Love this place the lady Vee and her husband clean and courteous, window says walk ins accepted but when you do they ask for appointment??? What about the walk ins welcomed on the window...this place does very good detailed work.i love them but I just cant get in because of my schedule I ha e to be able to walk in.

I had written off VIP due to the bad experiences I have had in the past. I heard there were new workers and management. I will be back on a regular basis with them!!!! These are the BEST nails I have ever had done and they were all so nice and personable. They were friendly and concerned with if I liked the work they had done. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!

VIP Nails in Canton has new ownership! This place is great. Prices are very reasonable and service is top notch! Very friendly and customer oriented. You must call and give them a try. You won’t be sorry. New colors and super clean.

This place is under new ownership! They are friendly and professional. So much better than under the previous owners. My last gel set went without a chip for 3+ weeks. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to VIP Nails for several years. Henry & Nancy have always done a great job. Last weekend I met Tommy and Bee, the new managers and I had a pedicure with powder nails manicure. One of the best mani/pedis I have had! Recommend to schedule an appointment. Always busy.

Every time I go here they are always rushing and trying to get as many people as possible to make more money. They do a good job on your nails but if youre in a hurry or have to be somewhere at a certain time I definitely wouldnt recommend going. You will spend half of your day waiting for them to finish your nails.

This place use to be my absolute favorite but since their move it seems it’s just for money now I tell them I don’t want my nails filed much and they don’t listen and always end up with cut fingers from over filing my nails they tell me I need my eyebrows done regardless if I just had them done or say I’m doing them myself tell them no I don’t want gel and they argue that I do want gel give in and get gel which was 17 dollars more on top of 17 dollar fill give a 40 and got a dollar back 17 and 17 does not equal 39. I’m never relaxed in there because they hurt my hands to the point I’m holding my breath waiting for it to be over. On a good note nails don’t look terrible when done just have to deal with the pain, the not caring about what u want, and telling them multiple times no I want.... or no I don’t want because they don’t listen and want more money

In my opinion this place doesnt even deserve a star at all! I witnessed the most ridiculous display of customer service at this place today. While trying to relax and enjoy a day with my mother and daughter I had to listen to 3 workers argue repeatedly with raised tones and throwing hands up in front of my 10 year old daughter. It was ridiculous. Then they started on my moms feet and then just stopped in the middle of it to help a walk in customer and my mom sat there for at least 30 minutes without them finishing her feet for which we had scheduled appointments for! Then after me saying something, the lady got frustrated didnt do my moms toes or nails the way she wanted and she was rushing and throwing around containers like she was angry. My moms nails were awful! Not even one of them thanked us for coming or treated us with respect while we were there. Oh annnnnnd the price was ridiculous $148 for just me and my daughter to get nails and toes done is ridiculous! And then charged me another $1.00 to use their credit card machine! Who does that especially with the amount I just spent! I will never go here again!

Pretty sure I had the best nail guy in there, Henry. He seemed to be doing a good job and sold me on getting the hombre in the dip polish. It looked good. I was a little put off by a few things. First of all during my time there I would say 60% of the time a nail tech that has finished my friends pedicure turned on her phone and played a very loud TV show in a foreign language so loud we could not hear the tv on the wall. And she left the salon area for a good 20 minutes with her phone still blaring. Secondly he cut my fingers twice with his rotatory tool. Still sore 5 days out. (Also my friend was cut during her pedicure). Salons should not be that painful. Thirdly when he finished my manicure he did not put cuticle oil on my cuticles or offer me any hand lotion. I have never not had these 2 things done after the have soaked my nails in acetone and had me wash my hands a couple of times. Its November our skin and cuticles are dry that should be standard at all salons.And to top it all off we are 5 days out and 2 of my nails have chipped.We went there because we didnt have time to go to Peoria to my normal place. I will make time for that trip in the future.

Henry, Nancy and Judy...they go out of their way to make sure you are absolutely satisfied. Kind people and always gorgeous nails!!! Soo kind to me!!! Love them!!! Find it hard to believe they were rude to anyone...

Not as good as when I started going here. I feel they are rushing most times to get me out the door. They messed up my appointment twice by not writing it down then I had to wait or come back. I never gave understood why I pay full price for a fill.

Very rude man...made me feel like a bother for being determined what color I wanted for nails and the pedicure done by older women was terrible. I had to come home find a color to match and fix a toe that was painted lightly. Also they had a horror movie on tv that was repulsive. Not relaxing at all...not worth what they charged. Never again!

They do a really good pedicure and manicure. Happy with both and they are quick.😊

I had a horrible experience. When I got there I waited 7 minutes for someone To come out from the back room. I told the man what I wanted and a woman told me to sit down for my pedicure which was OK. Well another woman started doing my nails while the other one was doing my feet. When I was done with the pedi I sat in the chair for my tips to be done and all rudeness broke out! The man didnt tell them I wanted tips so she was doing a manicure and I said no I want tips. She proceeds to tell me I needed manicure not tips. Its was rude. I was getting my tips done and my hands were getting tossed back and forth getting pulled and so were my fingers. I paid for a manicure I never wanted plus the tips and pedicure. They were rude and over charged me for something I never wanted. My tips are funky looking and my color on the toe nails dont match my tips?! I will not go back. Oh and my fingers were bleeding from the drill. I dont recommend this place at all. Better service and friendlier people at Walmart nail salon.

Honestly, I dont even know about the one star. I keep telling myself that Im not going to return, yet for just sheer convenience, I end up back. After this last visit, I am positive that I wont return. I made an appointment for my niece & myself for full sets & as usual whenever I have made an appointment, they were an hour late starting on us. My niece was lucky & got Henry...he is the most consistentry decent tech. The lady I got zinged me with the files as well as her drill...nothing like paying for bloodied cuticled. My niece & I both specifically stated we wanted acrylic, not gel. When it was time to pay, she said $40...I asked why so much & she said for gel. Only after I complained about wait & that we said acrylic did she knock five bucks off. Every time they try to upsell with that damn gel for $17 more and every time I tell them over and over no no no. The prices fluctuate and its ridiculous. I have had it with them. My daughter said they look sloppy and others have commented on them as well...not favorably either. Done, done and DONE. Spent enough money and time there...will drive extra distance to Macomb or anywhere but not to VIP Nails in Canton.

This was our 3rd attempt. Walked in at 300pm and said to come back at 315. So my daughter & I did. We got back & a gentleman started in my daughters pedi. While I sat in like warm water. An HOUR AND 15 MIN later I had an appointment out of town. Im So DONE WITH THIS PLACE. Last time they nicked my boyfriends too & got so distracted, they didnt even finish his pedicure. I told them he is on cumiden. They had no clue. Uggh... Its not convenient for me to make appointments with my busy schedule. But this place is going down hill. I cant even give it 1 star. Everyone that walks in they say, yes I can do you in 15 min. We witnessed 4 ladies leave after waiting 44 min.

Henry did my nails and they turn out just how i wanted them!! They are very friendly in there and not to busy around 11:30. The prices are very high nor super low. i’ve went to so many different places and my nails end up hurting, but when i go here my nails don’t hurt. definitely recommend going there!

It was good me and my friend waited and if I were to turn my head he would pull me and I ask for only gold on one finger and they didn’t do I think it in BAD DO NOT GO

This place sucks, numerous cases of staph infection. & tried to cheat me out of money & tried to make me pay double for my manicure and pedicure that was poorly done. The lady is so rough, she’s made me bleed multiple times.

When the lady was using the electric filer, she went through my nail, & still preceded to put a drop of super glue and the gel over it after I told her not to!!!! Will never go there again, not even for a color!!! They dont have enough employees either apparently. .
