The owners Jay and Lynn are very personable . Make a point of talking with all of their customers , & knowing their names and about them . They speak to you in English . Or if want to sit relax ok also . Staff short with covid, they keep it going, fit everyone in while, still doing professional jobs . Always compliments my nails . Close by, easy in and out . Easy to walk in, same treatment without appointment. Feel like a new customer every visit, treated well !

This place is the absolute worst! The lady was talking to someone else the whole time not even looking at my nails - she took only 20 minutes for a shellac manicure and it lasted a full 3 days before it all peeled off. She barely put my nails under the light, she didn’t put enough coats on….completely unprofessional and the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. Do not go there.

This is the worst nail shop ever.. The owner did my nails and 3 days later the first nail fell right off and within 2 more days 2 more just popped right off returned to have fixed and was told the problem was me not having nails done for so long as well as length I had gotten.. Spent 100 on the worst experience of my life.. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK THATS BACKED UP.

I find this place very clean and hygienic, esp the pedicure tubs. Mary & Tina are the best nail artists. I get regular mail paint on my feet and shellac for my hands. Perfect nails Everytime.

Fantastic place to get your fingers and toes done. I have been coming here for years. Jay and Lynn the owners are two of the kindest people you will ever meet as is the whole staff. Very reasonably priced but can get very busy so drop in or make an appointment during a slower time if you can, not a Saturday during the summer. Youll have a great experience here!!

The staff is very personable and humorous. Ive gone there for pedicures and have been satisfied. The ladies even remembers my family members that has gone there.

First and last time. Nice guy, sloppy shellac both toe and fingernails. Completely oblivious or either did not care that polish was on my skin. When asked to remove he had to file the shellac polish off my skin. I was told “the rest will wash and wear off.” Not worth the argument, I will never return.

I am a regular customer and was extremely disappointed when I showed up and they closed an hour earlier! I was then told that sometime they close at 6... 630! How do u say walk ins welcome but YOUR hours vary? I was asked to come back tomorrow...

The worst shellac manicure of my life. The color swatch I picked was a dark golden color. After 2 coats on my nails you can still see my natural nail through the color. Its more suitable as a topcoat. I needed 2-3 more coats for it to look like the swatch. On top of that, it was the sloppiest paint job ever and Im sad to say it was the owner who did my nails! She left the polish so far away from my cuticles it looks like I have a week + of growth. Absolutely terrible and if I would have realized how crappy my nails looked before I left I would have refused to pay. It was my own fault for not carefully examining them because I was in a rush. Bottom line, I do not recommend this place at all. How can you expect a good manicure from any of the staff if this is the quality received from the owner, Lynn.

**LONG POST** I have been coming here for many years and to be honest it’s really out of convenience being I live right across the street... so with that being said. I am half way greeted with a “what do you need today” instead of Hi how can I help you Carrie. I feel if you can call every other persons name who is a regular why not mine... I feel as if I’m a burden when seriously all I get is shellac polish change with two colors (one different finger on each hand) and that’s it! No gel or acrylic and definitely God forbid any type of design. J and Lynn are “cool” but when they feel like it and then to whom they feel like. If I go somewhere else Club Canto or maybe just another part of town... when I do come back she says “where have you been?” Who did these” and look at them in disgust... really!! So I say all that to say on today June 14, 2019... I went there at 7:27pm and their open sign was turned off when the hours on the door says open until 8pm. I pointed to my one finger that only needs a repair and she refused to even look at it!! THATS IT!!! I’m so done with going to them. I Googled who was still open and went to Tic Tac and they got me right in there was no wait! I never come to them because I’m not the biggest fan of Ford Rd but they will now be seeing me every 2 weeks!! Thanks for listening because I never write reviews for anything but I just need to do this one. I’m sure I’m the only one who feels this way but I’m NOT giving my money where I’m not appreciated as a customer... there’s way too many nail shops around here for that!! Thanks for listening! P.S. they got 2 stars because I still love Mary.. she does the best pedicures!!

1st time here and wont return. In at 2:35pm and out by 3pm for a manicure and shellac. $30.00. I went here because my normal salon is under update construction, what a mistake!! They seemed nice enough, but the job done on my nails was way below professional. So disappointed.

Poor service. My 14 year old was so upset that the employee doing her nails did not even ask her before cutting her fingernails. She gave hardly any massage to her feet , gave no instructions about drying her nails. Very bad experience. I would never go there again.

Jay, Lynn and the entire team at Nail Art are great-- friendly and customer focused.

Pretty bad service. I got Lin(the owner). She kept taking phone calls during mani-pedi. I asked her to try these two colors on my toes to see which one looks better. She plainly refused. She was like you need to pick one. She also refused to work on dead skin around the toes! She said deadskin/cuticle on the nails is the only thing she will care for. She was done with both mani and pedi in 40 minutes. Will NOT go again!

This is the worst place to get nail art, design, or colors! A friend and I called ahead to make sure they could do the specific designs we wanted. They said yes. We got to the salon and we showed them what we wanted before they started and still said they could do it. At tge end we were both disappointed and didnt get anything close to what we wanted. Didnt even give us the colors we asked for.

I frequent Nail Art Stuio. I love Jen , she is always professional and I always have a great experience.
