Lisacs is great! They had the tires I wanted in stock, they got me in and out in just over an hour (they were busy too) and they only charged me for the tires. Also, the best value I found. Very satisfied!

This company is absolutely amazing. I was traveling alone from Minnesota to Seattle and I had Tire issues and Montana. A nice gentleman recommended this company I went in play pop my tires off had a balance in the problem fixed and be on the road in less than an hour all for free. Cant thank Lisacs Tire enough for inspecting my girlfriends car last-minute (and during a weekend) when her car ran into an issue on a multiple-day-long drive home, just a couple weeks ago. They found the solution on the same day and charged a very fair price for the fix! I wanted to check this place out because I am interested in a lift and shocks for my Jeep. I was told it would be an hour for a flat repair on a differentcar. Two hours later, after watching the kid pull off finishing my simple repair twice to help a pretty girl who didnt have to wait, he managed to put the tire back on, while smoking a cigarette. Extremely slow, nonchalant, unprofessional service. Definitely not the speed and professionalism that I am use to at Les Schwab.

Our transmission started slipping and we decided to stop in Butte to get it checked out. Im glad we did. Not only did Butte turn out to be a pretty good-sized town to stay for a few days, but we discovered an awesome auto repair shop. We were referred to lysox by a family member who called in ahead of time for us. They were professional, efficient, extremely competitive with their pricing and finished the work when they said they would. Our choice was confirmed when everybody around town recommended them, and it sure did seem like everybody in town went to them for car repairs.

If youre not one of the good ole boys I advise you to take your business elsewhere. Strangers are ripped off while family friends are given discounts.

Got an alignment- and had to have it redone at Whalen tires cus they didnt do it right and it was way off. No offer of even half our money back. NOT HAPPY...WILL NEVER GO TO LISACS AGAIN.

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. Service was horrible. Made me pay to fix what they tore up on my 2009 Ford Escape, after replacing a thermostat,which did not fix my car. Ended up in Anaconda 10 miles down the highway to another mechanic who actually diagnosed my car correctly finally, a blown head gasket. After charging me out the butt for things you tore up on my car, you made my horrible week even worse. Worst Mechanic Ever. Do Not Get Ripped Off Like I did!

We have used Lisacs Tires to fix our car a few times over the last 6 months. The first time, we asked that they fix a brake leak, and they charged us $400 and it still leaked bad when we got it back. The second time, we got a flat tire and took our car in. We didnt get it back for a few days, and when we finally were able to pick it up, the tire was flat again by noon. So we took our tire back, by itself, and they lost it for 2 weeks, and when we finally got it back, they hadnt fixed it. Its still flat. Just go somewhere else, they wont fix your car.

I have been a Lisacs tire customer for many years. The last four times I had Lisacs tire work on my vehicles (two different vehicles) they left wheel nuts off of the vehicle. When I told Mark about the wheel nuts the first three times, Lisacs tire put the wrong size wheel nuts on the vehicles. They lost a wheel lock on the third. On the fourth, I decided to find and buy my own wheel nut at a cost of $21.00 for the nut. I was a good customer but no more.

What a great place! Being over 1,000 miles from my home in Southern California, I drove in with my Jeep to get a flat fixed. What could have been a big hassle turned out to be a pleasant experience. They helped me immediately and we’re very friendly. It seemed to be a local place where everyone knew each other and I felt welcomed. You can tell this business runs very efficiently. Nothing less than amazing!! I had my 3 children, 6, 3 and 3 months. They were very thoughtful and got me out quickly. Such great people!

We recently took our older model van to Lisacs for an alignment. We were told everything in the front end needed replaced. When we asked what everything meant he simply repeated himself and quoted a $2600 repair bill out of thin air. Unsatisfied, we brought it elsewhere and discovered it had worn wheel bearings. Total cost of repair less then $200. Its much better now, no thanks to this mechanics scam.

I needed new tires for my truck. The price was more affordable than the other tire shops in town, and they had a set of new tires on my truck within 45 minutes. The customer service was superb.

Awesome service! Scott, the assistant manager is a master at handling (with a smile) the steady stream of customers coming in for service. He was quick and got us in and out for a reasonable cost. Very accommodating and customer oriented place. Randy, tire tech was great -- took a minute to explain stuff to me and took care to do a good job. Only fault was one high tire pressure, which they fixed when brought to their attention.

They have the friendliest crew. I am always greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. I definitely reccomend!

For tires they are great. Go somewhere else for repairs. My car was overheating and losing fluid. They told me I had a blown head gasket and it would be around $1400 to fix it. I took it to another place to see if I could get it done a little cheaper. The other place told me it was just a bad heater hose and fixed it for $35. Its been fine since.

My husband and I had some major car trouble on a late Friday night near Butte. We were able to get the truck in to Lisacs on Saturday morning.Unfortunately, they told us they wouldnt be able to get the part in until Monday (they are closed on Sundays). They were very helpful with giving us suggestion of things to do and places to see in Butte over the weekend.Double unfortunately, they did not overnight the parts so we didnt actually get the truck fixed until Wednesday. We were both pretty frustrated at the time, but things happen. They were very apologetic.They did great and quick work once they got part and were extraordinarily kind and friendly throughout the whole process. And, perhaps most importantly, they have really good coffee at the shop.

Towed my car back to the shop, replaced the tire, and got me back on the road in no time. I was driving from Minnesota to Oregon, so the quick turnaround and extremely friendly service was much appreciated. They even recommended the best breakfast in town during my wait! Id trust my car with Lisacs anytime!

I needed a tire replaced of a specific model and brand (to match my 3-day old set from WM that had a flat). I hadnt even sat down and they already had my SUV in the air and the tire being removed. Less than 30 minutes later, I was back on the road - new tire mounted and balanced. Service like that is tough to beat.

We were travel from billings mt. To dallas ore. And lost our water pump . This was at 4pm on a Saturday. Other places wanted$125.00 per hr. Because it was after there normal business time . Others would have us towed but wouldnt work on the jeep until Monday. The tire business who also does all types of mechanic work , towed our jeep ,worked after closing time , and didexcellant work . We were charged normal pricing . They did all this in 1hr. The repair parts got there before our jeep arrived.There had been a death in our family. We owe our thanks to the owner and mechanics that took care of us, and saved 2 days wait .

Horrible! They may have decent service but I hope you like hanging out at a tire shop because you will be coming back over and over again for the same issues. Have taken 2 different rigs to them for various things and it rarely gets done right the first time. Then you get the pleasure of listening to them lie to your face about how it was something else. I will never use lisacs again, I have decent knowledge when it comes to mechanic stuff and have caught them feeding me and especially my wife a line of bull just to make a sale.

I was on a trip heading back home to Billings and sprung a flat. Lisacs Tire determined that the hole could not be fixed...so they found a used tire, installed it and sent me on my way free of charge. All they asked was that I consider purchasing my new tires from Lisacs in Billings. Done and Done!
