The gentlemen in the paint department are fantastic. I am working on a mural and needed a lot of colors and I had a lot of questions. Brandon and another young man (didnt catch his name, he had dark hair) were incredibly helpful and patient. I totally had an annoying order (17 paint samples 30 minutes before close) but these two did not complain. They were making jokes and having a good time. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the paints and explained the process to me. I was honestly really nervous because Ive never done a mural before. Their awesome customer service really helped ease my nerves. Thank you so much!

Came in to Lowe’s this afternoon stood at the paint desk for over 15 minutes and Sales associate Rod did not acknowledge me but soon as an older Caucasian woman walked up he assisted her IMMEDIATELY right before me even though HE SAW me standing at the proper location at the paint station to place an order for over 15 minutes. It wasn’t until I pressed the button for help that a black gentleman by the name of Justin whose tag states he works in electrical and lightening did I receive proper assistance! This is completely unacceptable! As a serial business Please address your associates about customer service

Picked up some mums for fall decorating. There was la large selection and a variety of colors

Great selection, everything in stock. Only slightly irritating thing about my visit is that I bought 35 bags of mulch and 20 bags of river rock for an irrigation project in my back yard and they didnt have the garden center doors unlocked. So I had to go thru the store (as opposed to conveniently entering and exiting from the garden center doors).Typically that would not be an issue AT ALL... But I had roughly 500 lbs of mulch and 300 pounds of rock.. so it was kind of a chore pushing all that through the store when otherwise I wouldnt have to.But anyways, not a big deal... Still give you a 5 star rating.Thank you! You make lawn jobs convenient to do since this location is 5 minutes from my home. 👍🏼

It was good experience, aisle numbering was a bit confusing initially but staff was really helpfull.

Do not use this Lowe’s to arrange home improvement projects from contractors! They do not sell complete installations and expect you (on your own time!) to set up other contracting companies on to finish the job.If I’m going to do all of the legwork and setting up contractors on my own time, why go through Lowe’s? It’s like going to a restaurant and having hot food poured in your lap. “Well, you should have known to tell us to put it on a plate before we dropped it off at your table!”.To top it off the two store associates shifted the blame back to us about them not following up with their contractors!I went to Lowe’s expecting (and paid for!) a complete experience and instead I have a inoperable kitchen now for weeks because Lowe’s didn’t do their due diligence that was listed on the contract.The only positive about this is we only used a small project with Lowe’s to see how it would go. Our future, scheduled projects will soon be refunded and we’ll be spending our project money locally, away for Lowe’s.

Was not pleased with the customer service I received here. I attempted to buy a small bungee cord that was in two box of assortments all individual. An employee had placed them out for purchase this way. Upon checking out at the uscan I wasnt able to scan it so I asked the attendant how to ring it up and he just kept asking me what it was. I explained a bungee cord. But he couldnt comprehend. Which was very confusing. It wasnt because he couldnt speak English. Either way he had another lady help me go back to where I found the item. She told me an employee should not have placed them out like that and she grabbed the ones from my hand and from the shelf and just walked away. Didnt say goodbye. Didnt say can I help you find something else. Just walked away. I dont know the entire situation just rubbed me the wrong way. I am standing here with a baby and just need that bungee cord to put on a gate to keep my baby from climbing the stairs and just the way it all went down just left me defeated and treated in such a poor manner. I suppose I am just done shopping here which I assume is fine with them. Thanks for nothing I guess.

Friendly staff prices have gone up a bit though! We went to home depot yesterday and their boxes are so much cheaper in comparison. Ive purchased many as were in the moving process!

I bought an amazing ladder on the advice of a young store clerk. He pointed me out to a quick special half the price and double the size. Its a 5 way configuration and even splits in two if you want to use it as a scaffold.

Very bad customer service. I waited for almost 35 mins for someone to come and help me with the lawn care section never showed up. They called someone 2 times in the big speakers and still no one shows up to help. I asked an employee for a manager and he says “ the manager is busy now” .

The place was a joke. It was messy and nobody had a clue when it came to answer questions.

I always have a good time when I go here. The employees here are always happy. They are well stocked for every season!

I dont normal do reviews. The store was very clean. NOT Very Customer Friendly.My problem was with the old lady working at the customer service desk area. I was told by the store self cashier to go and check out at the customer desk because I was using my lowes card. So I did, the I was introduced to this old lady telling me to go to the self check out. I told her what the cashier told me; she looked at me rolled her eyes and shook her head and mummed something and walked away. So another lady cashed me out. I mentioned to her about the lady and the cashier didnt even say anything back.Needless to say its pretty bad when you are getting things that I was and what I was paying to.get attitude! Ill go.to a different store!!

Prior to my visit, I called over the phone and spoke with Carol N. I initially called to check inventory and she was more than willing to look up the item for me. After Carol N told me the price, I advised her I was on my way there and she reminded me that I called the Canton location and provided the nearest cross street. Upon arrival I was walking toward the area of the store with the grills. I was approached by an employee who asked if I needed any help. I told her I just called thats when realized her name was Carol. I told her I think she spoke to me on the phone. She then said, did you call about the Blue rhino grill. I had it pulled and placed on a flatbed cart for you. I was completely thrilled! I really feel as if this should be considered as going above and beyond for me making sure my buying experience was as easy as possible.

Customer Service is horrible! They need to fire their Customer Service and start over! Rose in Millwork lies and need to be fired as well! DO NOT believe anything she says. I had an existing order for a custom door with Home Depot, it was delayed for over 2 months. I go to Lowes and listening to Rose, who guaranteed me that my custom door would not be delayed because she selected the best manufacturer, I cancelled my order with Home Depot and placed it with Lowes, as suggested by Rose. Worst decision EVER! Rose has told me 4 different lies and my order continues to be delayed. In November, she stated it would be here on 12/16. When I called to check, she stated the door was ready to ship and would be here on 12/23. When I called to check, she stated the door did not ship because the manufacturer does not ship the week of Christmas so it would be here on 12/30. When I called to check, she stated there was an issue with the hinges so it would not be here until 1/13. When I reminded her that she said the door was finished and waiting to ship, she said I dont see that in my computer. The problem with lying is that you have to remember the lies you tell to your customers. When I called to check, Tom told me the order would be in on 1/18 (which is a Monday, lying Rose told me this manufacturer only delivers on Wednesdays). When I called to check again, no one was available in Millwork so I spoke to a Manager who told me the order has been delayed until 2/17, I placed the order on 11/14! So here I am again, 2 months delayed! Notice that I have had to call and check on the status of my order each time. No one ever called to tell me the order was delayed! At least Home Depot called each time it was delayed and at least Home Depot was honest! I should have stayed with Home Depot instead of trusting lying Rose! I am frustrated, angry and disappointed! If lying Rose represents Lowes, what does this say about Lowes! Never again!

Came in looking for a refrigerator as the one at my home stopped working. I came in looked at the floor models and Cory approached me asking if I needed help. He checked to see if the one I wanted was in stock and it was. He checked me out helped me get it delivered in 2 days and I was very happy! Very nice and helpful guy. He wasn’t pushy by any means which means a lot! Thanks so much Cory!

Great deal on washer and dryer ordered today

Corporate says they pricematch Amazon, store manager says they don’t (even with the Lowes policy shown to her). Who to believe? I was gonna help local business out, but looks like I’ll have to go with the cheaper route, 2-day Prime delivery to my door too.

Terrible customer service. Try to blame me for their wrong placement/pricing of items. The lady there even had the nerve to suggest that it was my responsibility to match the serial numbers from the items to the tags on the shelves. Absolutely ridiculous. Have gotten good help here from gentleman towards back of store here and thats why this isnt a 1 star rating, but people up front have been nothing but difficult, unknowledgeable and misleading.

Bad services I order blinders from there the sizes must be the right sizes , I never had the right sizes I kept calling them to do the right things , they always saying will be there they never showed up go back to the store tried many times to solve this issue they said they going to take care of it they never done anything called them back again tried to replace the blinders they said OK but they won’t do anything at all their services not good They want me to re-order a new blinders they want me to pay them again and the previous blinders they never had the right sizes and their mistake they don’t have the right sizes They said we don’t really care .This is how their services

Horrible! You guys Really need to get your act together. Second time and second Lowes store I tried to buy multiples of an item. Before ordering, I asked the cashier to check on how many of item# 10335 were in stock. She said we have 331. So I asked for 75 of them. Paid for those and was told to pull my truck to a back door and they would load them with the HiLo. Kevin the Floor Supervisor is an Terrific guy. He had to come tell me he only had about 12 in stock. I had to get a refund. Where in lies your problem with inventory?

Very little help available. I understand the current economic situation but they were employees just wondering around that are not able to help me locate an item. 🙄🙄

Its amazing to see that Lowes is so supportive of the disabled community. Apparently everyone that works in the garden section is deaf because they cant hear the phone ring whenever I call. Ive shopped at this Lowes many times over the past 10 years. The store is always kept clean and Ive never had any complaints. But I never felt compelled to leave a review.During my last visit, Kevin in the lumber department was very helpful. He walked down the aisle I was searching and asked me if he could help me locate anything. I was looking for some bottle jacks that were on the complete other side of the store. He took the time to walk me all the way over there to make sure that I got them. He was extremely personable, expressed interest in my project and wished me luck on the way out.During a time when the home improvement stores have been absolutely packed it is extremely rare to find this quality of customer service. Thanks Kevin!

Clean, organized and had what I went for.

They charge more for the same exact grill cover at Home Depot. They also damaged a “returned” washer we bought denting and scratching it putting into our vehicle. We realized the extent of the damage once we got home and were able to return it but the scummy part is they sold it AGAIN to someone for the same exact price we originally bought it for. They offered us $50 off but with the damage it was not worth it and I did not want to risk the integrity of the washer after having been transported now so many times. Sorry to whoever bought our three times re-homed damaged washer for no deal at all. You will get ripped off here just go to Home Depot.

They were great from the point purchase all the way to the point of delivery and install. I think they are priced just right. They also did a great job on the install on my uncles dishwasher. Great installers nothing but great things to say about them.

Worst possible customer service. Trying to buy a dishwasher for over an hour and no one seem to know what is available or hiw to get hold one. Given 3 different stories, and non were on the same page. No one had idea of what have. Tried to buy an upgrade and given same story. Attempted to purchase 3 different dishwasher but either couldnt find it stock. MOD as no help whatso ever. Dont want to hear what you cant do, instead try to make it yes can do attitude.Horrible service all round. MODs get trained on customer service put aside your ego.

Closes the contractor entrance at 6pm.So if you have to purchase lumber, drywall, or sheet goods you have to use the other door and walk through the hilly parking lot. Easy online purchase process. Store pickup process, however, took very long time. No one in curbside pickup would answer the call. After telling customer service though a very nice woman pulled my order and brought it outside in about 30 seconds.

Bought a washer and dryer. Price was great, install by Sunday. Could not have been a better experience!!

We ordered a swing for curb side pickup. Service was terrible! When we arrived we parked in the designated area and called the phone number on the sign. It took four tries before somebody picked up. Problem was they didn’t talk to us just picked up the phone to stop the phone from ringing. We could hear people talking but nobody responded to us. We finally gave up and went inside. Lady who helped me was not wearing her mask which was around her neck. I mentioned that she wasn’t wearing her mask and she responded by telling me “ you try wearing one for 8 hours”. I told her it was the store policy but she ignored my comments. I’ll go somewhere else next time!

The lady at the customer service desk was not friendly what so ever pretty sure her name was angela she was not helpful and was quite rude. Thankfully we were able to get help from noah in the tool department, he was a very nice young man who deserves a raise.

I have been going to Lowes instead of Home Depot lately. I went to Home Depot for years and the quality of service has perpetually gone down hill. Can never find help when needed and the tools are mostly low grad pieces of junk. I was surprised by the Excellent service and quality of tools like craftsman and Hitachi roofing Nailers! I definitely recommend and prefer it to the competition.

Doesnt enforce state laws regarding masks. Does not support their employees in protecting them from customers. In the time it took me to walk to kitchen faucets, I crossed paths with 6 customers not wearing masks against state order. I left and I will now take my business to a store who protects its employees and customers from people who break.the ordinances.
