The people at this dealership are awesome. I didnt care about sitting in the waiting room because it was a beautiful day. Amy told me there was a bench outside so I went for that.The bench was damp on the back so I sat towards the front edge. An employee there, didnt catch his name but I saw him sweeping the floor came out to me with a garbage bag to place on the back part of the bench so I could sit back. Then Amy brought me coffee. Sweet!

Had to replace a slave cylinder in the clutch, $3,00 dollar repair!! They failed to purge air from the hydraulic lines and I found myself again stranded on the side of the road unable to operate the clutch or get the car in gear. Towed back in and system properly purged of air. Car was still very hard to shift (dealership indicated they test driven the car??) but the condition improved over about a week. On a positive note the dealership did find me a ride home after the car was towed in.

Prices not on any vehicles, saleswoman asked budget, I told her we were flexible and she asked a monthly payment preference....flexible plus idk any of your prices so Ill go elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience at Vision Nissan who helped me find a perfect lease option for college after my old car broke and I thought I would have to be without a car for the semester. They had expert knowledge and were friendly and personable. I worked with Jeremy and I highly recommend him if youre looking at leasing or buying a car. I went in to get an oil change and tires rotated which was supposed to take an hour but took an hour and a half but that’s not a big deal. Nick took care of me and was very kind and made sure to keep me updated which I appreciated.

Went in telling them what I wanted ,gas mileage, price and winter handling and lights and John came through for me on every item. Very happy

On July 2nd I talked with Tad(salesman) and Rich(sales manager) and asked to put price together for me with what I was looking for and said I needed hitch either transferred or whatever. Both said yeah no worries. Then also talked about 0% interest. The week of buying car I was called said there was an issue with the hitch. They couldn’t do it. After some time and complaining they decided to cut me a check to pay for putting a hitch on. On Friday July 9th day of pick of car while signing paperwork the 0%interest was not there. Was told that deal ran out on the 4th and they couldn’t do anything about it. I talked with Rich and he said yeah that deal ran out. I asked why I was never told it would run out or that it did. He said he didn’t know, Tad should have told me and there was nothing he could do. When I said something to Tad he didn’t even know it ran.

I was in for a oil change, tire rotation & An inspection! They are so professional & they got me in fast! I love how they tell you what’s going on every step of the way! They answer all your questions & are always so informative! They treat you like a family member & a friend not just a customer! I love there & I Trust them completely!!

My only complaint was that I was told I needed new wiper blades that they were all old and ripped. I said no as I had checked them and they were fine I was told the rear blade was torn. I told the service Mgr that no one checked my rear blade because if they had they would have seen that the wiper blade was fine and that the control mechanism was in fact broken. He apologized I rechecked my blades prior to leaving and all of my blades were in perfect working shape they were old but not torn or ripped.

The purchase of my new vehicle was very pleasant and went along very smooth. Richie and Jeremy were awesome. The whole experience was awesome.

After going to a local competitor i was willing to drive the 60 miles to see what i was looking for they didnt have the color but were willing and able to get me exactly what i wanted for the price that i needed to be at no matter what with NO run around straight to the point billy smith was a great help locating and making the deal happen as painless as possible, he along with his boss were verry accommodating for all i needed. I bought 4 new tires (not cheap) and they were installed without alignment - that was to be an extra $100. If you are installing new car parts, you should quote the complete cost. I doubt I will bother to seek service from you again.

I changed my review because I had some issues with their work later. I have been to the same problem multiple times and paid a lot of money to solve it but it is not solved. They work in a trial error manner (not scientific at all). I am going to another place. Also, they are very pricy!

I am always happy with the mechanics and service at this location, but one of the dealers was walking around inside the building with no mask on and was sitting at his desk, in an open area, actively using a vape. Given the fact that we are in a pandemic I’m disgusted and felt unsafe being in the building, so I will not be returning and definitely do not want to do any further business at this location if this is how careless the dealers are.

My experience has always been a great experience with Vision Nissan in Canandaigua. Starting with my Sales Representative (Richie Shields) to the Service Department Representative (Gary). I am always treated respectfully. I feel comfortable because I dont pressured when I am purchasing my vehicle or when I need to repair something on my vehicle.I have been doing business with them for over 5 years now. I dont see me going anywhere else in the future.

I was scheduled for my state inspection today and was devastated to find out I would fail my inspection if I did not replace my loose tire rod ends ($250) and front bulbs ($45). I drive a 2013 Nissan Rogue with about 54,000 miles. This car has been taken care of so well and has never given me any issues so I was so confused when I heard this statement. I decided to get a second opinion at Mavis Discount Tire a few miles down and I passed my inspection with flying colors after changing out the front bulbs which cost $12. The mechanic stated that the car was in tip top shape and did not have any loose tire rod ends. I am very angried, but mainly disappointed at Nissan Vision in Canandaigua.

Horrible!!!!.. Absolutely unorganized!! We purchased a vehicle on August 25th and they couldnt find the 2nd key fob we were told they would send us a new one in a few days... we have called multiple times looking for the key fob and no one gets back to us.. we called yesterday and was told the key was in finally, and to come up on Wednesday, so we drove up there today from Seneca Falls arriving at 5pm, to be told they guy that does the keys is only there from 11am to noon... we will NEVER do business with them again and I highly recommend no one else does either, corporate isnt much help either I have now called them 3 times with no call backs as well..

Billy, our salesman, made this whole deal possible. From the moment we walked into the dealership he made our experience so comfortable. Being a first time car buyer, I was extremely apprehensive and nervous about the process. Billy went above and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable for me.

I worked with Richie Sheils and Billy Smith to purchase my car. They were both helpful in educating me on all of my options and very transparent during the purchase process. They were extremely patient while I decided which car to buy, which took about a month. After my decision they made sure I was comfortable with the financing process.

I went in for an oil change and asked them to fix the trim around window on driver side back. trim has been loose since I bought car. I was told it was reinstalled. 3 days after supposedly fixed, it is loose again ready to fall off. very disappointed this was not taken care of properly the first time and I feel like I was deceived.

They were very efficient & friendly. Did a great job servicing my car. Couldn’t be happier. The service manager, Adam Jean, is the best. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Awful service times, dont communicate anything. Left with issue unresolved because I could not wait any longer. Yes, I did schedule an appointment in advance. One good thing is the coffee system was amazing so I will go back I think just for a cup of that deliciousness.Also I saw that they had the help of community kids cleaning cars in the showroom , that was nice as well. Im torn on how many stats to give because that service was so bad.

We recently purchased a used car from David J and Vision. A week in, we had some issues that we assumed we would need to pay/fight to have repaired. There was never a question from Vision, everything was taken care of at ZERO expense to us. The friendliest car salesmen weve ever met! Even though its 100 miles from home, well definitely give them the first look the next time we think about buying another car.

These guys are great. John and Adam are great. They get my car in at whatever time that works best for me and the work is always done well and fast. Will definitely continue to go here if I have issues.

Unfortunately I cant leave zero stars with a description I would if I could I had originally loved this dealership and the people have been loyal to Nissan shopped and serviced here brought in for an annual inspection and the techs failed it due to a headlight the headlight has a perfect ground and has no functionality issues it is not aesthetically pleasing but it functions. And Adam in the service dept is extemporaneously rude and arrogant I am very disappointed to be moving on from nissan.

He found coupons for oil changes, set them up late in the day at the last minute and guided me as to when I should replace the tires.When my lease is up, there is no other dealership that I want to work with to get a new car!

Five stars for a great experience. We were able to sit down on a Thursday night, see a few vehicles, get a financing scheme planned and then walk in Saturday morning to drive the vehicle off the lot. No unexpected surprises financially or with the vehicle condition. Got us a good rate for a 6 year loan on a new car that had about 20 miles on it (literally 20). We felt the trade in amount was generous given the very rough condition of the old vehicle, and a substantial sum of dealer cash was also applied. Monthly payment was kept well under our limit. What we ended up financing total was very pleasing for a new 2017 Nissan Rogue.This was my Fiances 8th vehicle purchase, first one a brand new vehicle and first one that was a pleasant experience all around. We did our research on what vehicles we were interested in, knew what we were looking for. Tad didnt try to sell us something we didnt want, or add features we didnt care for. He listened, offered a vehicle that fit our needs, and we were pleased enough to not even need to visit another dealership. There were no hassles, no rush to sign documents, and when we requested to return in two days to test drive in the daytime, no pressure was placed to do things immediately. We had adequate time to consider our purchase and the circumstance, and never felt rushed or forced into anything.Tad and Antonio did well to break the stereotype of the typical car salesman.
