Ridiculous policy of not being able to what they called mix summer and winter tires so they tried to sell me 2 summer tires so they can get more money out of customers. Place is a ripoff. Walmart management should be ashamed of themselves.

Bought tires at Walmart with road hazard for the “convenience” of being able to get them repaired easily, but what a joke. “By Appointment Only” system doesn’t work when you have a flat and no one in the Auto Care department will answer the phone and the store operator just keeps routing you back to them even when she knows they aren’t answering.

Im very disappointed in the service I have gotten with the Tire and lube service I have gotten for the past few years. I probably will not return.

Just had an oil change on my brand new car. The vehicle came back with a small cut in my leather steering wheel with fraying. This was not mentioned to me when picking up the vehicle. I discovered it while driving home. I emailed customer service and am waiting for a response. I will update if needed. Otherwise, I do not recommend coming here.

Everyone likes to complain about the time it takes to get service, but I wont. I made an appointment and showed up on time. Understand people are humans and Id rather wait on a job to be done right than rushed. If you have every worked on an unfamiliar car and had something like a stuck bolt, youd learn that life isnt perfect even with all the right tools. The associates go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.

Surprisingly for it being in Butler, This is the only place I will go back to do my tires. Worth the drive. The customer service is phenomenal! I ordered tires online. Had them put on once they arrived and management went above and beyond by repairing a valve that was corrupted, at no charge. Theyll continuously have my business as long as no bad experience.

Had an appointment and still waited 3 hours to get tires put on. I shopped for an hour and came bag (with groceries) and my car was in the bay and it still took 2 more hours to actually put the tires on. I will never come back to this place. Its not even loke their bays were packed, they had 4 cars and at least 8 workers.

Ordered 2 tires online, go to pick them up and find out the warehouse sent 3 so they charged me for 3(since you have to pay when you order to ship to store) and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the money for the 3rd tire to get put back on my card. Also before I place the order i called the store and they told me no appointments, when I go to pick them up they told me a 3 hour wait because they had appointments ahead of me. Worst experience ever in my life for tires!

Will not answer phones. It is Wednesday June 12th. They open at 7am. I called at 7:15am, no answer, 8.05am, no answer, 8:30am, no answer, 9:05, no answer. Who is running the show here? No way the big company of Walmart would allow this is be happening, I hope one of the executives reads this comment. As a matter of fact I hope they read all the comments about the this store. How could this be allowed to continue. New leadership is needed here.Thank You,

They told me to be there at 3pm. when I got there, they said it would be a 3 hour wait. after trying to find something to do, I checked on my car 2 hours later, it was still outside. I just left it there for the night. they then called the next day and said, the tires I ordered dont fit. even though that is the same size that was on the car and what the car specs called for. of course, now, it will be more money. most likely, even a longer wait. Never again will I buy tires from walmart.

In for a simple re-torque of tires purchased previously, a process which took them under a minute, once they got started. I watched. To get that done, I waited over one and a half hours. During which, a few techs were meandering about the service bay, doing very little that I could see.

Waited a half hour pressed the customer assistance button 6 times one of the workers came by and never even said hi let alone ask if he could help me. Shouldnt be a sales man if you cant talk to people needless to say we left. went to Tires for Less in 20 minutes our car was in getting tires on.

Absolutely absurd how long of wait time for them to even touch your car. I only needed one tire replacedToday alone, I was told that I was third in line it wasn’t going to be that long. 2 hours later, I was told they hadn’t even touched my car and stated it was going to be another hour before they got to it.I choose to come here because they put my other front tires on recently. Figured I would stay with the same tires because I only popped one.I understand waiting because there are cars in front of you and things going on. But a 3 hour wait before they even touch your vehicle and another hour to fix is absurdI could have gone to any other place and been done within an hour or so.They definitely lost my business especially when last time I was here they gave me a tire that had a bubble in it and let me drive it for a week before it popped on a main Road in Butler.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We had to replace a valve stem on a tire. The people didnt touch it cause they said one of the tires was going to blow. They didnt do anything about it and said they didnt have time to fix it after dropping it off 4 hours previously. Do NOT recommend going there.

The service is non existent. I went twice for an oil change. I waited an hour before being told it would be an additional 3 hours because everyone went home. The second time I waited 20 minutes and was never seen and the employee walked away to help store customer. I went here for years very disappointed on what it has become.

After I went to get an oil change from another company, they asked if I had gone to Wal Mart for my last oil change. They asked this because they stripped many of my bolts, including the one that handles my torque. It made more work on the mechanics that fixed the issue and more money that I had to spend to get everything ready for my state inspection.

Ordered tires ahead of time and came in today to have them put on at 2:15 pm. It’s 6:15 pm now and they just took them back to put them on. After I was told that it would be a 2 hour wait and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I’ve seen 4 people come and go since and I know a oil change doesn’t take long but my spot in line obviously wasn’t a priority. They need more people for sure. Having 2 people most of the day isn’t cutting it.They did give me a discount when they finished my car at 7. The workers are very nice it’s just too much work for the few people they have.

Dont waste your time or money getting tires threw Walmart! They send me an email saying my tires were in, go to pick them up and only 3 of the 4 were there. How are yall going to send me an email saying all 4 are in???? Thank you so much for wasting my time and gas!

I dont even want to give this place one star but it dont give me an option for a zero. I went to the lube center asking to get my oil changed they said to go to the desk thats exactly what I did waited there for 6 to 7 minutes no one came finally someone says hey where is so and so at hes busy you check her in the guy turned around and looked at me and walked away I stood there another 12 minutes no one even acknowledged me to me they are rude incompetent morons I will never go to the store again Id advise anyone else not to either.

The staff is knowledgable, and shares all options. They dont try to force anything on you. More than willing to help, and patient with you if you dont know a whole lot about cars.

I got a flat tire. I went to Walmart’s auto dept. They told me it would take at least one and a half hours for the tire repair. A woman who was there before me told me she had been waiting for 3 hours just to have her tires changed. I called Monro muffler/brake and they got me in with an approximate 30 min wait (due to others ahead of me). Walmart was understaffed and their service was bad. I called prior to going in and they had me on a ‘perma-hold’. I drove there still on hold. I hung up, called again and the woman couldn’t remember why I had called. I won’t go back there again.

Got 4 new tires put on. Said it would be 4 hours. Waited from8:00 am until 1:30 pm. Shorthanded.

We showed up at 12:40 and were turned down for getting two tires fixed because there are “fourteen cars ahead of us and they don’t have time.” They close at 6:00 and had about five hours. I found this very infuriating and illogical. I feel they turned us away merely because they didn’t want to deal with anyone else.We just took our business somewhere else.

Dont waste your time, these guys are jokes. Waited an hour to be told they couldnt get the lug nuts off. Went to Monro, who I watched loosen and then tighten all of the nuts, for free. Went back to Walmart, and 2 hours later they informed me that they STILL couldnt get the nuts off! Told me they run into this issue alot because they dont use an air gun, they do it by hand. Got new tires at Monro without issue the next day.

AVOID AT ALL COST ..Tried to get an oil change there four times.. one time , the place didnt have a closing crew so they closed early that day (4:00 PM) , another time got there an hour and a half before they closed and they said they couldnt take me and the bays were all empty.. another time was same excuse.. Just say NO to Walmart Auto Care Center .

Way understaffed.

Arrived at 7:05am needing a tire. I did not speak with a representative until 8am. At 11:45am I was checking out. Not speedy service.

It was a terrible experience. They could not change my oil due to a tight cap and could not change the tires on my car due to a tight bolt. Waited 2 and 1/2 hours for them to tel me and I got here before they open.
