncomfortable, also he rushed through the pedicure... Even forgot to lotion after... Super disappointing.

The man was rough, cut my cuticles till I was bleeding, and gave me a 10 minute pedicure. I have been going here for years, and it has gone down hill.

Today was my 1st and last visit at the salon!!! I notice after my pedicure was in progress that they do not clean photogs between pedicures! Nasty!!!
