We had Maus Construction install new siding on our home. The entire experience from our first meeting with Dan to the final clean up and inspection of the job was flawless. Dan’s siding crew did an excellent job. They paid attention to every little detail and did great work. We are very pleased with the final product and very happy we trusted our home to Maus Construction. Before and after photos below.

I had storm damage to my roof and needed to find a contractor to replace it. I had two other contractors do inspections but could tell immediately that they were sales people and were just telling me what I wanted to hear, so I was hesitant to go with them. My neighbor had Maus Construction replace his roof and the crew did an amazing and thorough job. It took them 2 full days and they didnt take any shortcuts. I talked with the owner, Dan Maus, and could immediately tell he knew what he was doing and wasnt there just to make a quick buck like the storm chasers do. He actually cares about the workmanship and only uses quality materials and does the job right.Even though every house in the neighborhood had their roofs replaced due to hail damage from that storm, my insurance company was pretty hard to deal with and they didnt want to cover the claim. The storm damage was legitimate so Dan met with the insurance adjuster three separate times and eventually got them to cover it.The roof was replaced about 3 weeks after we signed the contract. It took 2 days and the crew did a really good job. Either Dan or his business partner were on the job throughout the installation and they keep me informed the entire time. After construction was complete they finished the paperwork with the insurance company so the entire process was very easy. I am really glad we went with Maus Construction and wouldnt hesitate to go with them again. I also appreciate the follow up after they finished the job.The attached picture is with the new roof, but I had a different contractor install the solar.

We hired Jason / Maus Construction to fix a job that had gone wrong a year ago. Our roof would lead water in the house with heavy rains mostly coming from some roof vents that were replaced last year. Jason was extremely professional and took care of everything, even providing us with a dozen or so pictures of the before and after project - and - they even came in under budget! Yes, I said a house project came in under budget. Jason is a very honest guy and told us they didnt need to use as many shingles as they thought so that took the final price down in the end. Great customer service, professional and fast. I would use them again in a heat beat.

I cant thank the team at Maus Construction enough! After being hit by a hailstorm, our insurance company only compensated us for small repairs. As a result of Jasons thorough follow up, the insurance company agreed to replace the roof and siding. Very happy with the workmanship and clean up. Highly recommend!

Dan helped me out when no one else could! I had some minor repairs that came up at inspection on the sale of my home: replace a couple of shingles, seal some of the exterior cladding, replace flashing near chimney--he did it all with one ladder and in a half a days time.I had a really hard time finding someone who could do all of these things without charging me for separate crews coming out. Dan was able to do the work himself quickly and for an extremely affordable price.THANKS AGAIN!!!!

Dan and his crew replaced our roof a couple years ago. After meeting with him a few times to pick out shingles he talked to us about Class 4 Shingles. Dan is the most trustworthy contractor I have ever dealt with. I had no issues, But if I had, I know he wouldve taken care of them immediately. I still use him to this day.

Friday afternoon, heavy rains and then a leak, no make that a stream of water flows from the second floor bathroom fan. We used buckets to stem the tide but with more rain scheduled the next five days knew we needed it fixed and fast.I called Maus and spoke with Dan. He recognized the problem and said that either he or Jason would be at our place the next day before noon.10:15 Saturday morning Jason was at our front door. He went up on the roof and checked the vent and came down and explained what needed to be done. He took photos of the area before and after the repair and even checked and resealed the fan for the other bathroom, the stack pipe and did some shingle repair.We could not be happier with the immediate response and first class work from Jason.We are very pleased and satisfied with Maus Construction they will be our Go to company should we need roofing, siding or gutter work in the future.

Dan Maus was very professional and knows his business. After neighbors on both sides of my house recieved new roofs after a large hail storm we had I had State Farm come out and take a look and they said I had no damage. Dan took a look at it and I called back the adjuster. Dan met with the adjuster and after they came off the roof the adjuster told me that they are going to totally replace my roof and gutter guards for over $17,000!The replacement was very fast and professional and they did a great clean up of the job sight. Highly Recommend!!!

After sustaining storm damage to our roof a few years ago my wife and I diligently researched companies to reroof our home and rental property. We decided on Maus Construction. During our shingle selection and reroof process we were impressed with Jason’s knowledge, professionalism, communication, and ultimately, quality of work. Recently, (2 years later) there was some plastic tape that was starting to loosen on the underside of the shingle edges that were over hanging the roof. When windy, this created a noise that I would describe as a motocross event. This was of NO fault of Maus Constructions as the shingle manufacture clearly had labeled the tape with ‘Do Not Remove’. After researching the noise, I contacted Jason who was able to come out and remedy the situation. Jason exceeded our customer service expectations. Even two years after the fact he was attentive to our concern. I highly recommend Jason and Maus Construction and would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

We have used Dans service several times. the first time we called Dan our roof was leaking (from a prior roof replacement company that is no longer in service) the minute Dan drove up he could see where the problem was. he went to get a few supplies and had it fixed that day.when it came time for a new roof we called Dan. he has the same crew. I just talked to him again this yr someone had come to my house and told me I needed a new roof. I talked to Dan he advised me our roof was fine. no new roof is needed. its nice to have someone you can trust when it comes to expensive home repairs . I would highly recommend maus construction.

Maus Construction Rocks! Jason Zuther is a very trustable business man and great person to work with. When we had a problem with a roofing leak, they came out right away. Jason did a detailed inspection to determine the source of the leak inside the home and on the roof. Jason quickly found the cause of the problem and repaired. I liked that he provided us with before and after photos of the work. If you have any roofing issues or in need of new roof, I would certainly call Maus Construction first. We plan to use them again.
