Get back to the KOA one mile away and find the oil dipstick laying on radiator not in dipstick tube and they were to lazy to drop the skid plate to remove oil filter now oil all over topside of skid plate and running along the frame. $108.97 for a oil change i expected better

Unfortunately we had a problem with our service that resulted in a need for a repair. When contacted, the manager was apologetic, asked for proof, receipts, and confirmation of expenses and damages. Once supplied, he was quick to respond with a fair resolution. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW HONEST AND FAIR THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS. Mistakes happen, but honesty and integrity are hard to find. THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE IN BUTTE!!!!!

Trying to find out who the franchise owner is. They almost blew my engine. Tried to say a hose was leaking. No hose leaking. No coolant was put in although the paperwork states it as being full.

Great place. The service was excellent & the workers were friendly. In fact they all waved when we left. Plus they recommended a great place to eat.

No waiting on Saturday morning. In and out quickly. Typical up sales Pitch for two filters, transmission oil change and a antifreeze radiator flush but Ive come to expect that with no pressure after saying no thanks.

Ive brought vehicles here several times and am always met with friendly, courteous staff. Always a job well done quickly, professionally and efficiently. As a woman who doesnt know the first thing about engines, etc., I have never felt taken advantage of as I have at other places. Well done guys - thanks!!

Jiffy Lube is the only place we have taken your car to that check the cab fresh air , It had a mouse nest in it . The station tender showed the mouse nest to us . We couldnt believe the mess . thank you so much for a great job the guys are doing there . Happy Trails .

I am from Florida. In Butte for the summer. Started off good. Their repair cost is $85.00 and hour. They have nobody even close to being a mechanic. The manager, Jason Redfield, did some work on my Van off the books and I agreed to pay him cash, Hand to pocket. All the work was done at this Jiffy shop. I get back to Florida and had some major REAR BRAKE problems. Could have been in an accident and almost had to be towed. Jason did both back brakes. In Florida, the mechanic pull the real drivers side drum off. 2 springs and the slide literally fell out on the ground. The slide chewed up the drum. Had to replace it. Plus the other parts. Including new brake shoes. The passenger side rear drum was removed and the wheel cylinder was not working at all. One of the 2 small cylinder pistons was missing all together. This side was had NO brakes working at all. In addition the back u-joint was NOT properly installed and some bearing were broken off. Not happy at all. I will be calling their corporate very soon. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, the C of C and even the Montana State Attorney s office. Could easily sue this place for damages etc. My name is John D. Blue. NOT pleased at all.

Over priced oil changes bad business take your car elsewhere. This place is ran by drug addicts and crooks. They can’t keep employees to save the business. Always new faces that’s not how it should be. we wanna see people we know there. A good business is where people stay. This place ain’t it!

Been there twice and both times was not able to get service. The first time they were moderately busy and I wanted a lube and oil change on a vehicle I recently purchased. I had noticed a weird sound everytime I decelerated and mentioned that to the service rep. He said it was probably nothing. Well, the probably nothing became something a few days later when my vehicle broke down 17 miles north of town. Im a disabled veteran and I always do my best to frequent businesses ran by other veterans, usually with great success. Not at this place. I cannot in all honesty recommend such a slip-shod business as this one. I am now looking at about $3500 worth of vehicle repairs that could have been avoided if the staff at the Butte Jiffy Lube would simply have been willing to do their job. Buyer beware!!

The guys there were quick with the job and periodically checked in with me on what they were finding with my old SUV. Went for a simple oil change, flushed out my power steering fluid, and I was pleased with the result. 10/10, would go again and you should too.

AVOID!!! Charged me for oil and filter. Although I brought my own already paid for I only needed the work done. Paid to lube points. They lubed my bleeder valves and did not lube several key parts including the guide bearing which failed and the reason I know about the bleeder valves having grease on them not much else was lubed. Checked my batteries with both where connected results in incorrect results. All in all this place is terrible. Your taking a real risk of dealing with inexperienced lube techs that have real strong opinions of vehicle makes and models. Ultimately thousands of dollars in repair that could been avoided if proper lube service techs did the right job.

Driving from Tennessee and made a quick stop for oil change. The staff was very helpful and did a very quick and thorough job. The only thing was the checklist i got said that windshield washer fluid was refilled and tire pressure checked but they didnt do it (probably forgot i think). Good place !

My truck needed batteries and figured I would get some thrown in while I got my oil changed. They called O’ Reilly’s and got batteries for my truck, and let me know when I left that I needed a receipt for my battery warranty to be honored. So I went to O’reillys to get the appropriate receipt and found out that they almost doubled their money on me, for loosening a few bolts, and throwing in the batteries. A little lube would have helped the burn on that one.

By far the most professionally operated establishment I have been to. Their attention to detail and standardized operations made me absolutely confident in their work. Will definitely return thanks to their work ethics.

We were immediately greeted when we pulled up by several employees. They quickly assessed our needs and pulled our car into the bay. They held the door to the office for us. The manager was knowledgeable and attentive. We were taken care of efficiently and back on the road in no time flat.

These guys broke my tuner for my diesel. When I confronted them about it he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about, called his boss, then tells me that even if he broke it it’s aftermarket so he can’t do anything about it.Real professional guys.

I have brought my vehicles to this jiffy lube ever since it opened. 20 minutes is the longest I have ever waited when doing an oil change. The final checklist is gone over with me and is in great detail. This time I asked for another service asking that they do a check of my radiator with the tester. To see how much protection I have. With no hesitation the manager went and checked it for me. In short this business goes out of their way to give me peice of mind. I appreciate that. I would and do recommend jiffy lube and all their services to any and all customers.

I took my car to jiffy lube for an oil change. They sold me a more expensive oil change for 99.95 and said I didn’t need to change it until 5500 miles. They didn’t put my oil filter on tight enough so oil sprayed all over my engine getting into my alternator and damaging it. I had to replace my alternator . I’m a single mom and I don’t know anyone in town so I had to jump my car several times in a snow storm before Christmas just to get it to my house. It caused me serious inconvenience and money right before Christmas. I took it back in when I figured out what happened, the manager looked and could clearly see what had happened but instead of helping with any fees or even offering a free oil change he pointed me to the back of the receipt saying my 5500 oil change was only warranted for 3000 miles. I think that is not ethical or professional. I wouldn’t have bought a more expensive oil change for my car to be damaged if I would have known that. I will never ever go back to this jiffy lube or any jiffy lube again. They cost a single mom more than $500 before Christmas and overcharged for an oil change that is not warranted not to mention having to jump my car alone in the cold and take a taxi to work for a week. If I could give them zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time with these inept thieves.

I had a great experience here. The guy working the front desk Kel was awesome and explained everything very well. Also the prices weren’t bad at all. Definitely recommend especially if Kel is working.

Im probably one of the most socially awkward people youll ever meet so the fact that these guys were all friendly was a huge plus. They were incredibly quick and professional and the price was about what could be expected.Odds are Ill be a repeat customer; theres something about a garage full of men complimenting your purse thats endearing.

Got me in and out quickly and were very friendly however.They pushed the usual filters but also suggested flushing my cvt transmission and topping off my coolant. Neither of which they had the proper branded fluids for.

I went in on my lunchbreak and I was in/out in no time. The gentleman that took my information was polite and professional. The crew seemed to work well together...it ran like a well oiled machine! Parden the pun!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. When i pulled in the guy working inside came right out and greeted me and got me logged in and then told me it would be half hour to 45 mins!! There was only one vehicle before me and one bay was wide open. There was seven employees two were working on the other car and the other five were smoking and congregating and playing by what appeared to be the smoking area. I commented very loudly about it and they still took twenty mins to even start my vehicle! I currently have all of them (seven) working on my truck and ive been here for over 45 mins. Very unprofessional and in my opinion a waste of company money as well as a major waste of my time as i had things i had to do and am over an hour behind on that. They did fix my drain plug that was nice i appreciated that. Thanks!

Im glad to see the Bruces Quick Lube location back in operation. The place was really updated and the new facility is sleek and modern. The staff were very accommodating. While I too left paying more than I thought I would, I am not surprised because I have been neglecting maintenance on my 2000 Hyundai and all of the suggested additions were definitely needed. The old beast has a quarter million miles on her and just wont quit. She has permanent plates and is very easy on gas, insurance is cheap.After Jiffy Lube, Im confident shell still be running when I croak.

The Butte Jiffy Lube mechanics were so helpful. We came off the highway with engine issues on our pickup truck. All three mechanics stopped what they were doing to try to help out. After listening to the engine, they determined that the problem was serious and not a good idea to get back on the road. If it wasnt for their help, we would have been stranded on the highway for sure. Thanks a lot guys for the friendly help to travelers far from home. We are definitely going to Jiffy Lube from now on and will tell our friends about our great experience!

Went to get the oil changed on my truck. I wanted to use my own filter and oil. The tech told me it would be $100 dollars. I worked at jiffy lube as a CSA for 2 years and not once did I charge someone $100 for a drain and fill with customers own oil and filter. I’d stay away from that place like the plague.

Ive never had any issues with my 2016 Kia until I took it there a week ago! They kept suggesting I change everything, and said they topped fluids off, lies! Im now in WA with an over heated car and no washer fluid and who knows about the coolant right now👿👿👿

Was really fast, took less than 10 minutes to get in and out for oil. Dave and staff was very friendly. Gave a report on everything from tire tread depth to light checks. Good service would recommend.

They advertise a special price of $ 25 for conventional oil change. But if you request high mileage conventional (not synthetic) it $ 69...Wow. Yet the price difference in the oil is nil. Ask lots of questions before you authorize ANYTHING extra. Buyer beware! Wish Bruce was still operating the place!

This GUYS are the best in Town.Hardly recommended, I m in a middle of a trip from WI to WE and my F 150 Begining to have some trouble shifting, they do a FREE inspection for me, and get the conclusions that my fluids are ok, and what happened is because there is a Hill entering the town, was normal that my truck do that.So Im feel safe and good, ready to finish my trip.5 stars GUYS.Thank you

Today I brought my car in for an Oil change,. They had me right in with no wait time. They found some burnt out bulbs, air filter and some other items that needed fixed. After my tires were rotated,I drive a couple blocks and my tire light goes on. I brought it back and they showed me how to reset this. But now I have to reset it everyday I drive.

Very nice people but they dont know what they say. Went there because having trouble with my car, when i drive it and stop and go in store. And come back It doesnt start , i have to wait awhile or get a jumpstart. They told me without looking at my car it was the battery, so i bought a battery 139.00. Left there my car did same thing wouldnt start. Bought a battery for nothing.

My visit was okay except they spilled oil all over the lower engine compartment. Felt like he should have wiped it all clean. I had oil slippage all over bottom of vehicle and dropped oil all over my garage. I know accidents happen but should have cleaned it up.

Took my car in for an oil change about a month ago. I paid $73 for my oil change. They put something water based in my wiper fluid and now that the weather is cold, it is frozen. I travel 80 miles a day on the highway and now I dont have wiper fluid because it is frozen. NOT a happy customer.

They will tell you anything to get you to buy more products. I went in just for an oil change and fluid top off and they charged me for things i had no idea were going on. Tried to get me to buy tires when mine are only 15 months old with less then 20k miles on them. Told me tread was to low but my tire store said it was twice what they told me. Told me theres a leak but no one can find a leak. Guy at the counter wouldnt take no for an answer and got rude about it. Im going back to my previous oil guys.

I will not being going again. The staff was very friendly, but I went for an oil change, expecting to pay around $40, and came out charged for over priced extras. When picking my oil, I was only given one option and not told about the other, cheaper options (that were later offered to another customer who came in after me). I was also offered a tire rotation and again, was not told about the extra charge. Again, the staff was friendly, but I will not go again.

Unwilling to tackle fuel filter. I had fuel filter, however they wouldnt install it.
