I would highly recommend this company for both sales and service. I Have bought several pieces of equipment from them That I have also had serviced over the past several years. Excellent service, they went above and beyond. I was able to get my tractor picked up, serviced and returned within the week. I had a follow up concern that the team resolved on site. Landscaping: I do all my own landscaping and at times need equipment and repair to my tools/machines. This year I rented an aerator from F&F Power. They have a new aerator that worked beautifly. Also, I needed to have my riding mower serviced and again I relied on F&F. They did a complete and thorough tune-up of my mower and it works like new. I want to thank Colleen for setting the timeline of maintenance and delivery. I also want to say that F&F went above and beyond when I needed my blade changed again as I ran over a large rock. I could not remove the blade and Rich B came over and removed my blade and installed a new one immediately. Thankfully, as the lawn needed mowing and I had family coming over for barbecue. I had a great experience with F&F Power Equipment. I called them and asked if they could fix my riding mower that wouldn’t start from sitting all winter. Colleen scheduled to have my machine picked up the same day and returned it within a week. It is running like brand new. I will definitely be using them again in the winter for my snowblower.

Very impressed with the customer service. I recently purchase two gravely HD 52” zero turn mowers. Colleen was amazing and answered all of our questions. My brother and I were able to purchase these machines for less than the competitors pricing while able to obtain the new Kawasaki engine.They let us borrow their trailer so we were able to transport the machines back to Medfield and Westwood.I would highly recommend F&F.

Like the local pizza joint the same goes for your small engine repair shop. Youre very lucky to have Jeff in town and you should cultivate your relationship with him. Think about winter and a snow storm with a broken snow blower. How about summer and the fourth of July barbecue and your lawn mower breaks on the third. Good guy to know.

Great service and prices

After doing some last-minute research for a local, small engine maintenance company, F&F came up multiple times as the place to go. I now completely understand why. They were absolutely fantastic in getting my Ariens snowblower serviced. They took apart and cleaned the carburetor and also flushed the fuel tank so I could now use Ethanol-free gas to try to minimize the impact of having the machine sit around un-used for months at a time. Communication was a breeze and the pick-up and drop off couldnt have been easier. Pricing was terrible. Couldnt have asked for better service and will only be going there moving forward for anything relating to my snowblower.

Let me share a story of how this company saved me from a summer of embarassment. Not being a smart man in general, I decided to drive my tractor out to the yard in spring to destroy the skunk cabbage which was growing there (I hate skunk cabbage). Its been a wet season so naturally I immediately got stuck and fast forward an hour later the tractor was buried in about 7 inches of sludge and I was near death from exhaustion. Once my wife stopped laughing at me, I told her Id try again the next day. Fast forward 4 days when I attempt to go face the shame again, and now I see I left the key turned and now the battery is dead.I called F & F Power to ask them to save me from myself.They drove down, walked back and helped me push the tractor about 4 feet to dry land. They attached a battery and jumped it, started right up. Left with a smile and didnt charge me.This is what small community business is all about, great people that care about the community and helping folks out.They have my lifelong recommendation and you should go there for your power equipment needs as well.

I needed my lawn mower picked up and fixed. They picked up, made the repairs and returned it promptly. It works great. Excellent service. Very pleasant staff.

Update 11/13/20:My husband went to pick up the mower. He was refused payment by credit card. He was told that that they were going to help, but after this bad review they will not and he has to go get cash now. They refused to believe that this review is written by a real person, not my husband, and said that they will not allow him to pay via credit card until this review is removed.Thank you, once again, for showing just how great your business is.We have purchased a Toro lawnmower. It broke within the warranty timeframe. Toro advised that we should go to FF Power Equipment, as their authorized repair facility. Here is where the subpar customer experience starts. FF Power Equipment firstly stated that the lawnmower is not covered under warranty. Before they gave us a chance to speak to Toro or obtained our permission to fix it - FF Power Equipment went again and fixed the lawnmower. Now they want to charge us for fixing it and will not provide assistance in communication with Toro. In fact, they blatantly lied that they have reached out to Toro because the information that I was given by a Toro representative multiple times does not match the information allegedly provided to FF Power Equipment, leading me to believe that no effort in actually contacting Toro was made. So in conclusion, I would highly advise against dealing with FF Power Equipment or purchasing Toro products. Better Business Bureau will be contacted to report both organizations.PS. This is not a fake account. Validity of my account is not determined by my presence in your system. Igor is my husband and I observed his interaction with you and your small business more than on one occasion. We, as a family, support small businesses in our area, hence we ended up in your shop multiple times. Unfortunately, our experience was simply atrocious this time. Igor did not do what your mechanic is claiming he did and you went ahead and fixed our mower without our consent, if you knew that it wasn’t go be covered. Based on a number of reviews here around your repair service and resulting customer communication - we are not the only ones having this type of experience. Typically when there’s smoke - there’s fire. Thank you for “going all out” but the result of your “customer service” are yet to be seen. I called to have my John Deere riding mower repaired. They came out and picked it up quickly. I told them there was no rush, but they gave me a price within a couple of days. There were a lot of problems with the mower because it had been sitting for 2 years. It was an expensive job, and I was a little nervous about trusting them to do it because I had never done business with them before. I decided to go for it, and Im so glad I did! The work was done quickly, and they delivered my mower back to the house. I have already used it multiple times and it is running great! The owner was very professional and efficient, and they clearly did a great job with the repair. I will not hesitate to use them again!

F and F tends to be over priced (this seems to be a common complaint with most of these repair shops) however you can work with Jeff - if you feel hes been unreasonable. He does stand behind his work. Occasionally after a repair the unit will come back with new problems. But he will follow-up to make it right. After the last expedience when he was called back after an expensive repair done last Fall. He had the unit for over a month due to Snowblower repairs. When I took it out of the shed this Spring it wouldnt go into 1st gear. Nothing was wrong with 1st gear when he did the major service last Fall and it didnt fail sitting in the shed all winter long. So he comes back after several calls and looks at the problem. Tells me its a quick fix. The belt was loose. He takes the unit in his trailer to the shop. They call me a week later on a Saturday morning stating the unit was fixed and how would I like to pay for it? I said pay for what? This was a follow-up on repairs made last Fall. So he runs up a bill for $161.49 and the woman said JEFF would drop the unit off at 2:00 PM the same day - they close early on Saturdays she said. He never showed up. I went to the shop on Monday and JEFF tells me he wasnt in the shop on Saturday! Since the cost of the minor tweak was paid for on my VISA he said he would drop it off Tuesday at 10:30 AM. He delivered the unit and 1st gear works but lunges forward radically + the lock brake was over-tightened so its very difficult to clip it in the notch to secure it. When I called him he agreed to a refund of $65 reversing the pick-up/return cost. Ive given Jeff a lot of business over the years and respected him for working with me. He needs to hire an apprentice and help to keep up with the work load. Hes often under a lot of pressure to keep up with repairs.

The guys who work for this company will bend over backwards to help there customers out. I would highly recommend these guys and also suggest keeping the local family run businesses going! I have been dealing with Jake and Jeff for years and they Are beyound knowledgeable. 👍👍👍👍👍

Going into this place as a female trying to buy my husband a Fathers Day gift not knowing what to expect. Jake was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me all of the different tractors he recommended and assured me they could deliver it in time to surprise my husband on very short notice. We are new to the neighborhood and have a very large parcel of grass to cut that desperately needs cutting. I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and customer service of this place. If all goes well I will be back for a trimmer.

Great service and turnaround time at a reasonable price. They are able to get hard to find, outdated parts very easy. Jeff has been fixing my kubota diesel tractor for years. He is beyond knowledgeable and can fix anything you give him. I trust these guys with all of my power equipment needs.

Save your money by not going there. They are extremely nice when you drop the equipment, but opposite when give you a bill - they told me that the total will be $150 and bill was for $220, which is about a price of new lawn mower. Of course they denied that they said so so I left my repaired mower with them. Nice rip-off business. I am sure that was not a first time incident there - thats a part of their business.

I asked him why he would treat a customer like that. He said because he is a multi millionaire and I am a junk box. And that if I came into his store I better wear a bullet proof vest. Police have been notified.

I had been in the market for a zero turn mower and this business came highly recommended. I had however been a few other places in my search. I did my homework as far as models and prices. This was my last stop and I am glad I did. I purchased a Graverly ZT XD 48” zero turn mower for far less than the competitors prices. I was lucky enough to meet Jeff who was able to show me the features of this model and I was unaware of that none of the other sales representative showed me. I was blown away at the amount of knowledge this guy has and I was unaware that he was actually the owner. I found this company very easy to work with. I had my Husqvarna tractor serviced with one phone call. This company picked it up the same day, serviced it and delivered it back within five days.

We had lost power in the past series of storms that we had and I could not get my generator started. I called F&F power on a Saturday night and Jeff showed up at my house Sunday morning to repair my generator. He found that the fuel shut off was in the off position and he was able to get it started in a matter of minutes. He saved a tremendous amount of trouble as for the power was out for days. I had found this company the hard way after multiple dealings and disappointments with the local service shop in town that is just ripping people off. They were able to get my husqvarna rototiller repaired on the first try. They will getting my snowblower next. My family had an awful experience with F&F. I will never go back.What happened is we dropped off our snowblower. They said they didnt have time to look at it then so we left it and asked them to call us back with a quote when they had time. We called back in a week and they said they still didnt have time to look at it. Then we call back a few days later and they say they fixed it. Without every giving us the quote.The price ends up being extremely high. So I got a list of what they did and called a few other places. They over charged us at least double!!! So I stopped by F&F to reason with Jeff (the owner). He wasnt there and the guy at the shop said its up to Jeff. So I left my number and a message. I also called three more times. Left messages with staff and on voicemail. And I sent three emails. The owner never called me back or replied. They can charge me double the price of what other people quote but cant event get on the phone to tell me why?I recommend avoiding this place because if you have issues with your order, youll never get an answer. A place that I called that gave me a quote that was more than half of what F&F charged me was B&G Power Equipment in Walpole.

F&F was hired to fix my lawn mower that would not start. They said they needed to rebuild the carburetor. The lawn mower worked exactly once after the repair was done. When I tried to use the second time after the repair - the mower would not start with the same exact symptoms as they were before the repair.I tried to contact the company multiple times but there were no feedback or desire to resolve the problem.I am left out of $200+ for the repair that didnt fix anything and the lawn mower that is still broken.There are plenty of power equipment repair companies in the area. F&F is not the one that will ever get my business again.

I discovered this company after failed attempts to deal with my local repair shop. I had hit a stump with my riding mower and it stopped in its tracks. My grass was extremely high after all the rainstorms and I was in dyer need to get it cut. I called F&F power equipment on Monday morning, spoke to Jake and they were able to pick it up for me within one hour of the call. It turns out it was just a pair of bent blades and minor straightening of the leading edge on the deck. This company was able to get my mower picked-up, repaired and delivered back all in one day. John the driver was very personable and seemed to know a lot about these riding mowers. I will never use anybody but F&F.. GREAT JOB GUYS... If you live in the Stoughton/Easton area I would seriously consider these guys unless you want to be let down by the local repair guy who works one day a week!

This company came to pick up my snowblower for service and the belts slipping. They were able to repair it for a very resonable price and get it delivered back with the ease of paying over the phone with my credit card. I got to speak to the owner (Jeff) directly to negotiate the purchase of a secondary snowblower in which he was able to beat the locals pricing including the box stores. Bought an Ariens 28 deluxe sho snowblower last week. It was delivered yesterday prior to 9am, earlier than they stated, which was great. It fired up on the first pull with no issues. Today it ran like a beast and devoured all the snow I threw at it from this blizzard. Best purchase I have made recently. Would definitely do business again with Jeff and his crew.

This company saved me...... I had my tractor at a repair shop in stoughton and the mechanic said the engine was blown after it sat outside oft his shop for over 3 weeks. everyone had told me to go to F&F but this shop was closer to my home. I called F&F power equipmenrt and they came out the same day to pick it up. The driver knew what the problem was and advised me that the head gasket was probably blown and that they replace them all the time. within two hours jeff gives me a call with an estimate and the reassurance that the engine is fine and juste needs a simple head gasket. they repaired it the same day. Uncommonly Honest. I went to F&F power Equipment to buy an ariens brand snowblower and I was greeted by Jeff. He educated me on the ariens snowblower lineup and recommended a 30 platinum SHO snowblower for the size driveway that I have. He had also offered a free set-up and delivery of any new purchase. He told me to hold off buying it today and wait for the tax free holiday in august to save some money. I was all ready to buy this machine from him to get a jump on winter and was in shock that he was looking out for my best interest... I will be back on tax free weekend and will highly recommend this family run business to all of my friends.
