I picked up a screw in one of my tires. The 2-man crew get me in VERY quickly. My car was available to me in less than 10 minutes. I brought a book to read to pass the time and I didnt have time to read it. Good deal. The 2 guys were really efficient. Thanks to Both!

Rich and Ben were very friendly, professional, and made sure to thoroughly explain the work my Jeep needed to be safe (on an unexpected 12 hour drive) and what could wait until I returned home. They showed me the physical wear and parts on the vehicle instead of just explaining. They also squeezed me, understanding I was in a rough spot. I am impressed by their service and will return.

I went to get my brakes fixed. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. The owner schooled me on how brakes works and how they should be properly clean and replaced. Price was reasonable too.

I was able to get an appointment right away and after work which was convenient. Very professional staff, he explained everything being done to the car. I was only charged for what we had discussed and I could see the car the entire time. The oil change was very fast, about 20 minutes. Ill definitely go back.

Called today to get my Ford Edge in for an oil change and I wasn’t expecting to get tight in but they told me to bring it in. I’ve been going there for a while now but I’d like to add that my visit today was the BEST experience I’ve ever had there! Customer service was AWESOME and they got me right in and out. I will definitely be going back there!

Due to an error at another instant oil shop, my tire Valve was broken so I had to get somewhere quickly to have it fixed. The guys here took me n immediately and helped me out and were very helpful! I will definitely be going there now for all my service needs!

Came in today for an oil change and a brake fluid flush. I got a call later that day from Rich (store manager) and he told me my fluid was clear and didn’t need to be replaced. I really appreciated the honesty because they easily could have changed the fluid and charged me. Highly recommended!

Mark (Canandaigua Monro Auto Service Center) was fantastic. He worked both my vehicles into the schedule. He found a couple items needing replacement to ensure my safety. Brad (in the shop) installed the tires and replacement parts efficiently. He even cleaned out the garbage from the from seat. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER. I will definitely take my vehicles to this center for all my automotive service.

This place is the greatest! Matt and Mark are my guys when it comes to keeping my beloved 2002 Volkswagen Beetle running and maintained. I honestly never go anywhere else for service. There is no need to. My little Beetle has been something of a restoration project and there hasnt been a single thing that Ive brought to them that Matt and Mark couldnt handle. Last week I had extensive brake work done. The manager was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. My mechanic, the assistant manager, was great too. She did a great job on my car. It rides like new again. I was glad to see the customer area remodeled. It was long overdue. Much brighter & more comfortable. Having car repairs done is never fun, but I felt like I was treated with respect & my business seemed appreciated. Two customer service qualities that many businesses lack these days. I will go back again.

Excellent service. I had broken down and Monro saw me as soon as I had my car towed to them. They ordered the water pump, which had seized and broken my serpentine belt, and had me on the road within a few hours on a Sunday when no other shops were open. Understanding I was 300 miles from home, they did a thorough testing to ensure I wouldn’t be stranded. Great people.

Im never going anywhere else! Had an emergency. They took my car in last minute and it was ready in 24 hrs. They took amazing care of my car. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but the price was just as amazing as Mark and his guys! I wish I could give 1000 stars! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

This place is my personal favorite mechanic in the area. Their service is always fast and convenient. I have dropped in many times unannounced to find my job is done by the end of the day. The staff is all very amicable and welcoming. I have never been cheated. while using their services.

Stood there in an empty store front with 0 vehicles in the bay for 20 minutes while the 3 employees sat out front on a bunch of tires chatting with some girl comparing tattoos... so I called the phone and that just continuously rang with no answer. I left without speaking to anyone, second time I’ve had a horrible experience this location! I will not even bother trying to go back and I suggest you avoid this place as well Unless you like wasting your time.

After getting stranded in Canadaigua last Friday, we called around and the folks at Monro were the only ones willing to take a look at our car that day. Tim diagnosed the problem and he made it so we could make it back home. Mark explained everything to us and was extremely courteous. I would definitely recommend the team at the Canadaigua Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers.

I picked up half a nail and needed a repair a couple hours before these guys closed, so I worked with Mark and he got me right in.Monro was actually the second place I called but the the first to respond in something resembling a friendly manner, so I gave them a shot.I dropped off the car and they were able to get me patched up and on my way before closing time. It’s hard to ask for more under the circumstances. I would highly recommend them and would definitely utilize them again!

The google review defaulted to the Monro store across the street for some reason.UPDATE: Kevin the GM did his best to remedy the situation and was reasonable in getting this addressed. Once we were able to communicate, he took ownership of the situation and spoke to the employees to ensure the job was complete to our satisfaction. thank you.I went in for brake service because of loud and persistent pulsating of the brakes...dropped car off Thursday at 9AM and headed out of town. Was told I’d receive a phone call with options on how to handle the job by Friday EOB.That never happened and I had to follow up Monday and ask what the story was. Was given a poor excuse. I asked for a quote of what needed to be done, and I reviewed and approved based on the advice I asked for and was given. I picked up the car and drove for the next few days hearing almost the EXACT same noise and pulsating brake behavior. I was told to drive it for a few days to see if the sound goes away or perhaps I would have to get the rotors done too.When an uneducated consumer asks for professional advice on brakes from what is supposed to be a reputable shop and the same symptoms reappear after services are rendered and paid for, it seems I didn’t get very good advice or a fair deal.I expect that Monro will make this right when I call to share this feedback, but buyer beware of poor communication , poor advice, and poor execution.If a member of management reads this and would like to respond verbally, I welcome a phone call. If not, I will share this directly.

Never have a bad experience with Monroe... Got my car heat fixed at another location last October and it stopped working a week ago due to the defect of the part. Took it in this location and they fixed it at no charge. Fast and awesome service. Definitely my number one choice for all kinds of car sercser.

Ive had some strange things wring with my car, for example- I bought tire valve caps online and they became permanently stuck on the valve stem. Mark carefully cut them off for me, avoiding having to buy all new tires. I am so grateful to have such a great place to go where I know I will be taken care of and not taken advantage of! We took our car there for an inspection yesterday. Car was totally fine except for the sway bar links. The price for the repair was great, and they fixed it immediately. No complaints on that front. My main complaint, is that the car is now making a very loud rotational noise when driving between 20 to 40 miles per hour. We are going to have to take it somewhere else to get looked at. Which is a shame, because the guy who helped us was so nice.

My family is extremely grateful for the amazing service we received at Monro. We arrived at Monro at 2:30 pm yesterday, a Sunday afternoon. We were on our way back to Canada from a trip to Boston, and our car was showing serious signs of trouble. Ted looked at our car, clearly told us what was wrong with it (broken caliper on drivers side front brakes), and explained he would try to get it fixed as soon as possible. We didnt think there was any chance that we would be back on the road that day--again, it was a Sunday afternoon, and we needed a part replaced. Amazingly the car was fixed by 5pm! Ted had his co-worker drive out to pick up a replacement caliper, they fixed the car, and then he clearly explained what they had done. We could not be happier with the fast and caring service we received.

Manager Ted was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely visit again!

I made an appt for an oil change a week in advance. I waited over an hour for an oil change, that is absolutely insane. Especially considering i watched my car sit unattended for well over a half an hour. Once again, great service! My wifes Honda Odyssey with 98000 miles needed an oil change and had a TPMS light on. Both issues were rectified quickly. A tire rotation and brake inspection was included with the oil change. With the high mileage it was also recommend to have power stearing flush.The head lights were also cloudy, at my request they proformed a lens restore , which has made the head lights look brand new. I have had my my vehicles serviced at this location for several years and trust there recommendations.
