Old fashion Customer Service and friendly. They accommodated me immediately to take care of my tires losing air. Then I asked if they could install a low beam headlight. Despite getting late in the day and being very busy, they took care of that for me also. I didnt think I could be happier but then they gave me the bill - waaayyyy less than any competitor had ever charged me for a headlight by a long shot. Thank you!

I was stuck on the bridge with a blown tire on my trailer and my tire iron didnt fit the tires on the trailer. One of the employees rode back with me, helped me take the tire off, rode back and got a new tire put on the rim, and rode back with me to help put it back on. They went above and beyond what I would have hoped for and everything was amazing!!! Super fast, super nice, just everything was great! THANK YOU!

Beat the price on Tire Rack by $20.00 per tire. Fast in and out for the tires and had a appointment for alignment. Car handles like a dream now. The guys are always courteous and know their products. I have been purchasing tires there for over forty years!!

I drove over an hour after they told me to come in the next day between one and 3 o’clock I have my own business and I scheduled this and had heard enough time putting this in my schedule I’ll drive all the way there to get told that they cannot get me in. I am a new customer and I will never go back there again they lost out on a whole fleet that I need tires on from my business

Jim is by far the best service manager their is. If you ever need your vehicle taken care of, this is the place to go.

After I take my vehicle in for brake and tire service, it developed 4 separate noises. There were no noises prior to this occasion. Arrangements were made to return for them to look into the issue. The problem was not resolved. Upon returning for the second time, the service representative stated to me that I was “getting carried away with this”. Never did I ask them to cover any cost to resolve this issue. The fact is there are noises that make the vehicle sound like a lemon and they need to be fixed. The comment was not appropriate for the situation making this ordeal a waste of my time.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was slightly busy and the staff promptly greeted me and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone working here is very genuine and honest. The lounge area also had a nice seating area and there was coffee and donuts which were nice perks. I would recommend Butler Tires for Less to everyone!

I took my wifes vehicle in to Butler Tires for Less to have tires swapped from summer to winter tires. The wait was five and a half hours! I understand there is a busy season for winter tires, but this was an excessive wait time, as there wasnt a huge group of vehicles before me. Appointments for tires are a necessary change. Ill be going elsewhere for my future tire and service needs.

Took my car into this place too see why my tire kept loosing air. The tire is less then a year old & was bought at Walmart. After butler tire for less had my car in there possession for approximately 45minutes too an hour they called me up & told me it was the valve stem that was causing the leak so they replaced it, charged me $26 for a valve stem & sent me on my way. I got home, parked the car, went out a few hours later too check on the tire & once again the tire was still loosing tire air pressure & was almost flat by the next morning. I highly recommend not going too butler tire for less for anything on your car they just wasted my time & money.

Great place to get an inspection and tires for sure. I have been in a pinch with winter tires on at least on occasion and not only did they get me in on short notice but they have always had the tires we need at the lowest price. The place runs like a well oiled machine and all of the guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also dispose of tires at way less than most places.

Ive always been happy with their work. When you need tires changed, they can usually squeeze you in without an appointment.The prices are a little on the higher side, but the work is being done correctly.

Usually can have tires put on and spin balanced within 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. They are nice people and do a good job. Its busy most of the year so dont wait around until the first snow to get tires or youll be waiting much longer. The price of them putting on my new tires, spin balancing, and keeping the old ones was the cheapest I could find when all of that is put together.

Butler Tires gave us an initial quote on a front end alignment (pothole). They staightened the wheel axles, front and rear where the hit was and even balanced the tire and only charged us the original quote. Good people. Great service.

I have been buying tires at this business for every car Ive had. The service has always been top notch and Rick is extremely helpful. The LT (Light Truck) tires that I just purchased last week are perfectly balanced and ride great. I just dont see myself buying tires anywhere else. Ive sent several people there including my kids and ALL have been very pleased with the service, and prices.

I traveled from Erie PA & bought tires off a private seller. I called to ask if they could get me in. I was told if I could be there within 45 min. The gentleman was under the impression I needed 4 stock tires mounted. I needed 35 tires mounted on 20 inch wheels ,not such an easy task. Closing at 11 they still took on the job. With 7 other customers in the waiting area they stayed late & still got my rig done by noon. Very impressed with the customer service. While waiting I overheard different conversation s & the service writer accommodated everyone knowing they were leaving early. Highly recommend this company. Five star sevice & workmanship..

I always get tires here and they have pretty good prices. Plus I believe it is the best place in Butler to get an alignment done. $80 for a 4 wheel alignment is a pretty good price.

Made online appointment Tony got back to me via email and had my tires ordered and ready for installation for when I needed awesome service will definitely go back again when I need tires or service.

I always come here for tire changes, oil changes etc...2 Bay Ray next door does a great job too. I go to both. Very nice guys there who are always friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

I had a flat. They sent a man over to put air in my tire, so I could get there to get a new pair of tires I needed. Very nice.

Arrived approximately 9am. Was greeted by jim. He was dismissive and nonverbal. When inquiring as to how long it would take to get the job done, He just stared like he didnt understand the question. It wasnt until I called another shop and got a time commitment and went to get the keys to leave were we taken care of. Male chauvinist comes to mind. The gentleman doing the work were more communicative than Jim at the counter... Even though the price was fair, I wouldnt use them again.

By far the best place for your auto and truck inspections and a bunch of other mechanical repairs and of course tires. You will never find more honest people.

On a weekend trip with 4 kids, including a baby. Wake up at the hotel and realize we have a flat tire. Its freezing cold outside! Pull in to Butler Tire, theyre crazy busy BUT, seeing our situation, they squeezed us in and literally 15 minutes later, the tire was repaired and we were on the road like nothing happened. Those guys are AMAZING!!

I had purchased after market rims on craiglist but didnt have the lug nuts for them. After looking at different parts stores that didnt have or were wrong size I stopped at Butler Tire. I wish I would have just came here first as he actually looked at my rim and knew exactly what I needed to make them work for my car. He ordered them and I had them next day! Anything I need for tires I will come here. Cant beat the customer service and local store!!

The service here is excellent. I was in a bind because my tire blew out on the highway and I was driving on my donut for about 50 miles. Other places I went to on Sunday told me that my tire was a weird size and would take a day or two to come in. I am not from the area and was only visiting on business so I couldnt wait even a day. This place had the right size in stock in multiple Brands, great prices, were friendly and treated me well.

So had an issue with my tire took it there. The same tire went flat 3 times after I took it back every time. Yes they were nice enough to understand it was their fault and did the work for free. But they were not actually fixing the problem till the 3rd time. But! Now the alignment of my tire is off according to my trusted mechanic. Forget this place. Never going back
