Such a bummer. This used to be a great place to go. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case now. I like the people there so I won’t bad mouth them, but I do recommend finding someplace else to service your rig.

The guys were very nice and worked quickly. We live out of town but have been there twice. I definitely recommend this place.

I brought my Jeep in for a much needed oil change. The manager noticed that my transmission and differential fluids were also in need of replacement. He gave me a fantastic price and his team completed the work quickly. Very happy with their service.

This place is so friendly and caring. They told me what was wrong and what should be fixed! The have dog bones for my dog and coffe for me! So friendly and kind! A great place to go!

Waited 20 minutes for the car wash (which is partially done by hand which we get) we get going they put on the soap and everything than push us out with no explination untill we were sitting at the end and someone comes over and is like oh the machines broken go get back in line. They expected us to wait behind 6 other cars just to get the soap off and we got no refund. NEVER AGAIN. horrible

The average vehicle service is around 20 minutes, although if youre vehicle needs a lot of work and you give them permission to handle it all for you, they will need an extended deadline. Their goal here is not fine print. They plan to create a friendly environment for their customers while maintaining an efficient workflow and I feel they are exceeding average expectations for a lube shop. I used Lube Alley in Bozeman when I lived there years ago. Now that there is one in Butte, I decided to check it out. I was not disappointed! Tim went above and beyond from the moment I pulled in to the lot. He met me at my car and made sure that not only was my oil change complete, but that other maintenance needed was brought to my attention. He didnt just suggest things, he explained and showed me on my vehicle the reasons why he was suggesting the maintenance. I was so impressed I had my daughters vehicle immediately brought in. His team (both Levis) and him found a leak and when I wasnt fully comprehending everything, they had patience in re-explaining it to my brother. Alexa was so sweet and kind and very attentive. The checkout process with her was seamless! This team in Butte is knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I felt so comfortable asking questions. Great job! I have already told 3 other people about what a great experience I had. We will most definitely be back again!

Had a mini detail and my front carpets cleaned. Now I have water and little grease spots on my light gray seats. The inside of my windows are streaked. Not Happy --Carpets clean rest of car dirtier after having it detailed.

I needed some help with my anti-freeze in my Toyota Yaris. I called around and Toyota was going to charge me $250 for the service. I ended up at Lube Alley and Erik took care of what I needed done, including some additives for the cold weather, and got me out of there for $52 in under 2 hours. I was extremely pleased, and appreciate the great service!

Our Best Man was stuck in Butte with a subaru outback not accelerating and, because the check engine light wasnt on the dealership wouldnt touch it. Probably just a fuel filter issue... Called Lube Alley and, even though it was a Friday and they were already closed, the guy said they would take care of it! no questions just No problem. Very impressed by that customer service!! Stopped in for an oil change, I was greeted immediately, I was welcomed to Butte, the guys introduced themselves and actually shook my hand. When my vehicle was almost ready, one of the gentlemen came into the waiting area, sat down anf went through their findings with me, telling me what service is coming due, but not once trying to push me to do that today. These guys displayed the BEST customer service Ive seen in a long time! I HIGHLY recommend Lube Alley!

This is my favorite car wash since they prewash your entire vehicle by hand and then run through the automatic carwash but at the end there is someone or sometimes two people that hand dry your vehicle. They even open all the doors and wipe the edges of the doors off! This most recent visit was less than what I am used to. A new gal was quite energetic but when she dried the windows they were so smeared that I had to stop at a gas station to clean them. I was also disappointed that she didnt wipe the inside of the doors which I consider that special touch that keeps me coming back. I will most likely go back since this is the first and only time I was disappointed with my wash. This one poor visit caused by a new gal made me rate them a four star instead of the five they really should deserve.June 2018 update: now that I have been back for a couple more washes, they have completely abandoned the wiping off the inside of the doors. Still an excellent wash but sure do miss the extra touch. .

My wife and I went in to get two cars serviced. I stood at the counter while one of the employees finished up with another customer. When the employee was finished he went out to the service area and never acknowledged me. He came back into the office and looked at some paperwork and then left and did not acknowledge me. I waited another 10 minutes as two other employees came past and did not ask if I needed help. Finally I gave up and went to Walmart. Much better service and less expensive. Would not recommend Auto-Magic.

Used to be the best place in town to get your car washed, due to the hand wash. Went there the other day and got a wash, not impressed at all, came out a little cleaner but not like it used to be. I wont be going back for a car wash .

I paid $100 to get my car detailed. Not only did they do a crap job, they ripped the drivers side visor. Then they denied it, virtually calling me a liar! Connie, one of the owners, said she, well, long story short, she never called me to follow up and obviously was hoping I would just go away.I found a visor on e-bay and to her credit, she did reimburse me $40 for it ... still insinuating I was a liar though. What ever happened to the customer is always right? They will not get my business any more, for oil changes or detailing.

I used to be a jiffy lube only guy, but then I met Gary at this totally awesome shop. He took the time to explain to my wife the things i had been trying to for years about car maintenance , the most knowledgeable lube manager I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. The best part 8s the whole time we were chatting and teaching My wife,lol his top notch highly motivated and skilled techs never stopped taking care of our service needs. Love you guys here 8n Butte and with exception of perhaps one of you other stores, my stang aint going to no other shop, Period!

I was a loyal customer of auto magic when Rick and Connie had it. The only place in town where the car was hand washed before it went thru because that way it was clean and no dirt film on it. After it came out of the wash it was hand dried and wiped the door jams so the would not freeze in the winter. I am sorry to say that the time i went to it today that was all changed they do not do that. I think that is why auto magic did so well.I have I am not impressed for what you pay for.

I stopped in to get my 2016 Chevy Silverado serviced. My experience with Lube Alley was super I have gone to flat rate centers and have been very dissatisfied. Ive Also tried chain Lubes. When I had to show the technicians where to put the DEF fluid in, enough! I will make a point of using these 3 shops whenever Im in Montana

Horrible experience. A nightmare really. Went in for oil change, and after they dropped the filter and drained the oill, they told me they didnt have the oil I requested earlier. They never checked air filter even though I was told they did. Turns out the filter was full of a mice nest. They dropped the oil filter on the ground and endef up staining my floor mats with thier shoes. Free car wash then scratched my truck. By all means stay far away from these guys. They overfilled the Def and caused issues with that too. Took a thousand miles to go off full. They should be sued. The truck never ran so poor as it did afterwards. I replaced thier 2 dollar filter within a 4-5 days.
