Would definitely recommend them. They went out of their way to help us and get my family into the car we actually wanted. They were so kind to my children and very accommodating. Car buying is not for the faint of heart. But they definitely made it just a little bit less scary.

Bought my car and within the month is having issues , the dealership clearly knew about these things because they tried to sell me expensive warranties to cover the issues this car already had without disclosing to me. Along with that I’ve gotten three maintenance warnings about my AWD failure ABS and chassis controls all within having it less than a month. They’re just worried about selling cars they don’t care about you or what they’re putting you on the road in. Never again.ALSO car was sold to me without emissions so I had to go back for that and tried to schedule with them for WEEKS to get my car looked at. AND now that they finally looked at it nothing that’s wrong with it is covered under the warranty the car came with. This place is a joke.

My experience was wonderful at kelly Chevrolet! I worked with Garrett Hawk. The whole time they were very helpful with my buying my new truck. I have bought multiple vehicles from them and will definitely do business with them in the future!

This dealership and their back office sales team completely wasted my time. I clearly stated that I was nearing a lease end with a Cadillac and wanted to have my vehicle appraised. I made an appointment several days in advance. I was contacted the day of my appointment, at which time I restated the purpose for my visit. When I got to the dealership I was introduced to a showroom that looks like I walked back into the 70s. I was told that they were phasing out Cadillacs, probably wouldnt be able to order a new one past the next cycle but was pretty sure they would still be able to service Cadillac. Complete incompetence or complacency on the part of their phone team or the BDC as they call it. You know, the ones with the white board in the back office that tallies their phone calls and appointments. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME and I should have asked to be reimbursed for 60 minutes of drive time and the fuel i burned getting to their location. Cody Huff was very courteous and apologized to me and said I dont know why they do that, they do it all the time. I assume Cody means that the team taking the phone calls just wants to get people into the showroom.

Went there to have our Chevy equinox inspected only to find that is was going to need more work done to it than it was worth. We had purchased an extended warranty on the equinox so we had everything that the warranty would cover fixed. Then we proceeded to look into trading it in.Denise in the Chevy service department is just wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like you the most important customer and if you have any questions and she doesnt know, she will definitely look into it and make sure that you get an answer. They truly found a diamond of an employee in her!We then went to the showroom to look into trading our vehicle in ( which we were very upside down in) . We dealt with Cody who actually sat and listened to our concerns and needs in a new vehicle and payment needs. He and his finance team then went to work and did far more on our trade in value than any other dealership would do. We left 3 hours later free of our clunker in a brand new vehicle with a payment that was manageable.My wife and I live an hour away but continue to go there for our car needs simply because of the friendly attitudes. Not sure if all of the employees are this great but I highly recommend Denise and Cody for any of your car needs or concerns!!!

Brought my Tahoe in on July 16th here it is August 21st and its still not done. Karey in service did NOT do his job and let it sit, saying he was waiting on the warranty company. Truth of the mater is ne never called the warranty company until August 4th . I have not had a vehicle to drive for over 6 weeks. Very poor customer service!

My experience was with your body shop. My truck was scheduled and done on time. You handled everything. I had my insurance send the check directly to you guys, so all I had to pay was my deductible. The experience was hassle-free.

Dropped of our car for service. The shuttle was immediately available. The service advisor called with additional filter replacements recommended by the mechanic. The service advisor called when the work was complete and immediately sent the shuttle to pick me up.Check out was quick and all work was reviewed by the service advisor. Text book service. My husband and I purchased a 2021 Kona through this dealership. Although we were originally told the process for signing all the paperwork wouldnt take long and knowing how badly my husband wanted this car, we waited around the dealership longer then I have EVER been expected to wait at a dealership before. With our initial purchased the Kona, we also purchased GAP insurance through this dealership. Almost a year later, my husband and I decided to trade both vehicles we had, (a 2021 Kona and a 2021 Grand Cherokee), in on one vehicle in preparation for our move across country (a 2021 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk purchased through Humes Jeep in Waterford, PA) We had also purchased GAP insurance on the 2021 Grand Cherokee and received a credit back from North Point Automotive in Seneca, PA within a week! (Brovo North Point!!!) Over 8 weeks has passed, here we are, SEVERAL phone calls/emails later and my husband and I are STILL waiting for the credit from this dealership of the GAP insurance we purchased. I will not be going back to this dealership for any future vehicle needs and we will be sure to stear all our friends/ family members from this dealership also.

Still in a wheelchair I went back to Mike Kelly Chevrolet today to purchase another car. Garrett was the salesman which found me a almost identical car as the one I had which was amazing. It felt great to have experienced great service from Garett was lacking not feeling excited and happy. I was there awhile which created pain real bad in my injured leg but the car wasn’t done yet so Garett took it upon himself to give me a ride home and then when the car was ready he brought it to me . Worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Bought a truck here and it’s been in the shop 4 or 5 times in one year. They always claim nothing is under warranty. They lie, cheat, and steal from their customers! Would not recommend sales or service! The issues that I’m here for were supposed to have been fixed on one of the other visits. They don’t fix anything properly then when you come back it’s not under warranty!

I think it would be beneficial in letting the customer talk directly to the technician working on our vehicles. This prevents miscommunications being made, and may also prevent the wrong repair to be done.

Left dealership and the breaks were horrible also told the dealership that i have a service dog and you gave us a rental and there was a charge of $100 because of him and you never said anything about that to begin with and the fact that it took 9 1/2 week to fix the problem in the first place and then to leave and three hours later after we finally got our car back the FIRST TIME to find out when we left our breaks were worse when we left then when we came in And the want to argue over when they did the breaks they werent completely done we had to take it home and bleed the breaks AGAIN!!!! because the fact your mechanics didnt do their job in the first place plus the main problem was under warranty and then suddenly the breaks had problems and we have a bill for $400 it just seams fishy to me

As first time owner of a camaro I trust the service department to help with recommendations. My car has 5,000 miles I was charged for an oil change when it was not filled with oil. I was charged for a tire rotation when it wasn’t needed. The service department is out to make money and not help the customer. Very disappointed and won’t return for any service.

Not sure why it takes an hour and 45 min to have my oil changed and tires rotated when I have a scheduled appt.?But the service woman who waited on me was very friendly and knowledgeable.

A family member of mine bought a new vehicle from Mike Kelly Chevy division. After bringing the vehicle home issues came up and we had it looked at. The vehicle needed serviced which was paid out of pocket. It took a whole month to get the brand new car back. When it finally came back home we received a recall letter in the mail the very next day. It was for the exact part that was broken. Upon asking for a refund for the bill they said too bad.The whole experience with this place is horrible. The staff know next to nothing about the new vehicles they sell and their customer support is abysmal.

No dealership is inexpensive for repairs but they do a decent job and have a free shuttle service with super nice drivers. I usually have Denny whos a pleasure to talk to.

Cant say enough about the sales experience I recieved. Garrett knew exactly what direction to point me in. I got a slightly used vehicle in immaculate condition. During my look over, everything seemed fine. Only issue I had was 1 of the door clips were misaligned in a rear door causing the panel to want to come off every time you opened the door, which I didnt notice until my kids started getting in and out. Garrett set me up with a service appointment and it was corrected within a few hours. Definately worth your time and money to go see Garrett.

I purchased a 2019 Coloado in January 2019. Within days, I started having problems. It took weeks to find the first problem, and that was only due to the fact that it wouldnt start and had to be towed from my driveway. It took over a week to have the starter replaced because they didnt stock the starter. Since then Ive been dealing with a radio problem for over a year, and still havent found the problem. I finally scheduled an appointment for more tests, and asked for a loaner only to receive a call the night before that a loaner is not available. My frustration at this point is beyond words.e The worst service I have ever experienced. If I could rate them lower I would. I have been a Chevy guy, but now Im rethinking that. I definitely wont purchase from Kelly again.
