They were able to do oil change on our car last minute. Friendly staff! Jesse and Jacob were awesome at the auto care center.

Had to do half the work myself, manager was rude beyond belief, and on top of all that the weights to balance the tires fell off within a couple blocks. Saved your money, theres cheaper places to go that do better work. Will never be going back for automotive work again!

Waited 2 hours for my tire value to be fixed. Had to leave without work being done becuase they kept doing oil changes of people that came in way after me. His reply was yeah we try and get through oil changes first. And my cold food got hot whole waiting so long. I will never go back to this walmart for tire stuff

Over an hour and a half to change and balance two tires....then once finished we noticed they didn’t even check the tire pressure. I wouldn’t recommend this auto care center to anyone

I can’t say enough about Joe the Manager and Kayden (I think this was his name). I got a hole in my tire and come over from Sheridan, MT because all of our tire shops are closed on Saturday. I wanted to replace two rear tires but since my vehicle is AWD I needed to replace all 4. I didn’t want to spend it on all tires so asked Joe to plug the one tire since we purchased the tires at this Walmart. While I was waiting, Joe came and asked how much time I had. I asked why. He said we are going to give you all four for free. Come to find out, they had put on a mismatched tire of a different size than the other three over a year ago. He said, “we feel bad and I’d rather be safe than sorry.” So, to the crew at the Tire Center in Butte, Thank you so much! God is so good!

Jamie and david are amazing! Im not going to go into detail just incase they get into trouble lol but they went above and beyond for me! totally made my day. I highly recommend they get raises!!!!

3 and a half hours of waiting... Didnt balance my tires went down the road to another tire shop to get them balanced

Came in to get a piece of extra plastic/protection off my little bug expecting to wait and pay, but was helped immediately and with no cost! 🙏🏻☺️ Totally saved me on my trip to Glacier. Forever thankful.

I dont learn my lesson. Ive dropped vehicles of here to get serviced with the idea of getting shopping done then picking up the vehicle. The vehicle is NEVER done. Last 4 times: 1. new tires+oil change: 6 hours!, 2. oil change: 3 hours, 3. oil change+tire rotation: 3 hours and couldnt do tire rotation, 4. oil change + tire rotation: 4 hours and I stopped them before they did the rotation because they suck and I didnt have another 4 hours to waste. Worst in town, avoid!

Fast and efficient. Never had a problem. Its a tire store. They do a decent job.

Very large parking lot which allows RV parking. It is across from a small airport but I dont think a single plane took off during our overnight stay and it is a mile or so from the interstate, so fairly quiet. Store was clean and well stocked, although the lines were fairly long - only 2 or 3 lines open on a Friday night and no express line available. But I would definitely stop here again.

Had my oil done there never again Missoula Wal-Mart fixed it and said it happens often.

They couldn’t correctly look up a tire warranty I purchased from Walmart. They couldn’t even have the original store fax it. So we wound up paying for a tire when it should have been covered. They told us at first it would be $10 then we paid $50.83. Then we get on the road and the darn tire isn’t even balanced.

They have the longest lines i have ever seen ....i swear Ive been standing here ten minutes.. .what a joke!

There is never anything in the dairy case. There are times they dont even have milk. During peek shopping times the Isles are full and cluttered with pallets of new merchandise. the lines are long and they are understaffed.
