These guys were great. Have had several small jobs done(break pads, oil changes, etc.) And always pleasant and reasonably priced. Had a thermostat go out(ended up being something else) and was a little nervous because all shops do the small things good, but the big repairs are where they get you. Not these guys. They were honest about everything and the hourly rate and amount of hours they charged me were less than my research(is google really research) led me to expect. The gentleman who did the work explained in detail what was done and why. The woman who runs the counter was so patient and understanding. Its been a week or so now and the cars running perfectly. Cant recommend them enough.

Honestly not happy with this place AT ALL! I will never go here for anything again. I was going to buy a car from them but I one, had to wait almost over a month to try and have them fix the issues it did have for me to be able to pay for it and two, they never called me or my mom or anyone that we kept leaving the name and number for to let us know that these issues were fixed and all that, I had to keep stopping in and asking about said car, I absolutely do not recommend this place whatsoever!

Its not an easy task these finding quality certified mechanics, at a reasonable rate however you will not only find that you will also find the business itself easily for its convenient location. Since Tony, his wife Sheena took the business over, they commited themselves to making a friendly family operation where their customers are made to feel like family as well. Give them a try for your next automotive needs & see for yourself.

My son took our 2011 Volkswagen Jetta to this shop to hook up an amplifier, capacitor and speakers that he had in his last car. The installer cracked the plastic trim along the base of the driver side door while running power to the amplifier. He failed to hook up the capacitor and two days later the receiver in the car was burned out. (My guess is because of power fluctuations caused by lack of a capacitor in the system). To add insult to injury, he charged my son over $300 dollars for the install and claimed that the receiver died because it was common in Jettas. I’m fairly upset about this, and I wouldn’t recommend them to do anything to a vehicle, if the way they treated my son is any indication of how they stand by their work.

They fixed my brakes about a year ago, but ... they really didnt. A year later I am paying 1,500 dollars to fix their F Up. Pathetic work.

They have excellent prices and get things done quickly. I forgot to mention why I dropped my car off until I called to check the status. They took care of it right away. 10/10 would drop off my car without saying why again

I have been going here for the past year to have my routine oil changes done, and up until the last few months have been very happy with the service. I would always be greeted within a few minutes, and my car would be done in about 20mins. However, the last two times I have gone in, I have been at the front desk waiting and have been clearly seen by two or more guys in the back, even when they werent working on a vehicle, and have been ignored. Both times I waited over 20 mins for someone to come out and help me, but ended up leaving with no service. These two times I have not noticed the regular employees working, so not sure if it has anything to do with that. Overall, I am very disappointed that I have to go somewhere else to get my service.

I was sent here from mavis because they couldnt do the work I was originally quoted almost $1000 dollars by the time the work was done they told me it would be almost half the original quote never had a shop save me money they will be doing my repairs from now on its hard to find an honest shop thanks tony

Nice people and they do good work, but the wait times for someone to come to the front desk is rediculous. Usually somewhere between 10 and 20 minutes for someone to notice you walked in.
