I had Olivia do my nails today , she was so sweet , gentle , asked me if she was holding my finger too tight(she wasn’t hurting me at all) . Such a kind girl ! And as you can see in the photos she did phenomenal !! I used acrylic powder (not sns/dip or any polish) and I had a gel clear coat on top , spent less than $50 before tip of course . Will DEF be coming back!

This is the worst place I’ve ever been!! My nails lasted a day and my daughter nails lasted 2 days they popped off and I’ve never seen anything like this before and I get my nails done a lot... I will NEVER come back in this place🤦🏾‍♀️Get some professionals up in there before you take people hard earned money🥺

My wife and I come here once a month to get Pedicures together. The are always friendly and do there very best to get everyone service as fast as possible. I have a lot of calluses on my feet and they do a great job of making everything feel right again. Highly recommend these guys.

By far the best and most relaxing pedicure Ive ever had. Thank you Kim! All files, pumice and buffer came out of a one-time use pouch. Gloves and plastic basin liners were used too. I will definitely be coming back!

This was such a great experience!!!!! Everyone was so so kind and gentle on my fingers! No cutes or scrapes, and the lady who did them was very very nice and had a conversation with me the whole time! Im definitely making this place my go to nail salon! The environment was so peaceful I just loved it. Not to mention my nails look AMAZING! She took her time making the shape absolutely perfect and did everything I asked for! I’ve been coming here for SNS and pedicures for about a year and a half. I see Kim. I’m a hair stylist - so I’m rough on my nails between coloring/shampooing, my feet pretty much always hurt and my relationship with my service provider(s) is important to me because of the line of work I’m in. Kim meets every expectation I have! She is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Her work is consistent and she’s so personable. My nails always look perfect and last 3 weeks. Her foot and leg massage is incredible, too. Every time I get a pedicure with her, any foot pain I have is gone. She truly takes such good care of me!Also, the shop is always clean and everyone is warm and friendly! In a year and a half my experience has always been consistent every time!

Honestly the best nail salon I have been to in a long time. My nails have lasted super long and the service was amazing. I might travel back to GA just to come back to this place.

I get my eyebrows done there monthly, they do a great job. Spa pedicure is wonderful, relaxing and unrushed. Got the S and S nails and was not happy with them as they broke just a few days later. Went back and got my usual acrylic and am happy. Very friendly, professional staff.

Last visit was kinda a miss, so I was kinda nervous. But today Anna did my nails and it turned out absolutely perfect! She nailed it 😉

Last June I rated this place as a 1 star. Ive been there more recently, to find out that their staff have mostly changed. Maybe its because I went later on in the day, but regardless everyone there was absolutely amazing and the absolute best to me. I will definitely be recommending this place

Came from out of town for a wedding and my mom and I both came in to get spa pedicures. I searched around and read reviews from several different places in the area and decided on this one. The place is beautiful and the service was good. Everything is very clean and felt like we both received our moneys worth. I would recommend it.

I’ve been going here for about year now and never have I ever been disappointed with a pedicure.. I come about every two weeks because my feet get really bad .. I’ve never had this lady before I’m pretty sure she’s new I don’t know her name but she did an awful job!! I came an hour And a half before closing And she barely scrubbed my feet and the polish was so awful and barley put on to my nail.. next time I come in I’m requesting certain people!! David is the one to request for a pedicure..

The wait was a little long but it was sooo worth it, I’m in love with my nails and the people are so friendly. Also at the end they give you a discount card for your next visit. 10/10 recommend.

I would give no stars if i could. They messed up my nails then redone them still to thick like 3 in and I had to pay to have them removed the first time for their mess up. I will not go back. Not to mention they was rude amd wouldnt respond back to anything u ask!!

I’’m not sure how they got such high ratings but 3 months worth of letting my nails grown was destroyed by this salon. I had nubs when I left. Wanted SNS to let them grow natural (tips n sns for 3 months and finally natural nails were long ) to have them filed to nothing in 15 minutes. One of the nails even broke off below the quick the same day because he filed them so thin! DO NOT GO HERE!! All rating were mostly about how nice they are but can they do nails?? NO!!

The lady who did my nails was nice the lady who gave my pedicure was very rude and didnt care what I wanted . To be honest last time I was in I heard her arguing with a customer and I thought it was the customer but obviously not. This is the last time this place will get our business thanks to her.

I have never been to a salon where I consistently receive great care, but I have found that at City Nails. They provide gentle and outstanding care.

No no no. I went here on 9/9/18 and was treated ok, nails were crooked and I was charged more than I expected for a fill in with gel ($36). I decided to give them another chance but I shouldn’t have, it got worse. My nails were trimmed way too short and he said he couldn’t fix it, nails crooked again, he couldn’t do sparkles at the base of my nails like I asked because he said I needed powder to achieve the look which was wrong, and I picked out a gray and I got PURPLE!!! He wouldn’t fix anything that was wrong and it was $30 for an unsatisfactory fill in with gel. I am so mad. Now I have to go get them taken off and fixed somewhere that can actually listen to their client’s needs. I wish you didn’t have to pay for services that weren’t delivered or I would have walked out without paying since now I have to pay to get this bs fixed.Update: I went back and asked for my nails to be fixed. I was then given him again to fix the issues. He was very rough and made my fingers bleed. He told me to “Shut up” when I told him how I wanted my nails because apparently they can only be styled the way he likes. When he was done “fixing” them he told me “Ok. Now go home”. I’m beyond furious at this point.

I have been to many nail salons and This place is by far the best nail salon I have been to yet! They have amazing colors and the staff is awesome ! Highly recommend trying them!!!!!!

I had a family of 4 needing pedicures. We waited forever. One got done 3 did not... 3 of us had to go back 2 hours later (at a scheduled time and it took another 2 hours.....we where there 2 hours the first time and we where not even offered a discount due to our wasted time and gas

The worst nail shop I have ever been too . My friend and I got our nails done on Friday and both ours cracked the next day !!! What makes it worst the owner of the shop did my SNS . I told her the way I wanted them and she continued to do them way she wanted to. The shape was horrible and it wasn’t what I asked for.
